I'm in dell calls only for the takeover bids, once that is done and divi pays, I'll sell the calls and go short! My bet is at that point the stock will be overheated, and be poised to take a dip
I'll be short the day of divi payment

3:00 Rally today!
Another Dell shareholder, billionaire investor Carl Icahn, is pressing the board to forget about selling the company and paying a one-time dividend instead. In a letter to Dell's board earlier this month, Icahn proposed a dividend of $9 per share that would require Dell to take on billions of dollars in additional debt. Shareholders would profit further if Dell is able to engineer a turnaround that drives up the stock price.
Priority is up listing! up-listing lets them "RE-Organize" share structure! selling product obviously doesn't make as much $$$ as selling shares!
GOOD LUCK ALL!
Experienced traders never average down, they cut losses and run!...
Although experienced traders never "Trade" worthless low volume OTC/Pink/Gray/stocks anyway.
$DELL$ ONE MORE DAY! 3/22/2013 deadline for buyout offers
As part of SIU's Mobile Dawg initiative, they will be issued Dell Latitude 10 tablets, part of a long-term plan to provide tablets for every student, one class at a time. The project is being subsidized with a $200,000 grant from Microsoft and Intel and features access to the Internet2 e-textbook portal, providing access to free or inexpensive courseware.
Blackstone (BX), which signed a non-disclosure agreement with Dell (DELL) earlier this month, is reportedly considering a bid for the tech company to rival the $24.4B Michael Dell-led buyout offer. Dell's shares were +1.9% premarket.
Others are discovering that Dell has ton's of cash offshore, repatriating the cash would cause a huge tax burden! aquiring the company in a private transaction would not! Let the $22/share bids roll in!
$NFLX, Best Short on the Board right now!
$14.61 served this week?
March 18: Blackstone (BX) Private Equity is reported to be considering a bid for DELL.

Im heavily loaded on April $15 calls at .12
DELL Wedge Forming
Carl Icahn promises "years of litigation" for Dell (DELL -0.1%) if it doesn't combine a vote on its LBO with one for an annual meeting in which Icahn will propose a friendly slate of directors, in a letter to the board. Icahn also suggests Dell would only have to raise $4.26/share ($5.25B) in new debt to finance his $9/share dividend.
Icahn proposes alternative to dell going private!
sold the March $14.00 calls, think Ill move into April series $15.00 calls now.
Icahn seeks special dividend of $9.00/share on top of the $13.65 buyout price! so....are we gonna see this thing goto $22.65/share?
Dell.... KABOOOOOM!!!
Michael Dell and Silver Lake may need to raise the price to about $15 a share to win investor support, Abhey Lamba, an analyst at Mizuho Securities Inc., said in an interview.
$DELL$ Jumps right through $14.07 resistance!
