same here... ameritrade 5x8 since the open
Good morning MNM... good to see you this morning. I'm headed out the door to work soon. Take care!
I can tell you are doing some good DD. I found the same info in mid-March and posted it here. I also sent Creditcardsolutionsuk the following email and their response is posted below. I sent them the email on the 18th of March. I was trying to determine if Jack Chang was going to continue advising their company knowing that EFGO was acquiring him. It was hard to determine from their response, but they didn't say he wouldn't continue advising them.
Here is Creditcardsolutionsuk response to my email dated March 18, 2007:
Dear Mr xxxxx
Thank you for your email.
The decision to work for Mr Chang to work with us on projects within specific territories has proven to be very beneficial - However, nothing has been set aside for future projects until the present projects have been seen through to implementation.
I trust this answers your query.
Sincerely
Anthony Foster

Subject: Question about your advisor Jack Chang
Hi,
I have been reading about your company on your Credit Card Solutions website. I noticed on your news page that Mr. Jack Chang became an advisor to your company in 2006 and he has been involved with your business expanding into Africa.
From what I know of Jack Chang, he has an excellent resume and background in the ATM and e-wallet industry and it was a great decision by your company to acquire his assistance.
I was wondering if Mr. Chang is still serving in an advisory capacity to CCS and if he will be working with your company in the future?
Good luck to the continued success of your company.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
xxxxx

Yes, I saw that article about iexpay and several more that needed to be translated. I agree, a little difficult to follow because of the translation. Still trying to determine if there is another word for love-pay or if that is what they actually mean?
OT: Good night MNM... and too bad you got the change in nurses! Maybe a new nurse will arrive in the morning!
I'm sure you must be a hurting unit to give your laptop up in favor of the morphine!
Have fun keeping tabs on the action with EFGO tomorrow, I'll probably be out most of the day.
Take care.
Thanks... there are some very good people on this board that have provided great DD and we have excellent moderators.
I'm glad to see that we are starting to see the actual potential of this company. There are many shareholders that have been here awhile and have had faith in Garr and the new management. Getting Jack Chang on board was huge and he is one of the main reasons that I have held on to my shares and continue to add. Jack hasn't even been officially with the company for very long. Just imagine what he can accomplish when he has a few more months under his belt!! LOL.. Give him a year and look out!!!
Looking forward to many more great days ahead!
Wow... just finished reading through all the posts today! What a great day and great PRs. We all knew that Jack Chang was a great addition and now we are starting to see the expertise and value that he brings to EFGO. The amazing thing is that this is only the beginning! I can't wait to see all the other things that they are planning. Very glad to see that they are targeting China with the Olympics being there next year. What a smart move!
I just wish that I had more time to watch the action! My "regular" job is keeping me busy in the field. Definitely nice to log on and see all the excitement today and looking forward to many more to come!
MNM... glad you are doing OK after surgery and I'm happy that your chances of getting your voice back are at least 90%. Take care of yourself.
Hi Margaret,
Thanks for the update on Bill! Glad things are looking better for him. Tell him great news just came out on EFGO!!! That should cheer him up!
Good morning everyone... and MNM, good luck with the surgery and I remember your desire to fling bed pans to get out of the hospital early! Take care.
Hey Rig... good to see you. I've been away myself for a while. Just checking in to get caught up on all the activity. Take care... and be safe.
Good to see you back in EFGO. You have posted some very good information and thoughts. I have been doing some website research regarding Esprit Financial Group and so far, I have found over 80 domain names that they own and I'm sure there are many more. Of those 80+ domains 26 are currently active and the others are parked or inactive. Many are .net and .org domain names of the .com's. (like cashnext.com, cashnext.net, and cashnext.org).
Most of the Registrant names are in Esprit Financial Group and several others are still under cashnow corp. Those are primarily the Hong Kong and Chinese domain names that were last updated in August of 2006.
I'm still putting the list together.
19 million here
I'm glad to see that EFGO followed through and got the Town Hall Forum up and operational. To me, what is important is that they continue to do what they say they are going to do. Who can disagree with that?
This company has a lot of "irons in the fire" and they continue to be as transparent as they can with the shareholders. I will continue to watch as this company grows. It sounds like the revenue streams are moving forward and we need to give them time to produce.
As I have already stated, Jack Chang is a big reason I bought and hold my shares in EFGO.
