I guess you arent reading this?
They are telling the prior stockholders that they will get there monies promised them in the past. So they are not to feel forgotten or cheated,
That DOEST NOT mean they are giving the prior investors from nearly 5 years ago, the company at full value of todays date.
They are to recieve exactly what they where promised 5 years ago. at value from 5 years ago! Not today. Read the excerpt plz. and you will understand.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
Wrong,No one here has lost sight of anything. It becomes more and more clear everyday as a matter of fact.
Cash divy is the same as shares. I have had many divys paid to me in shares of which I have turned to cash instantly. And all with plenty of notification for me to prepare my sale, and yes they were pinkies... No payment will not be restricted shares. This has been addressed on many occasions and proven as well in past sale attempt.

Hopefully you can get through to someone and start a buzz here.
No Bid. is back too normal .0001 x .0002 . Was worried there for a sec.
Volume is lookin good. GLTA !!
This just went to no bid ..
What the deuce?!!
:(
Great Post!!
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
All deals drag on, When they are announced in a timely manner. The ones that don't are the ones that come out of the blue.
But anyway, Great news, And I feel good knowing that people who are currently buying in now. are not going to just cut and run, selling at a loss to .0002, And whoever has been shaking the tree and buying all of the weak handed shares the last week or so. Wont be selling this low either.
No restricted shares in the potential divy, is beutifal thing and well worth waiting for. As far as cash or share payment.. they are both the same in my eyes! There are plenty invested in these claims with a say so as to the conditions of the sale. And I am sure they do not want to get the shaft as well.
.003 Money in the bank!
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
I assume you mean .0003, for the breakeven? If so then ya I wouldn't count on getting a sale before we move up to 3x4 spread. Most of action is taking place at .0002,the bid.right now. If the spread was 3x4 right now you would be able to get out now at 3. Ask yourself this, Would you sell if this was the case? .. all fundamentals would be the same. but tech's would just be bouncing with a positive instead of a negative.
For your frustration I would say, Check your emotions at the door before you walk in to the game room. Your emotions are your worst enemy in the markets, especially the pinky's. and unless you are averaging down to get out. I wouldn't risk spending more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Or the emotion boogieman takes over your trading style.
Bulls and bears are toe to toe right now. This could really go either wway any moment. Risk v Reward , Says to me we have more room to go on the upside then down. and even if we hit .0001 there are huge amount of people that want in at that price, Wether they like the company or not. becasue the potential reward is too great. to not risk a few dollars on.
To much history in these claims to ignore, and they will sell IMO, patience is not an emotion it is a state of mind. You can use those here . :) GLTA!!
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
Very interesting indeed. Could be market stream Hiccup. But I have argued with scottrade about the stream before. They say everyone gets the same stream. I dont think thats true. Because why cant they stream pinky then ?
I would call e-tradeand ask them but I am not sure 100% of what you are looking. Give em a ring maybe they can help. If they x-sfer you just hang up. if they are anything like scottrade, Then there specialists are just the ones who pulled the shortest straw, IMO.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
My list is showing 5.25 mil. went through at ask. = buy. and 3 have gone through earlier at 5 mil. at bid which could be either buy or sell.
But my list isn't showing the 20, nor the IHUB trade list as of yet.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
I hope all goes well, and we get ya back as soon as possible.
Sako.
It is of my opinion, That the whale is already and has been here gobbling up these shares right in front of our faceslol. for the last 4 or 5 days Loads of 9,000,000 blocks ramming through with no downward afect to price? Some MM has a huge order to fill.. must be buying because if they were all sells this would be at .0001 already, the odd number transactions are the shares getting shaken out, and absorbed by this Whale. Until his belly is full.
I forget what the limit amount percentage is before you have to file your purchase. I think it's more than 4% and you have to file your purchase. or somewhere around there. So this slow accumulation by the whale is pretty smooth IMO. YOu sell he buys no rush, If the tree is shaking.
Also if someone was to buy a million dollars worth of shares they would have to pay the rediculous amount .51 per share of some shares listed at the offer. on L2. Buy the l2, then back in the float.
many orders have gone through at 9,000,000 on the ask.. sells wont print at ask green. These are Buys IMO. and all of these mysterious 9,000,000 started in after. our most recent bump against .0004.
