I agree with you 100%. That is why I have my doubts as to whether the generators for WTW actually work as described.
If they did, I think George would want them out there in the field!!!
But then again...... it has always been impossible to figure out George and what he's thinking!!!!
Has anyone noticed that on the home page for Well to Wire, it states they are operating from Calgary, Alberta and Wall, New Jersey?
I wonder what operations they are conduction out of the Wall office??
Not unless he knew it wasn't going to work!!
I've been in for 15 years and I'll probably be in for another 15 years....
The story is way too compelling to not stick around and see how it turns out.
Although I do think something has to give...... some production and distribution into the field does have to occur at some point........... and then we will truly find out if the thing works.....and until that happens everything is open to intepretation!!!!
With football season right around the corner, I was checking out over/unders for team wins this year and noticed a strange proposition....
The over/under for Coates generators to be shipped out by the end of the year was 1/2. I bet the under!!!!!!!!!
What I find even more amazing is how this stock continues to hover around $0.65 - $0.70 for the past 6 weeks
.........based upon what???........more promises that we all know George won't come through on???
The Coates family continues to milk very good salaries out of this company (hence a new Rolls Royce).....and they will continue to do so for as long as there are people out there believing in George...... hell, he even has the entire country of China believing his BS. Or so George tells us......
The saga continues.............
What is equally as ridiculous is that WTW has to keep making payments and they're getting nothing in return.
Think of how they feel.....we're just a bunch of lousy investors......thay have millions tied up in this and get the same stories we get!!!
Non refundable payments!!!! George really pulled the wool over WTW's eyes!!!!!!!!
It's becoming more and more obvious that the Coates family is just sitting back collecting their nice salary and making more and more false promises!!!!!!!!
Nothing will ever happen..........Goerge will be dead and Gregory will be on some island somewhere!!!
Just none of it makes sense........
If all these orders are out there and people are willing to pay millions and millions of dollars for these generators.......get off your ass and start producing!!!!!!
I know it doesn't happen overnight..... but get something out the door.
Unless of course George is skeptical of how it will actually work in the field.........then all of this does make sense!!!!
Well to Wire has an order for 7000+ generators. They've paid Coates a few million dollars. I think this story has been going on for approximately 1 year now.................
Have any generators actually been manufactured?? Other than the one prototype sitting in Coates' warehouse??? A that rate, the order should be filled by the year 9000!!!!!!!
This is just more BS!!
Once the 50% deposit is made, they have 120 days to produce the generators.......I can't wait to hear about that deposit that's coming for the next 6 months!!
This gets more ridiculous with each passing news release!!!!
The Chinese said that or a fortune cookie said that??
I too would love to hear some good news, but I don't think it's likely to come soon.
The only good news would be some generators (or even a generator) was completed and delivered to WTW.
The only way this stock will ever take off is if a significant amount of manufacturing and delivery commenced.
All I know, is if someone was dangling billions of dollars in front of me, I would be working around the clock manufacturing these generators. And it wouldn't be with Manny, Moe and Jack is in a small warehouse in Wall Township!!!
I wonder what came out of the meeting with the Chinese??
Why even make the asinine statement that the generators will be shipped "soon"? Everybody knows what that means.........
Why not just keep it at WTW made their payment???
Another wonderful judgement call by our fearless leader!!!!
Is the visit by the Chinese driving the price down???

Back to Recent News
I drove by the office today. Not only was the parking lot paved as someone else noted, but there was a guy outside cutting the weeds out by Route 34!!!!
I hope the dog and pony show impresses the chinese!!!!!!
Guess there was no news!!!
So far, an amazingly strong week for Coates. One has to think some kind of forthcoming news is driving this....... any ideas?? Was a generator actually manufactured and shipped out??
Very very funny...........I was thinking the same thing!!!
Actually as of right now ($0.60) we could cash out and make a profit.
I wonder what's driving this surge?????
What's going on out there in Coates Land??
I see volume has picked up again today........hoping for some press releases with solid information. Been kind of quiet for a while!!
Any guesses on what may be coming???
Maybe George needs to go into real estate!!! He got something accomplished there!!!! And showed a profit!!!! And it didn't take 15 years!!!
Did anybody else go to Coates' open house?? Any thoughts or comments on the presentations???