Very good post and Happy Birthday!
Good post MNM... have a nice weekend.
Well, it never hurts to show bid support. I'm hoping the .0006s don't fill for me. I would prefer to see the PPS uptick.
After I bought the 200000 at the ask at .0007, I put in a buy for 300000 at .0006 over an hour ago and not touched yet...
Took about two minutes to get my 200,000 buy at the ask of .0007 filled.
Good morning everyone,
I've been away most of the this week and got back a few days ago and have been catching up on all the posts. Very interesting to see what has been brought up and discussed.
I'm glad to see that the board got some things worked out, but I also see that there were some personal attacks and accusations that are going to linger. Hopefully, we will continue to focus on the future of EFGO and continue to discuss all aspects of the company.
I want to see the company communicate to the shareholders and public through solid PRs. While there is always interest in IR emails, I feel it has just added confusion and mistrust.
I would like to make a comment about one of the last IR emails regarding the big shareholder and the selling. The only billion share day I found was Feb. 28th. I read through every post on this board from Feb. 27-Feb 28th and the topic that I felt was responsible for the selling was the Feb. 27th filing of the A/S increase. There was no discussion of the coffee & biotech companies on this board during late February. This board discussed the coffee and biotech connections on April 5th. (Posts 28355 and 28358). There was no billion share day anywhere around April 5th. Therefore, I also don't understand why the IR would say the shareholder sold because of the coffee and biotech discussions on iHub. Doesn't make sense.
Now that I have said that, I still think this company has a lot going for it and we are still just seeing the tip of the iceberg. I still own all my shares and I will continue to accumulate.
I hope everyone has a great day and we will get through the bumps in the road. I plan on giving this company time to grow and get its revenue streams producing. As has been stated before Garr, Jack Chang and the managment team have set some very good goals and are working to completing them. It will take time and they will let us know their progress. They have promised transparency and I think they will keep their word.
Yeah... I read that SPIN showed up and I don't have any experience with them. I have been gone most of the day and I'm just getting caught up on the posts.
Hope you are doing well MNM. It looks like I'll be at meetings for the next few days, so I'll be checking in after hours.
Take care of yourself and I'll get in touch with you when I get back.
Lots of discussion about different Market Makers. Thought this was an informative post for others that haven't seen it.

(UPDATED) Penny Stock Market Makers Who Are the Players in this Game
By Bill Panetta
Let Me Start off by saying this: Level 2 Does not have the same effect like it did 5 years ago except for OTCBB Stocks & Pink Sheet Stocks. What Do I mean By This? NASDAQ is all chart plays, level 2 has no meaning as it once did for NASDAQ Stocks, and too many games can be played now on level 2. Simply put if you don't know how to read the charts you will get killed on NASDAQ Stocks.
With all the changes on Level 2 Traders have been forced to learn TA, You could had a made a killing with level 2 before 2001 with out TA; I have witnesses that have proven this.
And when I make this comment I am talking about regular trading hours, after hour's different story. Bottom Line Level 2 does not have the same effect on NASDAQ Stocks that it did 5 years ago because of the New Super Soes Trading System being implemented in 2001 and along with 1 cent spreads, it was the worst thing NASDAQ ever did for traders IMO. The Traders from 5 yrs ago know what I am talking about.
Let's talk about the 2 exchanges where Level 2 has not changed and having level 2 is really important to your trading. I am talking about The OTCBB & PINKSHEET Markets.
If you learn how to read into Level 2 on the OTCBB & PINK SHEETS it will really enhance your trading. Let's break down the Market Markets.
There are 4 categories of Market Makers let's start by talking about the first one.
Retail Market Makers:
These are the market makers from very popular brokerage firms. They handle a lot of the order flow for small retail investors.
NITE: NITE
UBSS: Schwab
SBSH: Citibank
ETRD: ETRADE
BOFA: Bank of the American
Second Category: This is the list that you really have to master because these are the MARKET MAKERS that can kill a stock in a hurry when there are the sitting on right side of the box on Level 2.
HDSN: killed CKYS single-handedly
VFIN:
CGFL: new kid on the block for sub dilution
RBCM: Old CLYP. Has killed many sub penny stocks in the past to no-bid.
FANC: used to be a heavy S-8 seller. May show up once in a great while.