Even a Whale can be sneaky.
This is going to run soon.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
tic toc .. tic toc...
Watchin the volume closely,
tic .. toc...
Not a rule set in stone. But one you can trade by.
If you are lucky to sell at .0003 it will print red .0003 execution on the lists. If you notice there has basicly been none that I have noticed since we have been here at 2x3. last few days.
So all action is taking place at 2's (buying and selling),with some buying at ask 3's for those who do not wish to wait for the order to execute.. buying at ask should execute within mins unless MM's are screwing around with PPS.
So there is pretty much no daytrading goin on at the moment. Just exchange of shares from people who bought in at .0001 to new holders getting now at .0002,
GLTA !!GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
If you get lucky enuff to get in at .0002 bid . And then lucky enuff to sell at .0003 ask. Then you are certainly one lucky fella. Of course that would be daytrader paradise. But I havent had much success getting in at .0002 or selling at .0003 for that matter. even small orders can take hours to get through and then after commisions is 15 bucks really worth the time lol.. I guess ..
I believe because of the current standoff without news we would surely eventually die off. but I believe we are strong 2x3 and beyond into the new year. Potential is just too high regardless what anyone says.
I would love to get my hands some more .0001's that will be the real paradise again with resis still at .0004 !
GLTA !! GO ! GO !! FFGO !!!
Threw this link on my desktop and have been checking it periodicaly. to try and get a sence of traffic on the hypster site. for about a week now. Link is from the IBOX .
http://www.quantcast.com/hypster.com#traffic
It seems to update, in real time. today we are up 25 % on the daily volume . but still negative compared to yesterday which was down 33%. Weekly and monthly have always been on the upside... Since I have been watching anyway.. for about a week now.. and says to me this thing is actually still growing.
We did fall from 5542 top rank to 5592 of ten thousand top sites. since yesterday. But did we actually fall or stay the same and some others just moved forward ?
Hmm.. interesting comment on the site :
Hypster.com is a top 10,000 site that reaches over 552K monthly people, of which 295K (54%) are in the U.S. The site attracts a African American, teen, rather female audience. The typical visitor frequents urbanchat.com and patronizes Napster.
Beyonce would be a nice spokeswoman for BUNM . Everybody loves Beyonce!
GLTA !!
Looks good ! Too many want in at .0001. For this to actually drop to .0001 . The potential remains the same.!

Again no specific information on your claim.
Well it's obvious to me now that you now want this to run since you are trying your best to get more and more DD posted on the board.
Keep up the good work !
BACKGROUND ON "BOUSE" AND "SOUTH COPPERSTONE":-
"Bouse" and "South Copperstone" are both located in gold-rich La Paz County, Arizona, and represent a class of deposits known as detachment fault deposits. This type of deposit is prevalent on both sides of the Colorado River in both Arizona and California, and mineable resource is typically in the 500,000 ounces to 5 million ounces gold range, with a grade of .05 to .2 ounces of gold per ton.
The detachment fault type of deposit was first recognized in the 1980’s with the discovery of the Copperstone gold deposit, from which Cyprus Minerals mined 500,000 ounces of gold by open pit. Another mining company is presently exploring the remaining underground resource (which is believed to exceed 400,000 ounces) and is assessing feasibility of reopening the mine. The nearby Mesquite deposit, located in Imperial County, California, is also viewed as a detachment fault deposit. Mesquite is several times the size of the Copperstone Deposit and was mined for many years by Newmont; Mesquite is presently operated by Western Goldfields.
The South Copperstone property is a large contiguous claim block immediately south of the Copperstone Mine. Past drilling has identified gold in quartz latite, as well as a geophysical anomaly in the center of the South Copperstone Claim block. Further geophysical (including magnetic) work is planned to develop future drill targets.
The Bouse property was previously explored by Homestake Gold (now part of Barrick), which found gold mineralization throughout the property. Drill data is available for approximately 80 Homestake drill holes. Previous work by another mining company identified a 500,000 ton resource along two high angle faults that were not extensively drilled by Homestake. Exploration plans include integration of results from the previous exploration and new geophysical (including magnetic) work to identify additional drill targets, particularly along the high angle structures, with a view toward increasing the resource.
from ffgo 8k look it up///////
Bouse Property, a Mid-Tertiary system of epithermal mineralization was introduced into a
stacked sequence of lithotectonic units that are located on the northern side of the
Plomosa Detachment Fault. Complex epithermal gold, barite and fluorite mineralization is
superimposed on earlier copper-specularite mineralization. Gold occurs in laterally
extensive breccias and in steeply dipping amethystine-quartz veins. Past district
production (over 2/3 of which was from the Little Butte Mine) averaged over .4 oz/T gold.
