I need clarification on something. HMIT is going to change their name and symbol. My question is why would this impact the pps? It's the same company. In addition to that, why would the shorts have to cover? Wouldn't the short positions just be transferred to the new name? These questions do not include a possible partnership, I understand how that could impact the pps.

Exactly FFF, which takes me back to the most 2 critical questions. (1) Current financial status of the company; and (2) Complete cost from start to finsh in buying the bulbs, distribution and other expenses to shelve the bulbs at retailers. Unfortunately the above 2 questions probably will not be realized by investors until the next Quarter financial data is released.

I do believe that further dilution would have to come from a r/s. They may be currently maxed out on further dilution.

Let's take a look at the big picture. Many think, and they could be right, that ZVTK has a plan because of the continuous advertising. They are taking the cheapest way of advertising by booking airtimes in the early mornings. They need to do this so that the Ionic Bulb retains some visibility. What we don't know, it's very important, is the financial status of the company and approximate costs, from start to finish, to supply bulbs to CVS and Wal-Mart retailers. This includes buying enough bulbs and distribution and other expenses. Does anyone feel they currently have the funds to cover such costs? As the above will not be cheap by any stretch of the imagination, where would they get the funds, if not already available? I don't believe the company, at this time, has the financial ability to produce the funding. Where would they of gotten the money, from previous Ionic Bulb sales? I doubt that. If they currently do not have the finances, what are their alternatives? I won't speculate on that.

How many months ago did ZVTK begin their advertising campaign? The retailers are surely aware of the ionic's capabilities and months of advertising. I find it difficult to believe the retailers have not made a decision at this point whether to accept or deny the ionic bulb. I think the timeframe mentioned by Annette was her own opinion which was not supported by the company. The company has been watching their stock bleed just as we have, there's no reason the company would be sitting on good information without keeping the investors advised. So what's the problem here? We can speculate till the cows come home, but nothing can be substatiated to provide investor confidence that is decreasing daily. Although most of us here don't want to admit it, but we have a fairly good idea of the delay in getting the bulbs to retail. The company can no longer continue keeping their investors in the dark for obvious reasons. If the company has no information that would prompt a PR that could also be a problem at this point. GLTA

Well, I'm really not trying to tell them how to invest. I'm simply passing on 40 yrs of experience gambling in Vegas and playing the stock market. The facts that I passed on can be read in any book written about stock market investing or gambling in Vegas. The same priciples apply. I once had the same dreams, as many others, of becoming rich overnight, but discovered, in reality, that very few actually achieve those dreams.

Nice article cuban. Not much different that gambling in Vegas. The house will always win. In this case the MM's are the house. The rules remain the same, if a person is winning in Vegas but continues to play instead of taking their profits to fight another day the house will eventually win everytime. In stock the rule is buy low and sell high. Take your profits, greed in both cases will eventually lead to ones demise. Greed is your worst enemy, whether in Vegas or playing the stock market, the house will ALWAYS win in the long run. This is a fact, not speculation.

Wednesday is usually a good day for news for companies. Let's hope that's true for HMIT also. Investors will start getting nervous or impatient with lack of news. Just a little bit of positive news from HMIT will probably lift the PPS into the 20's.

I don't know sully, would have to be a surge of buying activity through 17 and 18.

I do hold shares in this company, but was reluctant to jump in based on a question I asked myself and still not sure of. This is a mining reality show. Somewhat unique to other reality shows. Will a network be willing to sign a contract with the company based on will it draw a viewer audience and retain their interest for a pre-determined amount of time? I honestly do not know the answer, but just wondering if anyone else thought about this. We've seen an outline of the program, but I'm sure there's a lot more involved than what we have read. Any views or comments?

Exactly Sully. Bashers do not normally enter until a stock shows considerable weakness. That's when they appear out of nowhere.

Sully made the comment this is a great MB and we want to keep that way. I agree. However, what this board is missing are opposing view/comments. A board that is close to 99.5 percent positive towards a stock tends to create a hype scenario that increases to a point where it's no longer informational. Everyone feeds off other's hype, which can IMHO, create more harm than good. Honest opposing views/comments, not bashing, creates a balanced MB. Every post should be respected, regardless if it's the opposite of what we believe. Opposing dialogs can be very helpful if handled appropriately. GLTA
