Thoughts from a prior post...
On this multiples issue, even at a 20 for a growth company at this stage and pending acquisitions and based upon our knowledge of net earnings I see .05-.06 and without acquisitions. Let's not forget the SWVF.
I also like Ludlow Capital's involvement.
Any kind of rating will be killer. Look at WWAT from when Ludlow launched their stock report in October of 06.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=WWAT.OB&t=2y
Infact, pretty much all the featured companies covered by Ludlow experienced major gains from the time coverage began over the next 3-4 months. Only GRSR (the only Pink) is the exception and even that forward split (not reverse split) back in Feb 06 when coverage began.

It's going to get really exciting around here imo:)
And still just a baby...:)
Understand the growth and potential...

I also saw the uptick EOD...
...despite the last minute dump.
BUY THEM WHILE YOU CAN IF YOU WANT ANY SIGNIFICANT STAKE.
imo
Excellent...
...thanks. Judging by the history on SWVC, TS always has a strategic purpose re the timing of PRs. He is, after all, very knowledgeable about the OTC market as well as being an ambitious - and well connected - CEO. It wouldn't surprise me to see that by the time any update to the OS is announced those shares up for sale at these levels will have already been sold due to the time lag on updates with the TA. Fence-sitters will then be forced to buy at higher levels. The trading is clearly showing signs that the float is drying up - you only need look at the action Friday despite some apparent conversions, especially at EOD.
I recognize the distinction between a LOC for inventory and inventory-based LOC. VERY DIFFERENT - and thanks for emphasizing that. The only detractor statements on this board of any merit have been around debt on SWVC - and now even that argument has gone since the company is no longer dependent on the onerous terms of start-up equity financing. Those that argue the deal is for Hacketts only simply do not understand credit in a corporate structure!
The money is, of course, available because it is a profitable and expanding operation and the access to funding will only further consolidate over time as WF and SWVC work to their mutual benefit.
I, like you, also see a significant upward correction in the pps coming to fill the void and to reflect the months long positive divergence in the chart.
Happy Weekend all...
WSF...we have been discussing the imminent demise of the legacy debt. I would be interested on your thoughts on:
1) whether you expect to see an increase in the OS number to be announced within a day or so. Personally, I am surprised we haven't seen some updates in the last week or so given that the updates generally occur within 4 days of OS increases by the company but it may be that a lot of the recent exits were retail.
My numbers also projected an OS of 970m at completion of legacy debt based upon the 9/30/07 10Q - but it could well have changed for some reason not apparent to me. Either that or we will find out the numbers are updated to around that and YA will build and hold 4.9% or less of the OS (circa 40 mil) for a run anyway. I think the OS updates occur at conversion at the rate specified in the filings, not upon the sale of the stock at bid that YA then owns. This leads me to believe we should see the 970m reported by the TA whatever happens.
2) whether you expect to see an actual filing indicating completion of this legacy debt. I am not sure that it is a material event for 8K purposes - I just simply don't know.
BTW - thanks for your tireless enthusiasm, honesty and positive contribution to this board. I know all the longs - and anyone with a keen interest in SWVC - appreciate it greatly.
what a joke - LMAO
Since Ludlow Capital...
...is due to meet the co this month (at least I think I saw a note to that effect) the closure on the WF deal, combined no doubt with imminent acquisition announcements, positions the co. perfectly for serious investor attention.
I love it when a plan comes together.
I think someone could do with...
a little "extra" help in the credibility stakes
I feel like I am being followed!
Looks like the stock has settled in here - looking good for a move soon imo
Any of the mods have a handle on the float numbers?
TIA
look at the progression....
last 10 mins .009-.0098 on just a few 100k shares - and with 1m dump to boot
we are going to rock the joint next week imo
Nice close and good dumps gone:)
total baloney imo...
better buy some - and QUICK
Isn't it just...
...the release of restricteds that caused the drop? I believe so.
These were already in the OS.
Do we know what the float is/how changed?
EOD will be sweeeet:)
up less than a million?..
what's wrong?
I agree..
...a little patience here
cdnkid is right - no shares
get whatever there is while you can
we are simply correcting to where we should be
took us so little to blow thru .01 - now becomes support
you can't stop this train when it starts
resistance is futile..em
Got shares?..:)
You got it..
you can burn music at home but CDs still sell. This is somewhere in between for DVDs as I see it with convenience and mass appeal to joe public thrown in. Make it easy and they will go for it.
Could be a big winner - I'm sure they have done a lot of market research:)
LOL
As long as these guys pay the piper to the C owners the potential is huge here if this gains serious traction. Not clear to me if there is a C fee differential with this model versus traditionally packaged sales (not looked hard enough). But it's a volume game either way. Instead of the cost structure centered around the packaging etc, these guys build a "second tier" infrastructure for sales and cater to the the total on-demand market. As they milk the proverbial, everyone's a winner.
From french-fries to information. Burn your DVD while you shop for a new toothbrush. It's all click and go.
yes...
...but very often "they" can be ingenious in keeping the price where they want it until such time as they have been able to "cover" their shorts. If we get serious news with big demand the shorts (as they are) could be in trouble as they would need to cover as we go up!!

This'll help ya...

could be very good:)
Not for nothing:
those in WNBD in early Dec 07 and COPI in early August 07 (both stocks having suffered from the effects of dilution for some time) must have wondered when it would ever end...goooooo SWVC.
not yet...keep tryin' geo..
lay off the personal attacks mind you
& you might get heard re SWVC...
it's just basic - no-one has ANY idea about the background, financial resources, pals etc. of ANYONE on this board - just as it should be
LET'S KEEP IT ON THE STOCK:)
After much deliberation...
...and soul-searching, I have come to a crossroads in my thinking re SWVC. It has not been easy to decide on my direction - after all I have spent the better part of 8 months with the board here and have invested a lot of time. So it is with a heartfelt need to say that I hope you can respect my decision....to buy more of this stock at my earliest opportunity....:)
GL
Faucet
nice move imo..
cargo knows his stuff
just a temporary dip and a great opportunity
looking strong here:)
chart tells me...
...tells anyone with eyes frankly...that we have turned the corner
if we can keep even a slow move north going and it will then gather steam
as for MAs I honestly think we will move through the 50 and 200 with ease once we have the catalyst from TS
F
hi gail...
I think we have a very good shot at moving WAY north with PCLI and staying there since the company has the management, the goodies and the reporting in a lock.
GL
peoplemark - nice find:)
oh dear...
..trying to hard.
whoever it is...he seems to have a good head on his shoulders.
wow...:)
the ? is always WHY??..em
very nicely put..em
correct! I agree!
read my post; it needs the trigger. let's not get into absolute versus relative numbers shall we?? lol
Delphi?? err -no more from me on that.
Skaldis - I think we'll see a lot more b4 the filing - and pps activity to boot.
Let's wait and see. Not long now anyway.
G'night all.
let's try it for size...
the stock is channeling is all. You know, I know, we all know nothing happens until news hits. It isn't sinking either is it!
Do what you gotta to do to beg borrow or steal a fair mind here. It's a no go without the big man's show. End of story.
You either want in b4 it hits or you don't but let's not get petty. We're all big boyz and girlz. My view is that when the news comes it will move quickly - but all buys will support the rise to where we should be. $8m is a $^%^%# joke and you know it.
GL
imo
holding steady...
another day closer:)
try accumulating...
..when news hits:)