Strong likelihood of a major detachment fault associated gold/copper deposit, similar to
the proven and mined Copperstone and Mesquite deposits. Past drilling by Tenneco, U.S.
Borax and Homestake found significant gold bearing intervals in both the breccias and high
angle structures.
Burnt Well Property, the regional geological setting is a major detachment fault (called
the "Bullard Detachment Fault") separating an upper plate of Tertiary
siltstone/sandstone and conglomerate from a lower plate of Precambrian mylonitic gneiss.
In the vicinity of the Silver Lining Mine, the upper plate is intensely altered and
shattered. The sedimentary rocks on the mine dump contain hematite, chrysacolla, calcite
and sparse manganese oxides. Gold, Silver and Copper mineralization is found in the
altered sedimentary rocks. The principal outcrop at the Silver Lining Mine is
approximately 40 to 80 meters from the detachment fault. There is a strong likelihood of a
major gold/copper deposit, similar to the proven and mined Copperstone and Mesquite
deposits. The Burnt Well is a "grass roots" project that has been overlooked by
numerous major mining companies during the most recent exploration boom in La Paz County.
Project Summary
The Bouse Project involves an important new type of Arizona gold deposit, called a
"detachment fault" deposit. Detachment fault deposits were first recognized as a
separate form of gold deposit in the 1980's. Enclosed within this pack is an article by
noted Arizona geologist Joe Wilkins Sr., which describes the leading theory about how they
formed. The best example of an Arizona detachment gold deposit is Copperstone, which is
about 20 miles from Bouse. It was the biggest gold discovery in Arizona in at least 50
years. Cyprus Gold profitably mined the 500,000 oz open pit resource during the 1980's.
American Bonanza is presently doing underground drilling. It looks like the underground
high grade resource is even larger. Enclosed are some materials on the Copperstone for
your general information on its history and American Bonanza's present activities there,
which are the major news in Arizona gold exploration at this time. Unlike Copperstone,
Bouse is an historic gold producer. 5,000 ounces were produced from high grade ore early
in the 20th century. It was also worked as an underground copper mine. Most of this
production was from the Little Butte Mine, which is the centrepiece of our land position.
Starting in the 1980's there has been a lot of exploration work at Bouse. Per Arizona
Department of Mines and Mineral Resources records, prior to 1983 a 16 hole drill program
blocked out 5,000,000 tons of material ranging from .05 to .30 ounces gold per ton. These
drill-holes were in the immediate vicinity of the Little Butte underground mine and the
Little Butte open pit. The drill hole locations are indicated as drill holes of an
"Unknown" exploration company on the enclosed Homestake Mining map.
Next, Fischer Watt exploration, a well regarded company based in Butte, Montana, leased
the Little Butte mine. They estimated the resource more conservatively, at 2,000,000 tons
of .07 ounce per ton rock. They drilled exactly one 290 foot hole near the Little Butte
underground mine and encountered 7 gold bearing intervals.
Tenneco then took over the project. They drilled 17 holes and found gold bearing intervals
in 10 of them. Not only did Tenneco find gold at the Little Butte underground mine and
open pit, but they also found gold at the Arrastre Mine, the Blue Slate Mine and the Flat
Fault Mine, all of which are included in our project.
During 1984 U.S. Borax drilled 18 holes in the pediment to the west of the historic mining
district along the inferred course of the Plomosa detachment fault. Three of these holes
met with success. We have a lot of material from this project, and it is included for your
review. These are the packets and maps from Corn & Ahearn and PCMI. While we have not
viewed this area as a high priority, some of it has been included in our present land
position.
