When people "cheerlead" to bring the momo crowd over here, that's what we can expect. Don't worry, we'll get over .06 easily this week.
Go TDGI!!!
That is a question best directed toward Fred Schefte. You can find his contact info in the iBox. Nobody knows as HH hasn't made that info public.
You know I will be here. I've got nowhere else to go...LOL!
TDGI!!!
Here is the info on the restricted shares Eric, the CEO, is holding. It doesn't spell out how many he has of that figure, but I'll keep digging where that info came from. But we know he has more than half of the 159,336,082 that's stated as restricted shares which would be more than 80 million.
TDGI! TDGI!
Thanks for the great post, Duke. You highlighted some great points there. Retelling the story never gets old. TDGI really has a great story in the making right now. I get the sense many here know that this could be the life changing investment for them.
Go TDGI!!!
Nice to see a spirited father-son battle. May the best man win... In fact, you'll both win on this one!
Go TDGI!
I'll throw my two cents in for the Verizon Droid phone. Verizon hooked me up with a Droid dirt cheap, and since then I can't imagine life without it. I was a holdout on the smartphone as I own a business and knew that it would mean 24 hour access. But I've ended up using it more to read posts here and check stocks than work. Google has made a nice alternative to the iPhone here. And I'm a die hard Mac guy...
I've been able to catch a lot of the posts on the board and news on TDGI because of it. In fact, I was out at a meeting the day the PPS melted down. Thanks to the Droid, I was able to buy a ton of shares right then and there dirt cheap.
And no, I'm not being paid to hock the Droid:)
Go TDGI!!
You're right, we shouldn't be so shortsighted to look at only the box office run. TDGI will be a cash cow in the DVD/VOD market. It's easy to forget what we "technically" have to measure up against as a company on the financial side. How much did TDGI gross in 2009 with only ONE film released? Answer, $935,382. Now, I know their liabilities increased with more film acquisitions this year, however their revenue is going to skyrocket this year. That in and of itself is noteworthy if you're looking at this from an investor's point of view. With the liabilities increasing this year, we want to see the revenue increase along with profit. With Fox getting on board with Twelve, they may have paid TDGI a 7 figure fee for the rights to distribute it. We don't know. That will be gravy if Twelve does well at the box office.
But within the next several weeks, we'll be publicly verifying through reporting of Twelve's box office receipts how much TDGI is bringing in. We won't have to wait for the end of quarter statements like most companies.
That is classic, Harley. Might want to consider giving blood too. I hear it can be quite lucrative if you have the right blood type..

That's a great question. The only thing we have to go on is Eric's email that states that part of their strategy is the "locomotive effect" What this in essence is to me is that if a film performs as they and/or the theaters expect, they'll add more screens. Same with future films. TDGI earns the theater's good graces by placing a film in it that brings business to the theaters so that the next film TDGI brings to them they're inclined to offer better options and maybe more screens.
I think the answer truly lies in common sense unless there's a written agreement that most of us wouldn't know about anyway. Barring a written agreement that says otherwise, the theaters would very likely at minimum hold Twelve over if it makes them money. If not, they'll bail quickly if there's something better they could show that would put people in seats. And that's why this weekend and the following weeks are good times to look at to see what movies are coming out. Looks like nothing earth shattering, so I think we'll at minimum be held over. If it's a success, I'm betting they'll roll Twelve out quite a bit wider immediately as most non-blockbuster films don't have too long of a shelf life at the box office.
TDGI!!
Thanks for the great chart. I appreciate you stopping by and sharing it with us. Would love for you to offer more charts as the situation warrants.
TDGI!
Great post, Engineer. What also gets lost in all this talk about the box office receipts is the fact that TDGI really only started this iteration of its business 8 months ago. Twelve is the culmination of only 8 months work. That's a major feat. As you said, it has been well promoted, well hyped and is where it needs to be to perform. While that alone won't make us rich, it's something we as long term investors want to see right off the bat for a CEO who's going to build TDGI into a major contender in the indie film distribution/release arena. I am rooting for a large box office open of Twelve as TDGI is my baby, but in reality I understand that if Twelve isn't a hit in the box office it will in all likelihood at minimum break even in the DVD/VOD market. There's a lot of positives to build on here in only 8 months. What I like to see is Eric keep getting better and better at what he's doing. That will make us very wealthy.
Very astute, lobo. Glad to have you here. Many of us are in the same boat as you. I'm breaking all sorts of rules with my investment in TDGI. I stopped investing and trading big board stocks once I found TDGI. The long and short term upside potential is staggering. I had a heck of a year last year on the big boards, but it won't even come close to what I expect TDGI to return by 2011.
Not a very good job IMO, because we've closed at the HOD now two days in a row. Bullish, very, very bullish!
TDGI!!!
LOL, you have me beat. I was going to make a statement and only buy 1 share -- that's right, only 1 share. Maybe Monday. Nice, nice week here!!!

