You completely misread my post - I did make a bad investment (a few years ago), but it was fairly small, and money I could afford to lose. The one I was referring to was another person who was in contact with me last year, he is in very deep, and will not get any $$ back in my opinion. The SEC and/or the probation officer are there to police any activities that are illegal, not worry about my investment, or anyone else's investment.

I agree. If one has issues with the management of this company that seem directly related to SEC rules, or potential issues with felons running the company, then certainly a campaign of information to the SEC and the probation office seem in order. Recent posts and DD on my part have me convinced that someone (or some people) should serve hard time - I know of one individual in the upper midwest that is holding over 100K (investment price) in this stock - I'm sure there are many others around the country. This mess needs to be stopped and cleaned up, and at least two people should serve time. All IMO.

I'm not sure what the chair game is, but I did a little research on the green frog fund, I am more concerned now than I was before. 400K is a lot of money to pay out to a "fund" - especially if the money came from the sale of stock. I am almost feeling like I might have a strong urge to possibly flip this stock, based on the forward looking possibility that the company might get close to beginning to launch another possible product that may or may not be manufactured, and possibly be sold by the still uncounted national sales force that the company was accepting applications for; however I have been on my cell all day, without the famous anti-radiation chip, so first I might go wrap my head in some tin foil.

The med patch company they are supposedly hooked up with was advertising a "woody patch." Not sure if that is what catch is referring to, but so far (the last ten years or so) the PRs don't seem to excite anything, or anyone, other than a couple of pumpers. Also, Steal - you seem to be really up and then really down on this stock - almost at two polar opposites. What's up with that? Are you in it to win it, or just flopping around in the prevailing wind? I think you should just let everyone know where you stand - is this stock your pick to win, or is it a POS? We already know the price is POS, so don't go there. In or out?

Your argument doesn't make sense to me. Heroin addicts also die from Hep C and AIDS, due to dirty needles. Providing a safer method for addicts to stay addicted doesn't seem to be much help, IMO. Like I said, companies that actually do sell ecigs are simply selling drug delivery devices - nothing different than clean crack pipes or needles. Addicts are addicts. Vodka, nicotine, or heroin - doesn't really matter. Just opinions, no shortage of those on this board, eh?

I don't think her opinion is narrow at all - ecigs are a drug delivery system, plain and simple. Addiction to nicotine is still addiction. Sorry if you and steal don't share that opinion, but I share it with her.

I just asked my daughter - she is an RN. No buzz as far as she is concerned. She thinks it is just another way for morons to put drugs into their bodies.