Starting in 1987, Homestake Mining leased the central part of the district (called the
Brindle claims -- these are the core of our present land position) and acquired an option
to purchase the smaller patented group to the west called the Paradise Mine, which is not
included in our project. Homestake drilled over 50 holes over a 4 year period. They found
significant gold mineralization everywhere that Tenneco did at the Little Butte mine and
open pit, the Blue Slate Mine and the Flat Fault Mine. They also put down seven drill
holes in the vicinity of the detachment fault. Enclosed is a pack which we obtained from
Barrick which includes all of Homestake's drill logs and assay results. The map at the
rear section entitled "Alteration, Mineralization and Drill Holes" includes all
of the drill information for the previous work by Fischer Watt, US Borax and Tenneco.
What does the future hold for this gold deposit? While a gold deposit this big will take a
substantial amount of work to turn into a large proven reserve, this should be a simple
and straight forward effort if the drill programs focus on the core deposit, rather than
concentrating on peripheral areas. The core deposit may be visualized as an inverted
"V" with the Little Butte underground mine near the apex, the Little Butte open
pit, Flat Fault mine and Blue Slate mine along the left leg, and the Airfield deposit at
the bottom of the right leg. If, as we believe, the entire area of the inverted
"V" turns out to be a mineable open pit resource this would be a far larger gold
deposit than the 1,000,000 +/- oz Copperstone, and may be closer to the 10,000,000 oz size
of the Mesquite mine, which is another detachment fault deposit in California.
Another high priority area is the granite block located within the confines of the
inverted "V." There is high grade gold mineralization at the Arrastre Mine,
which is near the southern end of the granite block about 4,000 feet south of the Little
Butte underground mine. Homestake did not even bother to map this area in detail, which is
surprising given the extensive surface shows of copper oxide and the abundant quartz.
Also included are the two major geological reports on the district. (1) The Jemmett
report, from 1966, is included because it gives some good descriptions of the individual
mines. While Jemmett is not very enthusiastic about the mineral possibilities of the
district, his report predates the discovery of the detachment fault model of gold
mineralization, which turned Western Arizona into a "hot" area for mineral
exploration. (2) The second report by Duncan was funded by Homestake. An important
conclusion (p.37) is that the high gold and copper values are in a NE/SW band
corresponding to the left leg of the inverted "V" referred to above.
Included with the projects is the Burnt Well property, also located in La Paz County. We
have acquired about 640 acres along the Bullard detachment fault in the vicinity of the
Silver Lining Mine, and plan to add at least another 480 acres. While Cominco drilled the
Bullard deposit to the east along this fault, Burnt Well escaped the attention of the
majors during the 1980's gold exploration boom. A limited amount of material is included
from the Arizona Geological Survey and the Arizona Department of Mines and Mineral
Resources. Preliminary surface sampling shows similar grade (approximately .1 oz gold per
ton) as the open pit resource at Copperstone. There is no recorded production for this
district. However, from the size of the dumps, it is obvious that there must have been
substantial production in the past.

I totally agree, I would love to see a buyout occur imediatly. and ignore the actuall trading aspect.
But I am pretty sure 100 million dollar deals dont happen without a few inspections. Dotting I's and T's . And so on. So this may take a few weeks. Meanwhile a few fun flip trades on the way . Are fun to keep busy in this one.
And the Dec 25TH . Call date. Adds to the Excitment . Possible MOASS !

Let's play a numbers game today.
Per the 8-K filed the company bought back and retired/cancelled 27.5B shares. They had 59B shares outstanding (O/S), now they have 31.5B. If MM's were shorting against the O/S they "thought" was remaining, there may/could be up to a 27.5B short interest position.
In pinkie land, I find not all MM's play by the rules and report their short interest positions. See "Cellar Boxing" for details. So you may not see a short interest position on FFGO currently or in the near future which gives you a clear/accurate picture.
There is also an A/S of 5T (trillion) shares. If MM's have been shorting against the A/S, and not just the O/S, hoping for the company to issue endless shares against that 5T A/S, then not only do we have a naked short share situation (NSSS), we may be at the foothills of the mother of all short squeezes (MOASS).
You don't buyback and cancel shares only to issue more IMO.
Imagine for one moment if the company decides to notify the State of Wyoming that they want to reduce the A/S, to say, 50B shares. That is 1% of what FFGO is currently registered at. Then imagine if there are 100B or a trillion naked shorts out there, or more!
OUCH!
