CCLWF: I should have shut my mouth until I was finished loading!!
Fidelity has this stock/warrant listed as a "Canadian Issued Security" which has messed up the online system... so I have to call in my orders (I think Fernando has had the same problem)

CCLWF : Lostmyballs beat me to the answer.... It's the old HOL SPAC. It changed symbol TWICE since then.
CCLWF / CCLTW : I agree with you 100%. All the signs are bullish. Which is why I thought that 800k of volume (out of nowhere it seems) would have moved the warrant price up ... not keep it flat.
I guess I should just pipe down and keep adding...
... looks like it's up to 900k+ now
-Dan
CCLWF / CCLTW : I'm wondering about that.... almost 800k of the warrants sold today @ 69-70 cents. Why would someone dump so many at these prices? .... Could we be in for a bad surprise at the end of the month?
The warrants are good till 11/2012 so I'm not worried about long term value (I hope)... but will they trade at 35 cents next month?... so I could have doubled the boat load I grabbed at these prices?
I guess we will see. Something is odd here.
-Dan
Nice open.... but I'm sure that we will be red before 10am
too funny
-Dan
It's actually interesting that your ID is "Lostmyballs"
Because I am a survivor of testicular cancer (and lost just one). I had it just as bad as Armstrong did.
I don't mind telling people about it because I'M STILL HERE TO SAY IT.
That was ten years ago when I was 32 and single... and now I'm married with a kid!
I can't stress this point enough to other folks who get cancer : A POSITIVE ATTITUDE MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!
AND PRAYERS DO HELP! My wife and I have your son and your family in ours!
Be confident that all will be well.

CCLWF - I've been grabbing a few ... i've got about 160k of them now @ about .63 avg.
Let's see if the next few earning reports for CCLTF get the stock moving ... and the warrants
-Dan
Agreed, It looked good at the close.... but I wish it was on more volume. 55k is downright anemic.
-Dan
BSPM - As pointed out over on the BSPM Board, the Equity Net Report was paid for by Geoinvesting ($7k). See the fine print at the bottom of the last page
watch them take it red...
Too funny
Can we say "manipulation" boys and girls?
CCME - could be ... but who are they buying them from at this pps?
CCME- 400k+ shares traded today, and we move 11 cents?
something very fishy going on here....

