The first time I saw it with this stock was either yesterday or the day before. That's why people were able to buy at .0001.
JMO
It looks the same as yesterday, what do you see different?
I agree that everyone should do their own DD and make up their own mind.
However, when someone posts on this board that they know Steve, the CEO, and that he owes them a ton of money and all the other wild and crazy claims that canplay makes, people are going to want him to back it up with documentation.
Any poster should back up what they claim, with links, etc. Otherwise, the post loses credibility.
JMO
You also said you couldn't wait to track him down, to get your money. Well, we all know where he is. He's in Arizona and next week he'll be in court in Nevada. If somebody owed me a ton of money, I wouldn't be wasting my time posting on a message board, I'd be dragging him to court. In fact, I would've taken him to court a long time ago. Can you provide us some court records that show you did this?
I think you're a fraud, who likes to hear himself talk.
JMO
Any new business takes years of hard work before it is successful, and may include failures along the way. If you were in the business, like you say, you would know this.
JMO
According to the US Patent Office, there is only one Security Agreement listed on the patent, and that is to Ken and Dawn Carter. I don't know where you are getting this other information from.
The rest of what you claim is pure speculation and opinion on your part, IMO.
You sound like a disgruntled former employee, who got left out in the cold, and is now just trying to cause trouble to get even.
JMO
Or, it could be that Ken and Dawn Carter loaned Enhanced Beverages $250,000 and received a lien against the patent, until the loan was repaid. Could be they weren't repaid promptly and that is what brought about that court case. IMO
Is there anything specifying whether there was ever a judgment awarded, I don't see anything listed.
JMO
Good find! I wonder what the status of that case is, I'm guessing it's unresolved.
JMO
Found some additional documentation about the patent.
http://assignments.uspto.gov/assignments/q?db=pat&pat=6855358
It lists a "Security Agreement". This could be the lien.

I think those may be limit orders that people had sitting out there and they just kicked in today.
JMO
You may be right. I at least trust what I hear from court records. Maybe we can get the courts to have them put out a PR, while they're at it. j/k

These are the minutes from the April 3rd court date, in case anyone hasn't seen it. Looks like something is scheduled for today, Friday and Monday.
IN CHAMBERS: Colloquy regarding Mr. Nicholas being removed as a director and
Mr. Zouvas acting as a Temporary CEO; the case in California; and Bank of
America freezing the account, indicating they will interplead the funds in
the account. COURT reviewed the Temporary Restraining Order, made changes
by interlineation, and ORDERED, Plaintiff's Application for Temporary
Restraining Order GRANTED; matter set for Pltf's Motion for Preliminary
Injunction, non-evidentiary, at which time the Court will determine if an
Evidentiary Hearing will be needed; Opposition to be filed by Wednesday,
April 9; Reply to be filed by Friday, April 11. Colloquy regarding the bond
and retyping the Temporary Restraining Order due to the multiple
interlineations. Mr. Bendavid requested a bond of $200,000.00; Mr. Kulwin
requested a nominal bond. COURT ORDERED, bond set at $2,500.00.
As this is a Business Court case, Court stated he will schedule a Rule
16 Conference as soon as possible.
04-14-08 9:00 AM PLTF'S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION (NON-EVIDENTIARY)
You beat me to it!
Seems like it is just a meeting to help speed things along.

