Yeah - I believe nothing from these groups - just useless drivel that make people jump in and make a move while they dump whatever they have. Fidelity won't allow me to buy either - problem is I already have a ton of this crap
Would appreciate you stop posting this - if you provide proof then fine - otherwise desist
CEDIA presence is huge - if Morpheus actually proves to be game changing product - no pun intended - then a buy out is really something that could be on the table - JMO.
Hey scotchie, glad to see back on here. Been a while. Also happy to see you have weathered the storm so to speak.
Haven't seen or heard from Rocks in years or others as a matter of fact - I miss those days of optimism.
I'd like to think something positive is happening, but not getting excited yet until we something in print.
Won't happen until MM want it to - this is standard practice / behavior with this market - won't happen
Yup - not sure what is happening but nice to see some volume.
CEDIA will be the key - it's a coming out party for the products - if that is well received then the next few months will get interesting. Need to create a buzz outside of Ihub - real people with real needs that want to buy the product. That will get this moving out of the moribund trading range we see today.
I think we may need a horseshoe - lol.
Anyway, I did listen to the interview and I must say he is moving very fast. I like his background and he is very visible and that is a good thing. He was very upbeat and to me the piece that is surprising is the resources they have at their disposal for development.
Hold onto the seats, this could get very interesting in the next 6 months.
Luckydd - surprising turn of events -eh - email
Can anyone tell me what the volume was by day this week.
As I see it:
Products extremely compelling.
CEO is committed and has the right focus.
GRAF nowhere to be found - I suspect it will be spun out to Inqubus (sp).
Undercapitalized.
Slow and steady growth.
Some dilution in the future to ramp up production.
Only issue I had was that the video conference was only attended by a max of like 22 people. That is not an audience that will get this moving. The conference needs wider distribution and has to appeal not to Ihubbers but to the people who make things happen - capital providers. We need an investor and soon.
Great start however - holding form for the long haul.
Don't think so - I don't think they are going the toxic financing route - but I can't say that 100% certainty
While there is really nothing "concrete" in today's PR - the progress they are making in terms of their overall technology and integrating their IoT strategy is undeniable.
This is not a short term play for me. I am not a "trader" but the traders are the ones currently making the money - flipper heaven.
However, that should come to an end once the strategy shifts to delivery and revenue - SHORTLY I hope.
SDVI needs seed money to begin the delivery phase and we will see some dilution - but I truly believe it will be smaller that anticipated and the revenue will more than make up for it.
This looks like it has come back in a very legit way and the future could be very bright if the right things fall into place - i.e. cash infusion and market acceptance of the product set.
I am holding for the breakthrough. May take 12-18 months but it will be well worth the wait.
Could you explain more on "seeing their operation"

Can't argue anything you said. Long term holder
SDVI needs some cash investment to accelerate their growth, otherwise it will be a very slow build up.
Things are progressing slowly due to being underfunded (not a shock here) but can move quicker with an investor coming on board. This will require some dilution, but it would allow a substantial acceleration of their revenue stream.
Morpheus One is a perfect product for the expansion of the smart tech home - expected growth in that area is explosive.
SDVI only has to start down that path and demonstrate that Morpheus One is the real deal and some BIG eyes will be on it in a heartbeat.
IMO that is the play here - develop the product - even if on a shoestring and some big company comes calling - JMO.
Long term play - with a lot of angst in between due to all the vagaries of penny land.
IDC: IoT spending to hit $800B in 2017

Nuf Said
What we really need is a roman candle.
It's obvious you know more than most of us posters and I can't argue on the pen rate issue.
But that said, what's important is that at least they are providing updates on the merged companies.
It's not important that TruckIt is a multi million dollar enterprise or just getting off the floor so to speak. What's important is that is DOES have customers (small as it may be), they are paying a subscription and Innovo is enhancing and improving the app.
Isn't that the real story. Why is it that the glass is always 1/2 empty. Maybe, just maybe it's half full.
Most of these plays are scams. But after being dormant for around 5 years, unless there is significant dilution, I will give this one a CHANCE.
This isn't a $1 or $5 stock and some posters post for their own benefit, but I will let this one percolate a bit before I call it a scam.
