now up 42%
a relief to see the bid up.
Does anyone know how much Remiere brings in?
true. good opportunity for longs.
yeeish! :( Well, i bought more above 001 today, trying to hold it above that technical level. but, that downward momentum is too much...we cannot let it fall to the 52 week low...as we risk languishing there...ETIM needs money. would the PPS at the 52 week low force dilution? i certainly hope not.
Those up to $2000 per month car allowances really look exorbitant at current PPS and product sales. not sure how that works.
if we do, our support/technical level at 001 will accelerate downwards.
The question is, how long will it stay at these levels?
yep, the downward pressure is tremendous, short term investor sentiment has turned sour. It's best to move out of the way and let it run it's course...then load up when the dust settles.
if indeed there is no major dumping, then ETIM is oversold at these levels.
Thanks!
could be "precede" - unless he really meant "proceed" which could somewhat baffling or interesting, so i ask, what normally happens after a REGDEX filing?
lol... i don't know his user name.
the ask dropped to .0001 i just made a test buy at .0001 and it got filled....i wasn't pleased.

thanks for the chart MKA
I am well aware that we can post his pic, since he was at a public place. He asked me not to and i said i wouldn't. i am keeping my word.
I did not press him about his links (if any) to the co. beyond him being an investor. (Frankly it did not cross my mind)
Initially when he found out i was an investor too he said,
"I hope you are not one of the negative ones." his exact words.
What we need to do is push for updates (there have been 3 trade shows and no updates from the co. - vegas, baltimore, and washington, DC) and figures from Bob and co. I don't think they will ignore a united voice for too long.
Here is the link (where i got the info from)
http://enjoytherush.com/investor-relation.asp
we could email and fax those questions to him, call him too, here is the investor relations info (however, i don't think just one person can make a difference, everyone with a question needs to write, call, email, fax, call, call, call) :-

