We should get a real uptick from an uplisting of our stock. This baby is ready to roll the minute any positive news comes out pointing to a primetime status! POW is a hidden gem that needs exposure to a wider audience of investors. The company is hot on the trail and a higher PPS will soon tell the tale. Stay tuned for some shocks that will knock off your socks! POW is on the march!
It doesn't take a Super Human to know that buying POW shares on the cheap is the thing to do. This is the calm before the storm and Uncle Stan will soon unfold his mighty plan! Get on board and buy all the shares you can afford. This might seem like a sleeper but it's darn sure a keeper! I'm feeling a rally in my belly. Tomorrow comes the full moon. Hope we fly there very soon. Go POW and GLTA!!
Looking good for us POWsters! I knew a big day was just around the corner. With Stan getting the go ahead to loosen his lips again, we should be off to the races in the days ahead. Jump in and let the fun begin! Or read 'em and weep. It sure will be groovy when they announce the first POW-Disney movie!
No one seems to know much about this stock deal. We get assurances from one or two board members and then wait forever to hear anything that is for sure. Hopefully, we'll get some news soon but that's anyone's guess. For now, I'd buy every share of POW I could get at these incredibly low prices! I'm still shopping for funding sources to add to my motherload. Maybe I can retire a year or two earlier than expected if this baby goes back into orbit. Disney paid more for these shares in January than people are paying now! What a no brainer if you're looking for a future gainer!
Immie. This stock is a real gimme! Just watch it rise until it's 4 times its present size. Better buy more shares now while POW is still in the minor leagues. That's about to change very soon IMO.
We should be hearing something good anytime now from Stan the Man, the best comics writer since time began. We need a lift to stop this downward drift. Just one well placed word and we'll be flying like a tweedie bird. Up, up an away as they say! I can hardly wait for that happy day!
Stan's Twits are MARVELous! He's hinting once again that he'll soon be making another very POWerful announcement that will knock our socks off and rock our stock to da moon!
Pretty decent volume for POW today! The price is still low but that should change very soon. It's ready to soar with the eagles when we hear big news from the Generalissimo. I'm trying to track down some scratch to catch more shares around 20 cents. What a bargain some people are getting right now! These shares are selling for a song. It's titled "Penny Stocks from Heaven".
I also noticed that Super Humans was under the Marvel empire. Too bad that POW doesn't get credit for the series since it's a real blockbuster! I've recorded all 4 episodes so far and it's my favorite program in many years! Stan will get some good cashola from this show that he can plough back into POW. What we all need now is some Super Mulla from some soon to be announced POW-Disney movie venture. Wouldn't that be music to our ears?
Good move in getting those shares for 19 cents, P of P! If I had any way on earth of getting more cash, I'd plow it into POW with no hesitation. I'm loaded for bear already but would like another 50K POW shares to add to my motherload. When Stan pulls the trigger, this baby will shoot to da moon and da stars! We seem to be in the calm before the storm. When a stock like this is down, it's time to stock up! One day very soon a lot of people will sadly note that they coulda, woulda, or shoulda bought the HE double toothpicks out of this pinkie. It'll then be too late when the first number of the stock price is an 8! We may just be at the rumbling and grumbling stage right now but I foresee a 9.1 earthquake on the stock exhange Richter scale when POW drops the PR bomb we've all been waiting for! The Generalissimo will spring a big surprise on us this fall. A little birdie told me so. If I'm wrong, I'll have to eat some crow.
I feel the same way, Shot. We need some big news to give our stock price a boost. At 21 cents, we're at the price Disney paid for 10% of the company. We were 400% higher in April just on anticipation of a major announcement. There's no reason POW should be trading at such a low level. Many of us suffered for years with this stock at a nickel or a dime. It's a lot higher than that now and is certain to appreciate much further in the months ahead. It's very frustrating to see POW in the doldrums right now but there's great hope for the future. The highs of April may be the lows of this coming January if any luck at all!
Ride 'em Cowboy! I too agree that this lawsuit is bunk and headed for the legal scrapheap. POWs Super Seven logo is very different from the Super 7 one and should hold up in court no sweat! I took many law courses and feel confident that Stan and the Boys will prevail. The court might just toss this one out as a nuissance case. This is the time of times to buy POW shares! I bought back in at 54 and 33 on the way down from 87 cents after dumping some of my shares in the 70 cent range. If I wasn't all tapped out, I'd jump on these 20 something cent shares with both feet! Anyone who doesn't will rue the day they let a fortune slip away! Gitty up horsey and ride!
I'm sure they'll work some kind of deal out to make this controversy go away. A lawsuit is jumping the gun and this conflict must have been anticipated to some extent from the beginning. Two lawyers will knock their heads together and finally make sense out of this situation. It happens all the time.