JMO
Yes, but we all know what's coming, if Ron has any say in things.
JMO
IMO, Luke and his group have done nothing to advance this company, at all. They have not put out a PR in almost a month and have had no contact, to speak of, with anyone as of late. They also have no background in this line of business, that I can see. But, the biggest strike against them, is that they are aligned with Ron T, and we all know what he stands for. I don't see how he can be good for business, in any way.
Steve, at least, has a long history in the water business. Some of it not very profitable or productive, but he does know the business. From what we could see, Steve seemed to be moving the company ahead, possibly toward a launch of the product. Being on the outside, we don't know if this was reality or not, but there was at least the appearance of progress. It might not be great, but I think it beats the alternative, at this point.
I'm not sure what the letter campaign is supposed to accomplish. Are you telling me that a judge is going to hand control of the company to one party or the other, based on some nicely worded emails? If that's the case, I have no confidence whatsoever in these court proceedings. Either Luke and his guys did something wrong, or they didn't. That's what the judge should be deciding, no?
JMO
Man, every day a different persona with you, what's up? Why the sudden change in attitude? I thought you were hell bent on tracking down Steve?
Instead of thinking up questions for Steve to answer, why not for a change actually answer some of the questions this board has directed at you? If you can?
1) Who are you?
2) Are you for or against this stock?
3) Where is the proof of this lien you always refer to?
We would all appreciate it, thanks!
JMO
Shouldn't you be on a plane to Nevada by now, to "track down" Steve??? LOL
JMO
I figured as much, you can't prove a thing you say. You are all talk and no substance. I was not the one that made a claim of a "non-existent" lien, YOU DID. C'mon, SHOW US THE MONEY !!! Show us the proof of a lien. You resist, because you know you can't.
JMO
You can have your opinion, no one is arguing that. Most everyone on this board is interested in hearing both the good and the bad about this or any other stock.
There are intelligent, classy ways to share your opinion and point of view, but you don't seem to go that route.
JMO
Still don't understand why all of this amuses you. Don't understand why you still feel the need to laugh at other's misfortune.
Your comments are very classless IMO.
JMO
Don't double-talk us, nothing has been validated. YOU were the one that stated that there was a lien. For there to be a lien, there needs to have been a court proceeding and a judgement rendered. We would all love it if you could provide the documentation to back up your claim. I doubt that you can.
JMO
You keep mentioning that there is a lien on the patent. If there is a lien, there must be a public record of it, no? If this is the case, it should be easy for you to provide proof of this. We would all love it, if you could provide this documentation for us.
JMO
First you were merely a concerned "Beverage Industry" player, trying to warn everyone of Steve's bad past.
Now, you are here trying to teach everyone how to invest their money.
For some reason, you're very anxious to see everyone sell their stake.
You just don't add up.
And, oh yeah, Buffet buys whole companies and is worth billions. He would have no reason to play around with penny stocks, so the comparison is irrelevant.
JMO
The ASK is still 0.0002 and the BID is still at 0.0001. I don't see any MM's at no bid.
As far as the HUGE volume, who knows??? Maybe it was someone, who thought they could get control of the company and bought a lot of shares, and now they think Steve is going to win in court and so they're dumping. Why they would sell at 0.0001, I have no idea. Maybe they're just not too smart. Maybe it's MM's. Maybe it's TIM. LOL
To me, nothing's changed. I have no reason to sell and will be here for a while.
GLTA / JMO
Nice stats! Thanks for the update.
You're right.
Once again, great job! Thanks!
GLTA
I don't want to even think that, let's hope we never see that.
JMO
I've seen his name in the past. Articles or PR's or some other DD that people have posted.
The guy I meant was RT, though.
JMO
I agree, more than enough of a reason to hang around.
JMO
Did you notice who the other defendants were? I don't even want to mention the guys name.
Wow, very cool. Thanks for posting that!
And if you click on "description" on the left side it gives even more info.
Just one question, what the heck is "Nupripure Beverages Inc"? Geez, they can't even get the name right in court!
JMO
It would be nice if all those buys last week were just that, but the ones this week are a lot sells, so that wouldn't be the case this week.
JMO
If you don't know who said what, then keep your comments to yourself. Don't say someone said something and then not back it up with facts. It's not fair to the board or the person you are talking about.
JMO
There's not much going on, outside of the odd volume lately, and therefore not much to talk about really.
JMO
Agreed.
I agree with keeping Kevin as MOD.
JMO
I guess. Hopefully someone, somewhere has a plan.
GLTA / JMO
I agree, some sort of courtesy PR would've gone a long way.
Even still, I'm sticking around.
GLTA / JMO
I'm holding long term, I'm in no hurry.