no further discussions with the investor.
i was there merely as an observer and was not privy to business discussions that may or may not have taken place.
he says he is on ihub.
Only he knows...
(he did mention that it would skew the perception as it was from only one vendor - of course he was aware i was going to report back to the board.)
I sure hope he posts...it would be great to hear his perspective.
I got the feeling he is a long and is currently happy with the progress of the co.
please post.
Thanks Morgan, i wish there is more i could have done.
I am a longie and loading up.
cheers!
That would be cases (24 bottles to a case), more good news, he sold 7 more cases this past Monday and has 4 more cases lined up for delivery this Sunday (his day off!!!)
He believes in the product and i am happy.
One criticism, I forgot to mention re: the festival, I did not see him aggressively giving out AR flyers to all the buyers of AR at the show (he was busy making change and getting drinks) someone should have been making sure the AR flyers get out. i guess though, if someone really wants the product they can get info from the bottles they bought.
Volume is up today.
AK, this is my last post for a while.
Cheers!
GREEN FESTIVAL REPORT
There were thousands of people who passed through over the 2 day duration of the festival.
My first impression as i walked into the convention center was, wow! The place was abuzz with excitement.
The first booth i visited was a organic tea beverage joint, i had a sample of their products and wasn't impressed (i don't even remember the names). This made me even more excited to see the apple rush booth. booth 1153. It was so far back in the convention center and after about 10 minutes of trying to locate it..there is was surrounded by about 3 "customers" and 1 RSHN investor. I snapped a quick picture, the pulled out all the interviews questions from the board. I scanned around looking for ...Bob. Nada! I asked the bearded gentleman if Bob, Alex or any of the company execs. were there...the answer was a resounding no...
So who is repping for the company?
(pointing at himself with both hands) I am manning the booth today.
What's your relation to the company?
I am a distributor and reseller, based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
I own Haynal's Health Foods
How did you find out and get hooked up with Apple Rush products?
at the 2006 Food Expo. I spoke to Alex...i guess i was really turned on by Rush XXX, i love the stuff!
So much so that you wanted to be a reseller?
oh, yes!
I got my first order (70) and a month later got in my second order (120)
nice, so it pretty much flew off the shelves and you had to put in a second larger order?
yes, people like it.
What did you order?
most of their products
e-water too?
yes, but not much
did you reorder more e-water, i mean a bigger order?
no.
so e-water hasn't been selling much?
you can say that.
ok, just wondering about the numbers...how much did your first order cost?
AT WHICH POINT THE RSHN INVESTOR WHO WAS STANDING BY JUMPED IN AND SAID YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER THAT, HE DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW A BUSINESS IS RUN, IT TAKES TIME AND IT WILL TAKE TIME FOR BOB TO GET ALL HIS PRODUCTS OUT....blah, blah, blah...(i retorted - investors have the right to know where their money is going, they want figures) - he also asked that i do not post his picture of him talking to Haynal.
needless to say the interview was rudely interrupted a few more times, but i was able to get this much more out of Haynal
Are you happy with the product?
very happy!
There are other distributors interested
like who?
(edited) is interested and they are much bigger than i am. They cover Whole Foods here, and believe me you will be happy when they do!
- just a side note, the whole foods near me (Bio) doesn't carry AR.
Thanks!
As the interview was going on, a number of customers were buying AR and that made me smile. see, i did not this much buying at other beverage booths.
now about the samples...
how come you do not have little taste samples like other booths?
We did not bring the right sample container...you know the organic approved ones
Mmmmhhhh...
As i stood there and watched folks buying, i thought, maybe this is a blessing is disguise.
I will add, that if a customer brought their own cup Haynal and co. readily gave sample tasting of AR products.
As u may have noticed in the pictures, i snapped stills of random people drinking AR products. I also asked a few what they thought of it, all of them loved it!
I left and came back in the afternoon(saturday) and same story, folks buying, sunday too, but i only spent about 4 hours at the festival as opposed to the whole day spent on saturday.
i bought six 4-packs and brought some to the office. they loved it too, now my office will be purchasing some organic AR!!
Overall, i think Haynal is excited about the product so much so that he did the Green Festival and uses the products himself....is good news, very good news.
I was disappointed not to have been able to talk to Bob or Alex.Maybe just as well they weren't there as these shows can take a lot of time from their main tasks of increasing shareholder value. If an interested party wanted to carry AR, i am sure Haynal would have gladly given Alex's info out.
ok, cheers folks and i hope this mini report at least puts u in a better mood. i know, it's no substitute for numbers and will not be helping the PPS short-term. But good news for the longs!
i haven't spelled checked this
- Bio
AK, they were paying for a whole bottle. other beverage places where giving very tiny taste sample (not bottles) and were selling bottles for $2, (i did not see much of sales going on, there and believe u me, i was watching for it) our stuff was selling for $1. i believe i posted the picture with the price...
it will all be on my write up/report back to the board by wednesday night.
cheers!
haha...they had hemp milk...i went to all the beverage places! Apple Rush was the best...also seemed to have the most people buying...also probably 'coz they were not giving away free samples like the other places were.
this guy is "our" man in Maryland.
i wish i had time...to write up about the festival right now. 2moro folks!
Don't be so quick to judge, my friend. The dude with the beard is the gentleman i was talking about. A good man.
I assume you were able to view the pictures??
thanks.. i will give it a shot 2moro.
cheers!

Clarification: THIS IS NOT NEWS DIRECTLY ABOUT RUSH nor does it come from any insider. IT'S NOT TRADEABLE NEWS.
it will all be in my report back to the board along with the stills (pics). i am off until thursday, but will post pics (i hope) by wednesday evening. my report will be text, so that can be posted b4 the stills are
I was at the Green Festival in Washington, DC (Oct 6-7). Unfortunately i did not see Robert Corr and when i asked the very kind gentleman who was manning the booth he said, Robert Corr would not be there, and that he (the gentleman) was "repping" Apple Rush products at the festival.
Therefore, i was unable to pass on the board questions for Bob or other rushnet exec. Some of the questions that would have been posed included, but were not limited to - Financials, share structure, Gen2, Japan, Deep Water, Partnerships, Feedback from past shows - NYC etc, e-water, spring outlook, numbers, numbers, numbers e.t.c.
Unfortunately, i am having a rather busy day and will post pictures later this week with my festival observations.
Do not fret! The gentleman who was running the booth was truly outstanding and there is good news to report on that end.
Cheers folks...and Felix, please pass this on to other board members as i do have time to respond individually to them today.
;)
that waits to be seen. believe me, you are not the only one frustrated. i will take your passion to the show 2moro.
added your question to the list...
thanks..added to list of questions.
welcome!
beautiful state!
did they give a reason for "can't get it"?