I really loved SuperHumans! I calculate that it's going to be a huge hit on The History Channel. I've haven't seen such a unique program in years! Let's hope it translates into big money for POW and for all of us brigadiers! Everyone should see these incredible people with almost supernatural talents! This is a show I'll definitely watch every week it's on the air.
POW's stock price went from 5 cents to 25 cents in early January when it was announced that Disney took a 10% stake in the company. The price soon fell back to 11 cents and climbed gradually back into the 20s. Around March, before a major comic con where big news was anticipated, POW hit 87 cents, really on no actual news at all. When no big development came out of that comic con, we fell into the 70s, then the 60s and down to where we are now. When anything significant is announced regarding POW, we'll fly sky high once again. It's just a matter of time and I believe that time is fast approaching.
That's an overly pessimistic view. There are many projects that POW is working on that could jumpstart the stock price. We're not in any 3 to 6 month wait and see timeline that will freeze us out of any positive announcements. Anything can happen but I'm optimistic that we'll see progress this year that will boost POW's stock price to a much higher plateau than we're at right now. Time will tell. Remember that we went to 87 cents a few months ago on no news. Just on a little anticipation.
Forget buying POW in the teens. That's ancient history and we're far more likely to see POW hit 50 than 15. It's a stretch to buy many shares under 30 today and one big news release will at least double us up from a quarter to fifty cents! If I knew of 10 grand that I could get my hands on, I'd pump every penny of it into POW right NOW!!! Wait and you might be too late. The train will be leaving the station with conductor Stan yelling all aboard in the not too distant future. Mark my words and mark them well.
I'm with you on that, Jack! It is likely that Disney will increase their stake in POW before year's end and could swallow up the whole company for breakfast one day. Any number of POWs well developed projects could catch on and bring big revenue to Stan and the Boys. Just stay tuned, locked, and loaded. You'll soon be well rewarded for any POW shares you've hoarded.
I just heard that Disney is selling Miramax and will be doing films with a concentration on the Disney, Pixar and Marvel labels. This should be great news for POW investors since it's now much more likely that Disney will make POW a division of the company on a buyout. I hope investors see it that way and will start buying up shares of our stock. POW and Disney are destined to be one!
Yes, the easy money rovers have moved on to greener pastures, Jack. Our pasture will be paved with gold when all the projects that are in the development stage are rolled out. Stan could still be holding some big secrets close to the vest on orders of Disney. He's got to have a few more cards to play at the upcoming comic cons he'll be attending over the next few months. No need to panic. This is an unbelievable buying opportunity! When POW's price triples one of these days, many will be kicking themselves for not buying into this golden goose! They'll be taking a gander at the money they could have made. I'll pity the fools!
I sure wish I could come up with some extra funds right now to buy POW in the 20s! Anyone doing so today will see their investment triple to quadruple by year's end I'm sure. It just makes no sense that we're trading this low! It boggles the mind that anyone in the know wouldn't be pouncing on this bargain priced stock before it takes off again! Is everyone else on the board tapped out like me?
It sure was a surprise to me that POW actually went down today after issuing such a positive press release. Stan was center stage at the biggest Comic Con in the country and you'd think he went there as the invisible man! Where are all the investors who should be buying up these shares after all this publicity? If only Stan would mention that POW was a publicly traded company! Most people must think that its shares are closely held by Stan and a few of his cohorts. Let's see what the future brings for us brigadiers. We've gotta get a break sometime.
Here's a link to an interesting story shown on ABC News tonight about the San Diego Comic Con and digital comics.
http://abcnews.go.com/WN/superhero-identity-crisis-comic-books-digital-age/story?id=11248360
Disney already owns all of Stan's past characters with their acquisition of Marvel. They own 10% of POW and Stan keeps office hours at the Disney headquarters twice a week. It's safe to say that POW and Disney are at least kissin cousins and not too far from being joined at the hip like Siamese twins! Yes, the writing is on the wall and should be on the written page by fall: A contract with Disney to buy out POW-LOCK, STOCKS, and BARREL! That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Maybe Bill Gates could buy POW. Then he could have a giant Window into the world of Stan Lee! Or Warren Buffet could make POW his next top pick in the stock market. Where's The Donald these days? He could Trump everyone and buy out our company with his spare change. Disney isn't likely to Mickey Mouse around too long though, before gobbling up the other 90% of POW they don't own. They want control of the past, the present, and the future of Stan's vast comic and cosmic empire. No doubt about that!
This news should establish POW as a major player in the comics world! Thousands more people will know that this company exists and that Stan Lee is the chairman of this enterprise. If they also realize it's a publicly traded company offering shares at such a low price, we should see a pretty good move to the upside on Monday! I'm jazzed about the future of our investment. It sure looks rosey right now! Hip, hip, hurrah to the Generalissimo! He's coming through for his loyal bridgadiers. We've all just received a big promotion! You can take that to the bank! I know that I will some day.
