Ads apparently pulled for the O2 card on YAHOO ADS ..look at the lower left corner of screen below ...so there you have it - marketing has begun .

I think this video looks very professional. Alot of times successful businesses take twists and turns to get to their pinnacle. So what people started out doing to be successfull and what they inevitably had success with necessarily are not the same ......I think this prepaid industry will be on fire the next 3-4 yrs...if this prepaid card biz is our vehicle to success or whether its the cell business I dont personally care. Profits and money coming in are what I care about at this point and these cards seem to be a way to make some pretty good coin. Bravo Val progress.
Listing Requirements
The OTCBB is not an issuer listing service, market or exchange. Although the OTCBB does not have any listing requirements per se, to be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB, issuers must remain current in their filings with the SEC or applicable regulatory authority. Market Makers will not be permitted to begin quotation of a security whose issuer does not meet this filing requirement. Securities already quoted on the OTCBB that become delinquent in their required filings will be removed following a 30 or 60 day grace period if they do not make their required filing during that time. A fifth character of "E" in a security's trading symbol is used to denote securities that FINRA believes are delinquent in their required filings; securities so denoted will be removed from the OTCBB after the applicable grace period expires. Note that an issuer can request review of the decision to remove the issuer’s securities by an independent hearings panel. Additional information regarding that process can be found in our FAQs. To provide evidence of compliance with the filing requirement, contact the OTCBB Issuer Filings Department. For more information regarding the eligibility requirements for the OTCBB, refer to Rule 6530.
Not to be a downer but how low can a stock go and how long can it go without reporting anything to OTC until you possibly get kicked off the exchange ? Thats a possibility here correct ?
"Nothing" from the busy bee ...
I guess those O2 cards in members hands dont count ?
We did buy the storefront in Palm Coast did we not ?
There has been activity in the store- painting it etc.
Are we where I would like to be Hexx no....is the pps in the crapper yep ........ but using the word
"NOTHING"
really is stretching the ZeE TrUtH iZnT it.
Wow EMZ you have been using that thing so much there are bandaids on it ! I like it we need the fees.
Understood ...... Again I am just reporting what I saw since my last visit and provided a photo. Yes we need to make quicker - better progress here. The facts ,we own a retail location, people have O2USA cards in hand ,assumed : revenue soon to follow, retail space is a little further along, V is not in hiding. Apparently we have a tortoise here not a hare. I am told slow and steady wins the race lol.
Nagoya no problem.....yes it was good to see activity has been ongoing in the storefront. It was nice to see it for myself.
Yes heres a really big o2 card for you on the right of my avatar pic....its about 2 ft by 2 ft .... rather than spew b.s. on this board I decided to drive 4 1/2 hrs round trip to do a little DD for everyone .....Our "bee" has been busy .....it looks like the store interior colors were picked and are O2 orange and green like the logo, looks like we will have a storefront facing counter, looks like new electrical conduit was placed in the back if I am not mistaken for sOmEzInG EleCtRicAl I ZUzPecT ???? Our man has been silently progressing as evidenced by a photo........
PLZ - Good to hear Val came looking for you and is not hiding.............
I see this prepaid card trend growing too .....I actually bought one of these cards recently for a need I have....they are also gearing them to parents for handling kids allowance, handing them to employees to use as fuel cards or for business expenses when they travel on the road. As some have said here its also a way to handle payroll. Who knows maybe we will get these out there in some decent numbers????????????
EXCELLENT NEWS for all .......thanks EMZ.
Re; Vals knowledge.....I am tremendously skeptical by nature......I met Val in person and talked to him for a few hrs last year. I can smell b.s. a mile away usually as I am in the technology industry as well and have played a part in many technology projects over the years.
The guy simply knows his stuff and I believe is smarter than the average bear.
Now having said all that - thats all great but at the end of the day he simply has to produce something and make money for us all here.....imo unfortunately we have come up short and slooooow SO FAR.
iamnobody ...as far as I can tell no application has been filed ......you can go to the broadband applications here and you will not find one for otow
http://ssl.ntia.doc.gov/broadbandgrants/applications/search.cfm
so I guess this is number 27 on the list .
"The USDA Loan application was in Novemeber so I anticipate a response in late March or early April. I feel that's the most promising item for OTOW short term."
Blah blah blah....we need some meat here plain and simple or someone needs to stick a pretty big finger in this dyke.
Ort pm me uremailaddr.
X2 Ortco .
5 figure loser here ...but like they say you havent lost until you actually sell - so we wait for Val.
So how low can our p,p,s, go until our stock is delisted ?
I would imagine thats getting ready to happen soon unless we perform a reverse split right ?
Anybody tried to SELL through TD Ameritrade lately ? Are you able to ?
PLZ just make it your user avatar picture if you arent a paid member .
I have to give Val credit for creative marketing as there is what 100k people at that race usually .
Anybody have a rough calculation on how many co shares have been sold over say the last 3 months ? Would be interesting just to estimate how much cash has been generated and possibly spent in that timeframe.
Spanish page is up
http://www.e-moneycard.net/o2usacard/index_sp.htm
At last count only 2 of 26 items telgraphed- pr'd have been verifiably finished ...the Palm Coast retail space was purchased and supposedly O2 logod debit cards can be purchased now BUT PS has anyone received an actual O2 card ????????????
So then you would have to ask yourself WHAT would it take to get a spike in our pps.
1.) A LOAN of some sorts finally coming through.
2.) A revenue stream actually being reported - money coming IN . At this point the only thing supposedly up and running is the prepaid cards program. There was no follow up to the Atlanta system going "LIVE" so I think that pretty much says nobody signed up or revenue is negligible. O2 usa ????? Has O2USA sold a single plan to a customer - acting as a "reseller" ?
3.) A merger - someone within the industry comes in , sees what Val has in the works or has potentially lined up in place and says look I will absorb OTOW - Earthcomm with a majority position - step aside -lets use my capital and get some part of this finally done.
IMO there is no way we will qualify for that rural broadband money - so that IMO means a smaller investor flips us some cash based on that we have some revenue coming in from pp cards and he believes in Val.
Uhh we dont have any DR licenses .....prove me wrong.
Be sure to share with us all ;) .
Thats what o2usa is about ...go to our site yourself.....
http://o2usa.com/storelocator/
Yeah ,lets talk about the "secured" licenses.....how do you secure something , lay claim to it ,claim ownership etc on something that is supposedly worth 36 million dollars if you havent spent a dime on them and they are not in your name ? Somebody show me a document or agreement that says we own that 36 million dollar package of licenses.
Answer :NOBODY I know of on here has "seen" anything saying we own that package or have first rights to purchase that supposed package of licenses. Surely something that valuable has a paper trail. Wouldnt you have to provide that paper trail to get an "evaluation" by a bank or lending entity to make that claim in a pr ?
How come the licenses dont show up as an asset on the "financials" the company "used" to post on OTCMARKETS.COM ?
If they were a tangible asset of the company wouldnt you have to declare them ? Where is EMZ he is versed in this stuff I am sure.
Now you guys will all gloss over this and not have a real discussion on this CRUCIAL ISSUE. But we all know better.
In my book -until I am proved wrong - this claim goes straight into the BS pile. You can only have blind faith for so long.
So we would need 3.3 million in equity in order to get a 33 million dollar loan .......
NOT TRUE PETE ...of the ~ 25 items telegraphed in the prs this is the "second" one that has come to fruition. We purchased the Palm Coast Office Space as evidenced by property tax records and now the O2 prepaid card is here ;) . All kidding aside its some progress - give Val some credit .....

