Stem Cells are real, and there are many Doctors and Companies that use them and Global Stem Cells uses every possible opportunity or way of making money from stem cells. But it's expensive, they're in 20 something Countries where they wine and dine Doctors, All the women are beautiful and young looking, lol. Global is the perfect Company for selling shares of stock even because it's like 15 Companies which I can envision Global Stem Cell Group will/could spin off or sell EACH of the Companies's once they've reached a certain point! A. DC and BN were already friends!
B. BN needed money for his stem cell Company

So Dave let Benito use his shell (2 years behind on filings) So they sold shares of LAHO which DC didn't need, he had 3 or 4 other ones I think, and LAHO was 2 years behind. So they used LAHO to finance the merger which has to be real because of all the filings right? I think they made tons of money which is okay, this is America and Stem Cell Companies aren't cheap to run. The 64K question IMO is did they let it get suspended by having a wrong address on purpose or by mistake? Either way they had sold their shares right?? Anyone's welcome to fill in the blanks or correct me because I'm no expert. Seems dumb to let it happen intentionally unless I'm missing something because then they had to buy another shell when they really didn't need to, unless they were thinking 2 is better than one. But I still want to hang on to the belief that it truly was accidental because otherwise why not just BK LAHO, wait 6 months and another shell like MSSV and not include LAHO saying they were bone heads that ruined our reputation!! That's why I think this is real and why they kept LAHO in the loop because they never intended on cheating anyone! Is there a good reason for a two year delay and them having to find a 2nd shell? It's not like they'd have to give the money back for the billions of shares of LAHO sold would they? They thought they'd get by with the LAHO shell IMO since they knew, or thought they knew that the SEC could tell that the merger was legitimate would overlook except they said it was over a bad address! I guess the SEC didn't look into the matter since it was 2 whole years late and 99% of OTC stocks 2 years behind on filings and running wildly are scams truthfully. But this was the 1% that the SEC overlooked IMO! Couldn't they call at least, lol? But when the stock started running wildly, combined with people saying they're calling to report the supposed scam even though it's not, the SEC just does what they do! I'd hate to think it was even more nefarious than that. But is there a reason someone can think of to intentionally get your stock suspended unless you needed more time but it seems like they could have sold more shares had it NOT gotten suspended.

Anyway, the 8 million dollar escrow wouldn't exist if they didn't want it to so there's a good reason for it! I keep thinking that perhaps the share count isn't adding up, in other words there's naked or counterfeit shares in some peoples accounts depending on brokers, and that would really suck and I'm not sure what they'd do in that case.

They didn't expect to get suspended as there were hundreds of other DEAD shells/companies that could have been suspended besides LAHO! They probably thought there was a chance of it happening, especially when everyone started calling the SEC to alarm them of what they THOUGHT was a scam happening. Management probably figured that since they had announced their intentions of getting current and merging would be plenty enough to avoid trouble but that's not what happened! The SEC is about as capable and competent as any Government entity or agency and they can't keep up with everything that every company is doing!? Hundreds of companies were later than LAHO and then once the PPS started flying combined with all the crybabies calling them yelling scam even though they had NO idea if was or not, the SEC just did the prudent thing and suspended it without even looking into it! Or the explanation could be more nefarious but who knows! LAHO also probably knew all along that it was possible but knew they could use another shell if necessary which is where MSSV came in and got to be the LUCKY shell to take over! We cant really blame anyone other than ourselves for being willing to buy LAHO as risky as it was so, being mad at them just makes the angry look foolish and I've been there a few times myself! So plan A failed since the PPS got big, piggies squealed, etc, etc, but I'd say Dave and Benito where sweating it less than any of us were because they were both busy making money running their Companies and time wasn't as critical to them as it to us! I read that mortgage escrow money can take 30 days to receive? I guess there's no set time or legal limit for our type. Seems like they should all be similar, but one thing for sure, Lans, MSSV and Global all know that as soon as the money is released, MSSV should start to get bought up by the millions and I'd be one of the first most likely! With that said has the company said an approximate time frame or date to anyone? It would only be fair to pay the LAHO folks before we see the GSCG numbers because not all of us have the extra powder to buy MSSV now and still don't trust. I think Global Stem Cells Group is a fantastic Company! Only problem is they are now exposed as a Company that unfortunately is spending millions of dollars more than they are taking in! The whole staff travelling to one exotic country week after week to teach classes and try to sell elaborate and expensive equipment to doctors, all the while staying in 5 star hotels, eating at the best restaurants, cigars, wine, the best of everything! None of it makes sense! Just seems weird that NO publication has picked up on it, foreign or domestic! Seems like someone would want to investigate the situation involving an obviously super successful stem cell co, and 2 separate shell Companies, a suspended frozen millions of dollars ransome, then a plan to payback shareholders and only a few people know? We want to believe PTS but you've stated you have 200,000 shares of MSSV which lowers your credibility to outside observers! I'm still thinking we get paid, BUT, there are ways that Benito could get out of paying the money and just blame the LAHO and MSSV guys for mishandling things, like the wrong address that supposedly helped cause the suspension! He could say that he was busy running the stem cell business and left it up to Dave and the other LAHO/MSSV crew to compensate the LAHO investors and then some unknown technicality or legal hurdle could tie the money up and eventually just not happen, or say he was lied to by the LAHO/MSSV guys who promised him they had everything under control while selling shares of both shells. Then Benito could say, Sorry guys, you're not getting my company, I didn't know you were such bumbling idiots! I'm just looking at all possibilities and in the OTC I've seen just about every scheme or excuse, just like the wrong address thing that was "nobody's " fault!
