SEC has no reason to halt TALK. Why doesn't the SEC return the money to the fleeced investors after a disgorgement? Where does that money go? It must be in the trillions!
The budget request for FY 2017 totals $1.781 billion in addition to the disgorgement of gains out of the small mom & pop investors, they are taking the public's tax money. When trading is halted all the investors lose. The word "SEC" is about as imaginative as the word "God" as in "Putting the fear of SEC in you". And yet no proof of iTalk being investigated has been presented here.
https://www.sec.gov/about/reports/secfy17congbudgjust.pdf
I disagree, the filthy SEC is the scammer and would love to get some of the millions in revenue. They have screwed me many times.
Can you prove they are under-funded and under-staffed or are you speaking from first hand experience?
They aren't getting TALK because iTalk is legit.
Smartphones See Highest Return Rate Among Electronic Devices

You said, "Why should anyone help...." . I was merely answering your question. I believe a family man is trustworthy. Call him a scammer but try saying it to his daughter.
That is a public profile

nothing to hide here
Why shouldn't we help?
Sorry they can't spend a penny until BK is over please don't get our hopes up here. We won't hear anything until then. Sell all you want
LOL I got a whole case
Giving up my bed and car so shorty can drive this down. I like being homeless LMAO. Throw away some good food so I can grab it from the dumpster. No stranger to this game shorty been doing it to me for 30 years. Never sell just HOLD or DIE!!!
Shorty only buys on really big news
Shorty should cover and that has not happened. Shorty can't afford to cover but only sell more.
Definitely good time to average down my purchase price. I choose to be a foolish long rather than being greedy, dishonest and criminally minded. That is like being stabbed in the back. Nobody left me hanging with the last filing just 20 days ago. A letter from the CEO
So you hope someone will sell 100 million shares just because they are already short billions of counterfeit shares? That is probably so but I wouldn't want to be in on it.
More like NBC, CBS, FOX, CNN, ABC, OPB, and HBO
The longs tend more important matters with upper echelons.
Those aren't people dumping at bid. Real people sell at the ask

"According to one estimate, networks need to be ready for a 1,000-fold increase in data volumes in the first half of the 2020s. And the radio spectrum used by 4G, which mostly sits below 3 gigahertz, is running out, and thus getting more expensive. An auction in America last year raked in $45 billion."

TALK is amazing and will prove to be untouchable!
Such knowledge warrants sentencing if it were factual one had knowledge of such damaging documents about TALK have been written.
I imagine that the assumption of T-Mobile's stores was contingent upon UMS llc's filing of chapter 11 protection.
Are you calling me a stinker or who does that refer to? I have been called much worse so it couldn't be all that bad. TALK is definitely not a stinker so it couldn't be TALK. Actually nobody here is a stinker so it couldn't be them. I can't imagine who you're talking about.
If if, ands, and buts, were apples, cherries, and nuts, then what? We'd all be in for a ride! TALK is a better manager.
The old manager wasn't good enough. iTalk has more connections and incentive.
Couldn't have said it better Rooster!
Sure when they milk an 800 billion dollar bailout from the gov
BK protection from vicious predator creditors is what I call it. UMS will be fine.