I like it . FINALLY FEES -the magic word. So you shoot for people who are "underbanked". They are issued a card ,they must charge it up with prepaid funds. Alot of peoples credit is dinged these days, so there might be a market for people who dont qualify for regular credit or debit cards. Further down the road in order to get O2 wireless you have to accept the prepaid card ....you tie the wireless bill to the card ENSURING we get paid timely etc. So we need a sales push to get these into peoples hands to start using them. That could be in the D.R. OR STATESIDE. Looks like to me from the schedule of fees below we get $60 a yr in revenue off each customer carrying the card (monthly maintenance fee) .
Card Usage Fees

ATM Withdrawal $2.00

Might be old news but I just ran across it .......
USDA money is tight and hard to get understandably ...especially after getting this 267 million dollar "black eye". They are going to make anybody wanting money jump through numerous hoops to get a nickel.
Open Range the exclusive rural infrastructure partner with LightSquared. Building the world’s first ever nationwide, end-to-end full IP wireless satellite and terrestrial network.Open Range discontinued service on November 18, 2011.
Open Range Communications is a unique public and private partnership. The company was approved in 2009 for a loan by the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Utilities Program (RDUP) to deliver High Speed Wireless Internet to more than 500 communities across 17 states. This Broadband Access Loan of $267 million loan (the largest in USDA history) was made possible through the positive and combined efforts of the USDA’s RUS and FCC. Open Range received additional private equity funding on January 9, 2009 through an investment of $100 million from One Equity Partners (OEP), the private equity arm of JPMorgan Chase & Co. The OEP investment satisfied the RDUP's loan terms, making the funds available to Open Range.
We do finally show as owning the European Village property ;)

02 Secure Wireless hunts for federal loan for rural LTE
November 2, 2011 — 10:36am ET | By Phil Goldstein
02 Secure Wireless, a Florida-based cell tower company, said it is hoping to get a $33 million federal loan to deploy an advanced LTE network to 500,000 customers in 65 cities and towns across rural parts of the South.
The company wants a loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service (RUS), which has distributed broadband stimulus grants. 02 said that in August of this year, the Washington RUS office assigned the company a Government Field Representative, which has preliminarily approved all 65 cities and towns for RUS funding. 02 hopes that once it secures the loan it can "construct the most technologically advanced LTE network presently available," capable of download speeds of 25 Mbps.

Daniel Baldridge, the head of investor relations of 02, said he expects the company to receive the loan by year-end. Once it receives the loan, it can start constructing the network, which will serve customers in under-served or un-served markets in Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Baldridge said he expects it to take around a year from the time 02 gets the loan to when its network will be operational. "It's all going to take some time to get going," he said. He declined to comment on what spectrum 02 is using, what specific kind of network technology it will use or what vendors the company is partnering with. He directed those questions to 02 CEO Val Kazia, who he said was unavailable for comment. An RUS spokesman did not immediately have a comment on the loan.
02 was founded in 2003 and is based in St. Augustine, Fla. As of Nov. 1, the publicly traded company had a market value of $1.97 million, and had 493 shareholders as of June 30. Under a recent merger with Earthcom Services, the company is currently being structured to provide flat-rate prepaid wireless services in developing countries internationally.
Interestingly, 02's efforts to launch service come shortly after the collapse of Open Range Communications, which launched WiMAX service in 2009 with a similar goal of providing Internet service to under-served areas. Open Range's service was partially funded with a $267 million loan from the Rural Utilities Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. However, Open Range just last month filed for bankruptcy.
