All that means is the CEO controls half of it. the O/S went up from the float practically overnight!! Woke up one morning, and instead of having 1.9bil o/s, 2 bil a/s, we had 4.3 bil o/s, 10b a/s... Is that really something you want a piece of?

Don't be surprised when your position gets cut by a 1000:1 reverse split. Just look at the history!

My only advice, open your eyes, this stock is done. Berman issued shares to himself so he could R/S this yet again. I say this partly out of speculation, but also because there hasn't been enough volume to have these shares go to the market. Not even MM's would want to buy this down here. It might have a dead cat bounce left in it, or it might not. Without volume, it's only going lower.

It's his job to play dirty, to convince potential investors to give him money, even though he knows its going down in the long run. That's how pink sheets work. If he can't turn a profit before the first R/S, he will just issue more and repeat. Yes, someday it may go back up, but only after a R/S, some income, and a healthy share structure. JMO of course....

If I were CEO, I'd probably look here off and on to see what market sentiment was. But anyone with half a brain knows to take msg boards with a grain of salt.

Regardless, if he does or doesn't look, what kind of message are we really trying to get across by not posting?

Why would I want it to go down? I hope the best for you guys. But when it got to the point where I needed 400% gains to break even, i called it quits. I should have done it earlier... lesson learned i guess. I have zero intention of ever giving Berman another cent.

Hate to burst your bubble here but... there is not enough volume to indicate anything. Yes there was a panic sell off to get it down to this level. but if there was someone who "knows something" buying cheapies, don't you think they'd be buying more?

Even the 15 mil that went through today so far still only represents $4500. Any 20 something new to investing can afford that.... There isn't nearly enough volume to suggest insider buying...

I kept telling myself the same thing. I won't sell at these prices. Then I realized I'd rather sell here then sell at .0001...

Maybe I'm wrong, but with a R/S seemingly right around the corner, thats a risk I'm not willing to take.

Increase the O/S, keep everyones % owned the same, keep the market cap ~ the same.

My take on this:
We Saw the O/S go up 2+ bil. practically overnight without seeing the volume. That means only one thing, they weren't increased on the market.

Berman just gave himself voting control. He can now authorize a R/S without asking the investors.

The only reason they restrict shares that I can think of is if they sell short, and are trying to buy back in at the bottom. They want to buy everything and not give you any of it. E*Trade does it too. SEWC still is restricted online. They just make you phone it in, but thats usually enough to make me not consider it.