Shorts? I guess you never know.
If so .... they have nerves of titanium.
I'll be pissed if we see a 13G come out in early March showing that a 5%+ buyer loaded up with shares during this time on the cheap.
-Dan
Looks like someone just put up another road block at $12.05.
I can't figure this out. First I thought that the MM's were filling a big order, and were keeping the price down so that they could grab the shares tossed back by the offhand trader or impatient novice... but too many shares have been sold to simply hold this down for a share sweep.
Then I was thinking that folks are still dumping shares from the warrant exchange... but it's been two weeks+ already since the final exchange date.
Between myself and several others on this board and over on the CGS Board (formerly ECSC) we hold 1.5+mil of the 9mil float.
I am at a loss at this point as to where all these sellers are comming from at this pps?????
-Dan
Maybe "Google" did it on purpose .....
(Just kidding)
-Dan
They can always ask the Chinese to send back some of thier Euro reserves. (LOL)
If Greece is cooked , and Spain is getting ready in the kitchen, than Portugal is just about ready to come out of the oven!
I'm sure Veggix would concur
China Ceramics Warrants just dipped below $1 (CCLWF)
Bogus, (Warrant Tax Reset Date)
I wish that were the case since I purchased my warrants in 2009 also for under $0.50 :) (Cheers to Fernando)
But under Sec. 1223(6) and Rev. Rul 72-71 the one year window for long term cap gains "resets" to the warrant conversion date. This puts the 12 months into Jan 2011, which is when we will see an increase from 15% to 20% on the LTCG rate. (REALLY SUCKS)
But thems the rules...
At least the more we pay .... the more we made. Let's hope we have a HUGE tax bill.
-Dan
Fernando
I count myself in your collection of 150k+ folks that you got into this thing early...
I'M MIGHTY THANKFULL
-Dan
Thier are many folks on this board who hold as many shares as Fernando and Superman.
Let's hope we don't all sell at the same time..... could be interesting next Jan when the 12 mo clock on the warrant redemption ticks by.
AUTC - I thought the final day for AUTC warrants was Jan 8th 2010?
I'm not sure, but if it is, I guess CCME is lagging by that comparison.
ECSC Volatility / Taxes
Swamp,
My views are very similar to yours.
I would also like to throw in how my most hated enemy (Taxes) also plays into this conflict of views.
As an example: Most of us can get their hands around the due diligence material and come to the conclusion that unless there is a material change of facts or projections, there is a decent likelihood that BSPM could achieve $.90 EPS in 2010, and with an up-list (reverse split may be necessary), a PE of 12 would not be unreasonable = $10.80 a share .... say by this December. I don't need to have great market timing skills or great luck to come to this conclusion. Though dumb as a rock, I can at times read. (As long as people use small words) This result is not a lock, but I think it is fair projection that most folks on this board would not argue.
If I purchased a share in November of last year for $3, and sold it in December for say ..$11, Uncle Sam would take $1.20 of my $8 gain (15% now, it will go to 20% in 2011) leaving me a not so depressing 326+% gain. If I try to time things and jump in and out of BSPM and into other "runners" or back into BSPM I could make significantly more money over the same period of time ONLY IF I were to make a gross gain of more than $10.46 .... 30% more than my original $8, since Uncle Sam would be asking for 35% in taxes. (Not to mention additional transaction costs) I'm not sure that with the volatility all of the ECSC stocks intrinsically have I can achieve that higher target without significantly increasing my risk.
I'm sure others that have more time, brains and luck than I do can easily manage this, but I would be out of my league. Just my humble opinion/status.
Many thanks to all the posters on this board regardless of their trading/investing style. You make this an exceptional place to increase one's investing knowledge.... and increase one's net worth!
-Dan
Ahhhh.... my new screen desktop picture.
Thanks Fernando
Love the action / Addicted to it ?
I think it is a bit of both..... but the wifey seems to think it is mostly the later.
(Note: it does not seem to bother her as much when she's out spending the profits!)
CCME Closing Price
I was seeing $11.99 for the last 15min post close on Fidelity..... Now I see $12.25. Is that the final?
(I'm not complaining here, it just seemed odd)
That could not have been said any better!
I think we have more than a few participants of this board (and the ECSC board) who individually hold many more shares/warrants than Stockgod claims to have purchased... including myself.
I would not be surprised if the members of this board and ECSC held more than 1 million of the 8.55 million warrants that were outstanding. Though I'm sure many have been converted to common already. We can all thank Fernando for getting us in on the warrants when they were sub $0.50, and in some cases even sub $0.20
I think March will be a good month for us all.
-Dan
Thanks Gorilla,
I agree completely.
Actually, after hearing that Fernando was able to do it with Fidelity in a 3-4 day timeframe, I gave them the ok to convert 40k of the warrants (I had cash in the account to cover only that much for now) When they clear, I will use margin to redeem the rest. (I may have to run the circuit two more times to clear them all). I am confident that the return we will see on the common stock in the next 12mo. will far outweigh the 3.75% Fidelity will charge me for the margin funds.
Good luck to us all
-Dan
Thanks Fernando,
I had suspected that the redemption took much less time than the guys at Fidelity had told me. I will convert in blocks as you suggest, I just may do it in bigger chunks than 10K.
Side Note:
They actually pointed out to me on the phone that the gap between the warrant conversion cost (PPW + $5.50) had closed to a tiny amount vs the common PPS, and that I could just sell warrants and buy common with margin .... I had to remind them that most of us actually Tax Manage our accounts, and the thought of triggering a short term capital gain, and resetting my purchase date from early Oct '09 to Jan '10 makes me sick to my stomach.
Let's hope 2010 sees CCME advance to its true value! Then our Warrant/Margin leverage will really shine!
-Dan
PS: My wife was born and raised just outside Lisbon Portugal, she saw your name on my monitor, and asked if you are one of her fellow countryman
Fernando: CCME Warrant Redemption Question
Wanted to wish you a Fantastic New Year.
You are a large reason why I hold 135K of CCME/TMI Warrants @ only $0.43 (many thanks, retirement is now several years closer)
I have spoken with Fidelity on converting the warrants using the margin power the actual stock itself generates. They claim that since the exchange of the warrants can take up to 3 or 4 WEEKS to clear to my account I can not use the converted stock as collateral, and thus can only use the value of other holdings, cash, or sell some warrants directly to complete the redemption.
They claimed to have already spoken to the transfer agent (contact info provided by me). I was under the impression that the new shares would appear in my account in less than a week. In which case I could redeem some, margin the new shares, rinse and repeat.
I was wondering if you have converted any of your (200k ???) warrants, and if the redeemed stock has appeared in your account in a timely manor.... I think I remember you once mentioning using Fidelity also?
Thanks
-Dan