I got 1,000 shares at .055 just to paint us. I'm saving my arsenal for the .06 breakout...
TDGI!!
Do we really have to ask who is whacking this? It's fairly obvious. That said, this time is different. There is massive momentum happening with TDGI at this point. Not one seller will keep the train from derailing this time. Remember, we have FOX on our side now. Totally different ballgame than a few months ago:)
TDGI, enuff said!
You're correct. So the real resistance to break is .055. Once that's pierced, I have a feeling that .06 won't be that big of a deal to get through as not many shares traded at that level. In fact, if memory serves me right, less than 100,000 traded at .06 when it hit it a few months ago.

Important to Remember
As we close in on breaking the old high of .06, many here will be tempted to sell out since they're sitting on nice gains. If you have to sell, that's cool. No one's ever gone broke taking profits. But consider these few things:
1: We know a possible spinoff is in the works with some films of TDGI to a separate, fully reporting BB company with intentions to uplist to AMEX. That means the more you have of TDGI now, you'll receive a proportionate amount of shares in the new spinoff for free. Details are still unknown, but that's how it typically works.
2. Once we break .06, it really is anyone's guess how high this will go. Who would want to miss out on that?
3. TDGI has consolidated massively in the .02 to .05 range. We'll never see these prices again once a big move comes up. This isn't your typical pink sheet stock that will be diluted into a run. That means when we make a big move up, we'll retain that ground.
4. Market cap for TDGI is artificially low. Once the audited financials hit, we now know their library valuation will be "significantly more valuable" now that Fox is distributing some key titles of TDGI. This means the market cap will be adjusted upward to reflect TDGI's true value.
5. Many here, including myself, have no plans to sell our shares anytime soon. In fact, most of us are here for 2011 and beyond assuming things go as planned. This isn't the kind of stock where the mods on the board pump the company and dump to unsuspecting buyers. While that may be the norm around iHub, that's not the way we roll here.
So sit back, relax and enjoy watching TDGI make higher highs and your account balance swell.

I'm saving some funds to help push through .06 when we retest it. I'm betting once .06 hits, many here will help push through it. I think it's important that there's funds available to push through the .06 wall.

Nice, it's good to see people averaging up! What does that tell you folks? Glad someone was kind enough to give you shares nearly 5% cheaper.

Great post, Duke!
I agree that 12 has received more press than I ever expected.
That is an understatement. For what was supposed to be a moderately released film in the grand scheme of things, this is turning out to have much greater exposure than I had imagined!
WE have so much in the pipeline that there won't be a dull moment around here for quit a while. Even the waiting is fun because we don't have that lingering pink-sheet fear of dilution or a "scam" is discovered.
This helps me sleep well at night!!!
It's a real pleasure to be part of this and with patience to not jump ship before the Cruise Captain (Eric) has us on auto pilot
Cruis Captain Eric, I love it!
You highlighted some great things that make this a wonderful investment. Thanks for stopping by, and keep up the great work over on the Yahoo boards. I'm one starring the resident lunatic over there!

That's right around the corner. What's nice is it will be in time to add bottom line revenue to TDGI's 2010 revenue. I'm betting Racing Dreams will fare better in the home entertainment market than it did in the theaters.

I'm really glad Eric had the foresight to push back Twelve to August 6. Many here were upset and questioned the move. And that's okay, I totally understand that. But as things are shaping up, coupled with the release of the Twentieth Century Fox partnership news, Twelve couldn't have been released at a better time. I think we have a really good shot at having a huge winner on our hands here.
Consider this, we're only a week away from TDGI's financials now being measured with 7 figures rather than 6 figures. Growth is good:)

33,426 Board Reads as of 11:03 PM EST
The PR with Twentieth Century Fox has a lot of eyes on TDGI right now. If you're reading this board for the first time, thanks for stopping by. There's a ton of great info on this board. I suggest you look at the stickied posts as well as reading the "TDGI Pitches" located on the menu bar above the posts. This is one of the greatest boards on iHub. The due diligence here is second to none. You've visited this page at the right time. Things are just getting rolling here. There is a ton of significant news expected in the coming days and weeks. Now is a really, really good time to establish a position if you haven't already. With the major film Twelve coming to theaters next week with recognizable stars with lots of cache, this movie could really place TDGI on the map in the indie film industry.
Some highlights for all newcomers:
No Dilution. This is not your typical pink sheet stock. There will be no dilution!
Verifiable, performing assets. See how much this company makes by checking box office totals.
CEO with 25+ years experience in the film industry finally making a name for himself.
Audited financials waiting in the wings. An uplist and/or spinoff will be occurring in the not too distant future.
CEO owns common shares, therefore his financial success is tied to the PPS.
CEO who keeps his word. Something rare with a pink sheet company. This CEO has delivered time and time again on doing what he says he's going to do.
There's many more great attributes to TDGI if you take the time to look around the board. PM any moderator with any questions you have that you can't find an answer to in posts. We're all here for the long haul. Many of us see this investment in TDGI as a complete life changer.