Thanks for posting this great interview with Stan and Gil, Sebago! If the whole investment world could see it, the price of POW's shares would greatly increase. It seems that the big day for POW at the San Diego Comic Con will be tomorrow. When Stan and Gil appear at a major panel to speak about POW's projects, we could be in for a few pleasant surprises. GLTA and let's hope that our rinky, dinky, pinkie stock will be worth much more come Monday morning than it is today! The Generalissimo will have the spotlight and thousands of potential investors will be listening to his every word. At least that's what I've heard. GO POW! To da moon, Alice!
Wow! If this news isn't enough to get a few people buying shares in POW, I don't what is. So many positive things are in the offing and everyone's out to lunch. I just don't get it. I'm locked and loaded. Ready to rumble!
Looks like better days are just around the corner for us long suffering but loyal POW investors! The prospect of a prospectus means prosperity is a lot closer for all of us. This will be the week that was and soon we'll know the why and the because! Our moonshot is a coming and a happy tune we'll all be humming!
Happy days are almost here again, my fellow POWsters! Just wait until the Generalissimo owns the microphone this weekend at the San Diego Comic Con! He'll spill more beans than the average worker at Van Camps! He and Gil will come out champs! More POWer to 'em when they ramp up the amps!
I'm hoping that Stan and Gil will give us all a thrill when they speak about POW at the big Comic Con this Friday. It's about time they gave us something to cheer about and we're way overdue for a blockbuster PR. A huge surprise announcement could easily be followed by the doubling of the stock price by week's end. I'm sure that thousands of convention attendees will see and hear Stan this weekend. What a boost it will be for us if he touts and ends all doubts that POW is a contender in the comics industry! Of course, it wouldn't hurt if Disney gives us another financial transfusion either!
It would be beautiful to see POW score a new high before we bid 2010 goodbye! As for my POW investment goal Jack, I'd be happy with a shorterm gain by selling my shares for about 70 cents, but I dream of a buyout at a buck fifty or better! Either goal seems very attainable if Stan and the boys step on the gas with Disney in the back seat!
I'd just like to see the closing price for POW at 99.999 before this year comes to an end! Just a holler away from a dollar!
Maybe POW will jump well into the 30s before the Comic Con, which opens just 9 days from now. Then we could get a big surprise and up to 50 or 60 cents we rise! Let's try that on for size. If Stan and Gil get the green light from Disney to announce a blockbuster project that's ready to fly, the stock price of POW will go from low to super high! I think we're about ready to go primetime!
Thanks for all your updates on the upcoming Comic Con, Jack. It sure sounds like Stan will be in the spotlight throughout the convention. If he makes some big announcement concerning POW, we could see an explosive rise in the stock price the following Monday! If he doesn't, he'll still be filling us in on how all the projects are advancing. Either way, his appearance there will be good news for all of us POWsters. How can anyone not be buying up shares in our company at these super low price levels? I pity the fool who doesn't take advantage of this diamond in the rough. Homer Simpson isn't running this company. The Generalissimo himself, Stan Lee, is! That should be good enough for anyone to trust that an investment in POW aint such a bad idea.
I'm in this for the long haul too! Even though I sold some shares during the runup a while back, I now have more shares than at any time in the past. It sure will be fun to see POW pop to 40, then 50, 60, 70 cents and far beyond that price! And I believe this will happen before we bid goodbye to 2010! I just don't know exactly when.
I think that POW is getting ready for another run for the roses very soon. It seems no matter how the bad news bears try to push it down, we keep closing at 30 cents or so. If just one PR comes out, we'll be back in business. I'm sure that Stan will make a pretty big announcement at the superbowl of Comic Cons less than 3 weeks from now. He's got a lot of projects cooking and he should be able to take at least one out of the oven to give us a peek. For quite a while, he's been playing hide and seek. Come on, dearest Generalissimo, and reward the loyalty of your many true blue brigadiers!
If we can go from 30 to 10 to 30 in one day, we can easily go from 30 to 50 on even one 30,000 share market buy order after just one positive word from Stan the Man! We proved today that support levels don't mean diddly squat with this stock. The sky's the limit when it comes to POW! It can't go much lower than it did today but it can go as high tomorrow as a kite caught in a tornado!
Wow! I hope your $10 per share order goes through pretty soon! We'll all be moving to Beverly Hills, buying mansions with swimming pools, and meeting movie stars!
We had quite a day at the races, Niner! We started out at 30 cents and quickly went to 27 to 27.1. Then I checked the stock price a little later and almost died when I heard the price was down to 10 cents! Someone must have sold 37,500 shares at the market and the MM sold him down to a thin dime. The bid-ask then went to 14 to 20 cents, then 20 cents to 27 cents, until they raised the bid to 27 to 30. We closed at the high for the day when someone slapped the ask once or twice for good measure. At least we recovered, being down for the day only 3 cents on the bid. I sure breathed a sigh of relief at the close! POW showed that it can take one hell of a licking and still keep on ticking! My heart was almost not that lucky for a while there.