All speculation of course, but just stop and think for a moment what is the benefit, to you, or your investment to sell at a loss or to not buy FFGO at all? And what is the benefit to a MM who is extremely naked and short in FFGO that you sell at a loss, or at these levels, or remove buying pressure?
Like I said, all speculation, so do your own D/D and make your investment decisions based upon the facts out there and the risk vs the reward. 8-K's and all SEC documents filed are legally binding documents for a Company and its officers and executives.
Good luck with FFGO and I hope market pressures move this to new highs for all of you FFGO'ers.
I am currently not in FFGO and do not have an established position. I am watching and may be getting back in sooner than later.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
I guess you didnt even read it .
It is packed full of drill results. DIRECTLY! Pertaining to our claims, As well as vein structures formations etc, and future drilling in the bouse !
As far as drill permits! FFGO never intended or needed to drill these Claims, they were purchased with drill results in hand. These were drilled by other companies previous to FFGO's Purchase . With "RECORD BREAKING RESULTS!"
Unless you are majority shareholder or potential buyer. You dont get priveladge. To the assay results!
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
You said supposedly South Copperstone not copperstone . Dont try and spin this outrageous statement of yours to be correct.
Of course we dont own copperstone. Stockupgirl said that, I assume with the intent, It would be refered to in respect to proper holdings . And not ripped apart, Trying to discredit her.

i dont see where I made that claim. although its true that ffgo doesnt own " copperstone" at all. its supposedly SOUTH copperstone
First he says, We are not current.. That didnt work for him. Now he is saying we dont own it.. ? That isn't going to work for him either. Mainly since it contradicts his prior statements, and destroys any credability left he may have ever had. I have yet too see him support any acusation he has ever made other than the laughable monies, owed for the properties . That I guess we dont own now?
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
He will have to settle for .0003, Sellers and weak hads have Pretty much been shaken from the tree. And are now Kicking themselves, Because the Price had held beutifally as expected. Triple top is just a few days away. And breakout time past .0004. Is IMMINENT ! IMO. Look for .0007 for the result of the triple top breakout pattern . not oo much really at this point. But we are still just waking up here. GL !! :)
Triple Top is a chart pattern with three tops very close in price. This pattern can be seen in all time-frames. There are a few requirements to classify a chart pattern as a triple top:
1. Price highs are close to each other
2. Equal distance in time between highs
3. Volume decreases on each successive top
Triple tops have an enormous amount of cause or breakout potential as the price of the stock has moved back in forth within a defined range. So, when the stock finally breaks out, there is an expansion in volume and price movement. Breakouts can occur to both the upside and downside. If you enter a breakout of a triple top pattern, you will want to keep a close stop above/below the support/resistance level.
Price Target
When a stock breaks out of a triple top chart pattern, the price target is the range of the formation added to the breakout level.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!!
Assay drill results were provided are only privy to Majority Stockholders and potential buyers of the properties. Per the last 8k read it plz.
I do belive though, that the Assaying done by the state might be public and we may be able to get these reults to discuss. But all else is privy at this time.

Are you kidding me ! It has been proven time and time again on this board, that these claims have gold in them. and have been succesfully mined with "Record breaking results" !!.
We don't want any production to happen on these claims. Procceeds will go to the old investor's at new investors cost. That is why they let it default. FFGO now has a reason to say no to the hordes of miners that want to mine these claims at the moment! Otherwise if it was current, They would have no excuse not to have these claims mined again and main proceeds would go to the old Divies yet to be paid. From the last 8k, Read it and weap !
So the day they become current, You can bank the deal was completeed the night before.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
Agreed I was looking at that as well. And was very pleased with the percentages.
Kinda makes you feel a bit more confident, When you see steady and increeased growth like that.
But I'll be realistic . and say nothing special will most likely happen until next year. It's christmas time and people dont give music for presents .. or do they? nah ! we are dead in the water till next year.
Then BOOM!!! $25.00 A SHARE !!! BUYOUT OFFER !! j/K ! :)
GLTA !!
I hope not!!
What did that link say $9 - $18 dollars per subscriber per year ? or something like that ? With over 1.5 million subscribers and growing steadily per month ? Should give us enuff funds to function as we grow. I assume of course I really havent looked into this company too much just yet. That actually sounds too good to be true now that I think aboout it..