Does anybody have any idea where the $4,000,000 paid to date is???
If Well to Wire secured $1.6 BILLION to purchase CSRV generators, why wouldn't they pay the $6,000,000 balance to force Coates into starting production and fulfilling the order???
I guess neither of the two are in much of a hurry!!!!
While all these recent releases are potenially beneficial, I don't see anything substantial happening to this stock, price wise, until production actually starts.
Even if Well to Wire comes through and continues to make payments, how long will they have to wait to actually see one generator?
I'm going to enrol at Northeast Oklahoma College to sign up for Coates 101!!!
Looks like a lot of people are heading for the hills.....
They HAVE to come out with news about the WTW payment, or lack thereof, by tomorrow. Today's the deadline and they need to inform us.
Or does the volume give me all the information I need????
In addition to the status of the Well to Wire deal and potential payments, I would hope to see some other type of significant news update next week.
There are several other open issues out there that need to be addressed in one way or another.
And I really don't want to hear they hired some guy that speaks French so he can do some marketing in France!!!!
Price rebounded fairly quickly and there's been a lot of volume...... any intelligent thoughts out there???
Lot of volume.......nearly 50% drop in price........is that the writing on the wall??.........is the end near?????
I wonder how George sees this?????
Sounds to me like they hired some guy who speaks English and Chinese......big deal! And he can also write Chinese!!!
How about listing some of the transactions he has brought to consummation between the United States and China???
How about an update on the Well to Wire agreement?? Any news??
What happened in those 30 days everything was on hold in order to work on the truck engine?? Any update??
I'd even be glad to hear some kind of update on setting the land speed record in that Coatesmobile!!!!!
This is just more nonsense!!!
Guess we'll all just wait until the end of the month to see if the Well to Wire payments go through.
The message board has been kind of slow over the last month.
Any comments or opinions out there??
I would guess that based on the volume and huge drop, WTW didn't come through with their payment, the truck engine did not work out, the land speed record financing never took place,..................etc.
Nice to see everything was put on hold.
Can't wait to hear what good news they have for us when they do issue some statement!!!
Is it hundreds AND thousands or hundreds of thousands??? Keep in mind, Coates currently has 5 employees!!!
Will George Coates be interviewing each and every applicant??
While it may not be negative news, there isn't much information in this press release that isn't already known.
Still waiting to here concrete evidence that something has happened. I think they're still just blowing smoke.
Why wait to tell everyone if the WTW deal went through?
Any ideas on why there's a little flurry in volume today??
Perhaps the purpose of the second website is simply to provide a newer version of the same old website we've seen for years.
Very similar to all the stories. Same stories, just twisted around to attract new investors.
C'mon George!! It's about time for some press releases!!!
June 30th has come and gone without any information on the payment from Well to Wire.
It was June 3rd when they stated all projects will be on hold for 30 days.
Good or bad, hopefully some information will be provided before the holiday. Or at least no later than July 7th.
Maybe George is installing the engine in a truck so he can save fuel in driving the final generator to Well to Wire!!!!
Instead of concentrating on manufacturing 1.1 billion dollars worth of generators for Well to Wire, Goerge Coates is more interested in breaking the land speed record?????
Yet again, one more brilliant business decision!!!!
It is amazing that as soon as anything is released from Coates, be it positive, negative or neutral, a negative post is almost immediately sent bashing the information released.
For so many years, nobody was privy to any information. And now as it becomes available, it all seems to be negatively received.
Keep in mind the 1200 original investors have heard numerous stories over the years. But to the millions of potential investors out there, much of this information is brand new.
And now being publically traded, with the SEC governing his actions, George cannot issue press releases of the dreams he had the night before and million dollar promises.
Personally I think any news is good news. Even if it is somewhat of the same old story. At least now it's monitored and should justify some merit.
I think a lot of his "ahh's" and "eeh's" and "umm's" is George being afraid of saying the wrong thing. I don't mean extrapolating the truth, but his hesitance knowing the SEC is now paying attention.
Anyone who has met him, knows George flies from the hip with a lot of his comments. George now has to think before he answers the questions. Something he never did in the past.
I'm still waiting for Rick's response to Devon's post a few days ago. Could be interesting.
Looks to me like the only ones making money here are the Coates'.