Anyone know how much a Morpheus One unit cost to buy
One last item of note:
Ken Hurley controls much of the shares between the O/S ~2.8B and the A/S of $7B so nothing will happen here unless he is convinced it is the right thing to do.
Let's hope Ken has learned from the last go round and sets a new course for SDVI that brings all shareholders the value we expected years ago.
As I see it:
Company put up a lot of money to get current.
Merged 4 companies into the structure.
Filed Q-1 on time - results not great but THEY DID FILE.
Announces a new CEO - who is a tech person for a tech company - they don't always make good CEO's (too technical) but in this case it's a fresh start and someone who has the expertise in the area.
Merged companies actually have products and solutions.
Company structure has remained the same since January - that will change once SDVI gets an investor to pump some cash into the company to begin the expansion process.
I expect the impact to be manageable in terms of dilution and what the infusion could mean to rev growth.
So for the short term look for some volatility. For those who look long term, this has the potential to be a big winner.
Let it play out and ignore the day to day fluctuations. Watch for the slow climb.
It may - buy the rumor - sell the news sort of thing. But it won't matter long term if they deliver what looks to be a promising product - as said prior - development stage, underfunded and high risk reward - been in for 6 years - this is the best chance in quite some time. I will play along - nothing to lose at this point as it was dead - defunct - not trading etc.
Seems like shallow breathing that may turn into off life support - SOON.
He needs an investor - let's see if Q-2 delivers more optimism.
You need to stop investing in this area if you are asking questions like this. Pennies are worse risk than gambling. Gambling odds are better.
SDVI has come back from the brink. Important points:
They paid big money to get back current.
Merged 4 IoT companies.
Reported ON TIME for Q-1.
Had some revenue - amount not as important as showing progress.
Reinvested to get smaller more robust product and making it available in U.S - big deal IMO.
Profit not really important at this point - it will be down the line but for now the development is critical to attract an investor(s).
Progress is being made - let's see if Q-2 shows additional growth.
This is a development company - odds are against it, but it is active, trading and a longshot but hell - it's like throwing the dice in a game of craps.
Yes it did and that fact can't be argued. I will wait and see what's next.
Anything can happen - own a penny that was dormant for 5 years and has resumed trading - so who knows.
And your point is?
Revoked doesn't mean dead - it may trade again or it may fail miserably, but can't blame the company for trying. Loonngg shot at best, but it is still breathing as shallow as it is.
That is true and there has been no follow on since - let's hope there is news soon. I would like to think that you don't spend that kind of money and effort to let this thing die on the vine AGAIN.
Back at you - haha
Wow - looks like things may be percolating again. If this is being sold on Amazon, then the reports of SMKY's demise were greatly exaggerated it appears.
Maybe not the same as before, but there is breathing as shallow as it may be - lol.
There will be sellers into this little run up, so buyers have an opportunity. Only way to get a sustained run is with news.
It's now almost 3 weeks since the end of the period of a commitment not to sell shares.
I think what needs to come next is a detailed release explaining a capital raise and the use of the funds to expand and grow the 4 IoT companies. That kind of dilution/investment would be welcomed as it would set up a possible business expansion and might I say a possible merger/buyout with another larger IoT company in the not too distant future.
They haven't done all this work and done the mergers without some expectation of being a going concern or a possible buy out target.
JMHO
Can you blame the sellers- no news for almost 3 weeks - looks like company has gone radio silent
I love these posts about accumulation - when does accumulation stop - lol. It's been said for 3 -4 weeks now.Is that a euphemism for this thing is dead in the water?
Without further news (soon), you can put a fork in this one.
This goes nowhere and will wallow around until Merger details are provided and some financials for the 4 merged companies are detailed.
Graffiti update would also help.
They gave us a lot of info in the first 30 days or so but it's been radio silent now for 2-3 weeks - not a good sign. April 1 is coming fast and I am fearful what happens at that point w/o any further updates.
News is great but whoever writes their PR's needs help.
Me too - lol. Looking ugly here in NE.
GO SDVI - looks like this one has come back from the dead - just like my Patriots - what a game. Not for the faint of heart.
Now all we need are the terms of the sale. That would be very telling on what they think these IoT mergers will return in terms of short and long term value.
Hey DJ, it's been awhile - welcome aboard.
Let's see if we can get a good run on this one.
Let me think about that