BUNM is pretty much just selling copyright songs and videos. From a website based company? I guess . Cant be too much overhead to make this function. I imagine it is self sustaining, and no reason to dilute shares. If there was to be a R/S I would think only for uplisting at this point in the game. Which would be good . any other reasons and we are screwed. Unless really, really , really , Good news is attached to it. And we grow from there. ( I have never seen it work though,LOL it always falls right back to price prior to R/S within days if not hours or minutes).
Something like a celebrity endorsment though would hold the R/S value and be the new launching pad. For some reason everybody wants to do what celebs do, and if they are getting there downloads from Hypster, THE SHEEP WILL FOLLOW !!
GLTA !! Are We Rich Yet?!
THIS BABY IS'NT GOING "TO DA MOON" IT'S GOING TO "INFINITY AND BEYOND!" maybe ..
I can say this though. At these prices it cant get any worst... well. it cant print any worst PPS. And the fact that it has a growing base is what has my eyes on it. I'm really not even sure of the share structure yet. I stopped looking at them in subpenny's. Too much logic in a risk play, Can be costly.
If one of the Bimbo's on The Kardashions, or any celebrity realy mentions the word hypster,Is all it would take to send this thing flying. Couple hundred bucks for the risk verse reward I dont mind taking the chances, Gains accumulate quick from down here . And fads spread like wild fire.
I figure worst case senario I will make enuff money here to get a free ride on the bumber cars at the carnival come springtime. Living the dream !
I'll add some more money here. When all of the video links work on the site, Only half do. There is nothing more disapointing waiting for a video to load that isn't even loading... ARHG !! ... Actually picking the slow car, That only turns right in a left hand turning ring at the bumber car races with money that took 6 months to obtain... Is close second.
GLTA !!
That is from march 2006 correct ? or is that a newly posted article that cut and copyed the post from 2006? . Nice mentions of his planes and helicopter and yacht. Sounds to me like this guy is pretty succsefful. and the writer of that article is jeoulos of his success.
If this guy is such a crook,. Then why hasn't he commited a crime yet? Plz dont say because he has high paid lawyers, Madoff has (had) more money than he and better lawyers I am sure.
I'm not sure if that even should be allowed on this board since it has no bearing to the boards topic.
Seems to me that most want to invest in a company that has fairy princesses on there boards, Not me.. I know a couple Ceo's and they are cut throat. And yet very loyal to there companies (staff/shareholders). If you have never been angered then throw the first stone, I am sure he was harrased immensly before making those statements listed in that column. Judging by the amount of harrasment I see him taking on a board which really has nothing to do with him at this point. And I dont blame him at all, He is human making a living , if you anyone is looking for fairy princess to manage your company . Go vest in Disney,.They are doing great LOL.
This is a preemptive post to the person who is going to reply to me and say. FFGO lied about an EXTRA ORDIANRY DIVIDEND, and made an outrageous claim . that shares would be paid at $1.26 . bLA BLA BA !
The EXTRA ORDINARY DIVIDEND Was the Restricted shares and the R/S to take place while you have restricted shares. 10 to 1 . FOR 2 YEARS !! that would have left you with a bagholder status like no other. FFGO PROTECTED IT'S OWN WELL BEING AS WELL AS IT'S SHAREHOLDERS ! AND IS STILL DOING THE SAME. NOW USING THE LATESET FORM OF I/R, TWITTER.
$650 million divded by 10 is 65 million. Hence the 10 to 1 R/S. When gold was 800 oz. Todays value puts that over 100 million. And you can use that as a formula and reasoning behind the current 100 million dollar statement. It is aperant as well that they do have confidential reasons to value the company (per previous e-mail alert). More than likely because "they would have to pay money, Which we dont have to use previous assayers results for investor promotions. One of the previous assayers was BARRICK GOLD, and I assume they wouldn't let these be used for free. And quite a few other miners have assayed the bouse claim mainly. I havent even had a chance to check up on the copperstone claim yet.
MAny have not been able to look past the $1.26 PPS. Due to there own greed and lack of understanding, If get rich quick was easy. No one would be poor.
Patience and share count is name of game here.
That was not all directed at you jufel. I ust read through about 400 posts and trying to comment on a few different at once . :)
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
Here is a link to verify some of this. I dont have time really to get in too deep At the moment. GLTA!! 2 years we were saved from.
