I would guess we have some recent money getting out now. Some new people who came hoping for a pop and a trade and are now realizing this may trade sideways for awhile. Like rick said, no volume and we may see some slow buying pressure upwards. GLTA

Agree. You do not find penny stocks with this much going for it, with this few A/S and O/S shares, with big name companies under contract and with a Marriott on board with LNET on the outs with Marriott Hotels. I am in for the next year. GLTA

I am just glad we know more about convert. notes and stock paid compensation. I am willing to wait to see if the business model works and we start seeing some revenue from Host and if any new contracts come along. I wish they would have said more about 3rd property even if it was something along the lines of we cannot share the information because of contract. No revenue from signage in DT lobby either?

This is a Compilation report, not audited statements accepted by the SEC. The CPA firm has not audited these statements. They do no sampling of Tivu's records to their accuracy. They just take the numbers and information Tivus gives them and puts them in report form. These records are only based on Shiva's word. Nice summary of convert. IMO, I would say in the long term, they will issue more and more shares up and beyond what is currently authorized. More 2011 convert. notes from 2011 appropriate for annual reports. They need to let shareholders know whenever this happens, IMO. GLTA

I have had message conversations with Canouse and he has me believing in him and what he brought to Tivus. Thankful for his early involvement and angel financing. GLTA

Was reduced to 300 Million and the extra million is from current filing of new preferred shares. I believe. The filings to OTC are unaudited and are not the same as an SEC filing of audited statements. OTC are qualified statements. Not Unqualified Audited Statements are needed for SEC filing.

Sorry board for bringing this AS issue up. I just could not believe what I heard from TA and it shocked me. I was trying to verify with anyone at the company and or investor relations and had no luck. Thank those on the board who followed up with correct info. GLTA