These shares in Hurasu Resource Corporation bear a restricted legend of 2 (two) years from their date of issue.
6. Stockholders who own stock in Fortress Financial Group, Inc. as at the "Record Date" will be eligible to receive this Extraordinary Stock Dividend.

GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
I have the resources for it, and posted them actually days ago. or parts of them links whatever.
I have to run out in about 10 mins for few hours . so if I cant post them in next few mins I will DEFINATLEY post them when I get back. Will be 5 to 6 ish most likely.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
the "EXTRA ODRINARY DIVIDEND " WAS NOT EXTRA ORDINARY BECAUSE OF THE PRICE. Regardless of price it still would have been an ordinary Divi if cash or shares was given as settlement.
The "EXTRA ORDINARY DIVIDEND " Was the fact that it was going to be paid out in restricted shares while doing a 10/1 R/s.in your face while you hold shares you cant sell.
Greedy eyes never looked further than the outrageous price. And said they were duped or lied to. That is not true at all. Matter of fact we were protected from this. FFGO has as much to lose as we do if they were to sell irresponsibly.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!!
Yes that wall at 3 is false .
It will fall once realization of .0002's is holding plenty strong . and people are not getting filled there . So they will try and get filled at .0003 soon . Showing that the trading is actually all buys ATM. and they will drop there sell orders at 3 very quick.
Executions at the bid are shown in red Regardless if they are buy or sell. Because they are at the Bid. If people were selling, this would have fallen already. Cant guarentee which they are. no one knows execpt for the transfer Agent and the actuall. Purchaser. What will show they are buys is when the 3's start printing one after the other ( kind of like they are now ) Showing that are no more 2's available and they are getting in at 3 what is available for purchase. And will make the knowledgable trader drop there sell order at 3 since what looked like panic sales are gone.
This Is A Gold Mine Being sold not an idea or subscriber based company. It is One of the most safe investments out there. As long as we find a buyer and sell this dam thing. Which is not far fetched at all, Since some of the worlds largest mining companies is mining the ground right next door. and has leased our claims in the past which much profit.
can you say lets keep the status of our claims in question so we have a reason not to not make any more money from them . Of which we would have to payout to the old shareholders. It makes perfect sense to me why FFGO is holding off on paying $150.00 to get the claims current.
Anyone notice the 120 million sell yesterday that started the shake was actually 60 million ? and 60 million uncalled for, Someone got naked if you ask me and is going to swoop in anytime now. once they see we are at the bottom , and this will bounce back.

LATEST NEWS!! Fortress Financial Group, Inc. -- Update Regarding Sale of Company's Gold Mining Assets and a Possible Bid for the Company Company Is in Advanced Negotiations to Sell Its Highly Valuable Gold Properties and Is Also Considering an Offer Which Could Result in the Outright Acquisition of the Company NEW YORK, NY, Dec 01, 2009 -- Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FFGO) confirmed in an announcement dated November 23, 2009 that it was in advanced discussions, which if successful, will result in the disposal of its entire remaining interests in its two Gold Properties, those being the "Bouse" and "South Copperstone" Gold Properties; or the possibility of the outright acquisition of your Company by a third party.
In that same announcement, Stockholders were cautioned that the value placed on their Company's interests in these two Gold Properties was very material and that stockholders should only rely upon the facts and valuations that are published by your Company's Management; particularly in respect of the impact upon the value per share of your Company's Common Stock.
Company Management is now giving a price per share guideline of our Common Stock based upon: -- The unprecedented number of requests for information regarding the possible valuation of the Company's interests in these two Gold Properties; and -- The Record Highs being set in the price of Gold, thereby making your company worth considerably more than what was originally discussed with interested parties; and -- The enormous trading volumes and pricing volatility in the Company's shares of Common Stock in the past ten days; and -- Management's view as to the minimum acceptable price for its Gold Properties.
Fortress Management is now prepared to state that a successful sale of the Company's interests in the two Gold Properties, after the settlement of outstanding Loan Notes due by the Company in the amount of US$5 million, would not be an amount of less than US$0.003 (three tenths of a cent) per share for our stock. This calculation is predicated upon the current number of outstanding shares of our stock. Your Company successfully repurchased and cancelled approximately 50% of its outstanding shares in and during 2009, resulting in this greatly reduced number of outstanding shares of Common Stock, as well as the significantly increased value of these shares of our Common Stock.
Fortress shares of Common Stock closed at a price of US$0.0002 (two hundredths of a cent) per share on Monday, November 30, 2009. The pricing guideline of US$0.003 per share provided by Management clearly reflects the effect of today's Gold price (the Gold price having traded at a new All Time Record High this morning, at US$1,199.20/oz) upon your Company's assets and that our shares of Common Stock are clearly extremely undervalued at this time.
Our team of Mining and Business Professionals have deliberated at length, and have decided that we are able to state the following: "We are not prepared, under any circumstances, to entertain, nor to discuss any Offer for your Company's interests in these two Gold Properties for an amount of less than the above-mentioned price per share of your Company's Common Stock. We have made this quite clear to all interested parties, and we expect that a satisfactory resolution is attainable, in short order." Your management wishes to stress "That is not to say that we believe that your Company's interests in these two Gold Properties are not worth more than the above-mentioned price per share of Common Stock. We are very aware of the historical valuations and the Geological Reports that are publicly available in respect of these two Gold Properties; and which were prepared at substantially lower Gold prices than Gold's current trading price of nearly US$1,200/oz." While we certainly would like to realize our true asset value in regard to these two properties, and while we are eager to sign the contracts of sale in regards thereto, we will not sell these assets for anything less than their real-time present value.
Fortress' Management is obliged to inform our valued stockholders that the Company's interests in these two Gold Properties are not worth an amount of US$700 million, a valuation which certain of our stockholders appear to embrace at this time. Such off-the-cuff valuations for our share of these two Gold Properties, while pleasant to think about, is not based in reality.
We are not in a position to provide any further details at this point in time due to the sensitivity of ongoing negotiations, and we wish to ensure that your Company's Management achieves the best possible price for its stockholders in respect of its sale of the Company's interests in these two Gold Properties, or in the alternative, in the sale of the company in its' entirety. OF COURSE, ANY SALE WILL BE SUBJECT TO SUCCESSFUL CLOSING, AND NO ASSURANCE CAN BE GIVEN THAT THE GOLD PROPERTIES WILL BE SOLD AT THIS, OR ANY OTHER, PRICE PER SHARE.
Fortress Financial's Management states for the record: "The proceeds received by your Company upon a successful sale of its interests in the two Gold Properties, or of the Company itself, will not be retained by your Company but paid to our stockholders as a Single Liquidation Dividend. This is however, subject to the nature of the deal consummated by your Company in respect of the sale of these two Gold Properties." Since our significant stockholder partners in these holdings have indicated a strong interest in participating in a sale of "Bouse" and "South Copperstone" Gold Properties, we do not expect or anticipate that the final negotiations to this sale will be a long protracted event.
In regards to questions about the possibility of a full bid to purchase your Company, Management can only say that this does remain a possibility, but we legally cannot comment any further at this juncture, due to ongoing negotiations.
We urge our stockholders to remain vigilant, while we finalize the examination of the opportunities laid out before us. Rest assured that we intend to exact a fitting price for our holdings.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
Great job stockup,
I think I'll send out an e-mail as well, but I should probably sign up first ... :) .
Dont post the e-mail until you said you were going to. I know what this company is worth and going to be sold for. And I want more at 2's if they dont get snatched up in the am before I can get my paws on em .
Let them all sweat it out.
It's all about the share count now not the PPS . Flippers can have there 50% profits of $400 trades lol. I want the main course not the morsels.
GO !! GO !! FFGO !!!
I hopped in this one about a week ago, with average starter pposition. just after last run. So I could keep watch for when she decides to go again . and add a bit more for into the run for the cause.
I do think she has another run in her for sure. Having subscribers and some sort working website , says to me any bit of news and shes off again.
If volume keeps picking up more and more each day like it has . Then I am guessing about another week and a half for the Par to flip on the daily and spark another heart beat run before we get some news again.
Watching and waiting patiently: GLTA !!

Since our significant stockholder partners in these holdings have indicated a strong interest in participating in a sale of "Bouse" and "South Copperstone" Gold Properties, we do not expect or anticipate that the final negotiations to this sale will be a long protracted event.