SSGI: aggressive on sub penny stocks
Third category: There are lot market makers in this category so I will break it down to who are the most important: These are some of the more friendlier market makers on the street.
DOMS: one of my favorites
MAXM:
VERT:
HILL:
SALI: can be a seller at times
JEFF:
FRAN: very friendly
ABLE:
QUIN: haven't seen him around much lately
VNDM:
SEAB:
MURF: getting active lately
STGI: getting active lately
VERT:
WDCO: can be a seller at times
PERT:
NIII:
BEST:
GNLN: nice to see him back again
EFGI: can be a seller at times
Category 4: ECN MARKET MAKERS: Electronic Routes
these market makers are only used on OTC BB stocks. They do not work for pink sheet market.
ARCA: used a lot by promoters to sell stock
TRAC: rarely used any more taken over by EDGX
EDGX: new kid on the block
There are probably a few market makers that I left out or there will a few new market makers that show but for the most part these are the major players. Good luck hopes this helps.
I wonder if anyone from EFGO will be attending this conference "Cards & Payments 2007" in Berlin, Germany during May? http://www.cpeurope.com/

I've been trying to learn more about acquisitions and mergers. If anyone is interested.... here is an informative link.
http://www.investopedia.com/university/mergers/default.asp
Great question and I'm very interested to see any replies. I have not been through the situation you described, so I'm looking for information about the possibilities.
MNM... thanks for posting the email that you received. I just got back and I'm checking in to see what transpired today. Looks like I have lots of posts to read through.
It was great to see all the board members posting on the "roll call" yesterday, especially the shareholders that tend to read the board and not post. Lots of good support out there.
I think people that have been following this company closely realize the potential and are adding on the dips. Some of the people that have jumped on without doing a lot of DD tend to sell when the stock doesn't meet their expectations in a day or two (we saw that happen yesterday from a poster).
Hope everyone has a nice weekend!
Gee... I get back home and check in and see we are doing roll call!! LOL... Well, I'm still in and even bought some more today!
Hey... good morning MNM... good to see you.
LOL... yes, good observation!
Glad to hear that... I know it had you concerned. Sometimes, things just take a little extra time.... I think we all had the same feelings until we saw the changes show up in our accounts.
Ok... based on what we have seen the last few days and the trades, does anyone have any more thoughts? We have some new folks on the board that have seen the mirror trades...etc and I am curious to hear any opinions.
It seems like any effort to buy at the ask is mirrored lower and they are keeping the spread wide and trading between the bid and ask.
I know we have covered this ground before, but thought I would ask about any new insights...
To me it seems obvious the MM's are doing everything they can to keep this from moving up...
I'm glad you were buying yesterday and I agree people need to buy at the ask. Many of us have been doing that for quite a while.... some almost every day. I always welcome new buyers to take their turn.
I just put in a small buy of 50000 at the ask of .0011 when the spread was .0008 x .0011. It took about 1 minute to fill at .0011 and I think they mirrored it at .0010. I wanted to see if they would fill me at .0011 and how low they would mirror it at.
Good morning everyone.... it is quiet around here this morning.
An additional post about the value of PRs that Esprit Financial Group is putting out. If you are familiar with Internet Marketing, then you will understand how all the PRs that EFGO is making available are being picked up by websites, blogs and RSS feeds. This "viral" marketing is well know in the Internet world and it increases the search engine ranking for Esprits websites.
For example.... The Cash Now live Forex site has been active for a little more than two weeks and they are using Advanced Markets as the pass through. Do a Google search on advanced markets forex and you will see cashnow.com listed 4th behind afxi.com (advanced markets international) and amifx.com (advanced markets regular website link). Not bad for only having their site Forex active for less than 3 weeks.
The PRs are valuable for informing the shareholders, but they are also VERY valuable in getting EFGO the Internet exposure for all of their business divisions. The PRs are valuable in so many other ways that if we only gauge the reaction of the PPS, we are not looking at the big picture.
Remember... the higher Esprit/cashnow websites can get on organic searches on relevant keywords, the more traffic they will get to their websites. More traffic means more customers, more business, more revenue and happy shareholders.
There are many companies that would love to have the Internet exposure that Esprit/cashnow already has... and it will only get better with time.
Again, think of the PRs as keeping us, the shareholders informed, and as a great viral Internet marketing tool.
The exposure that Esprit/cashnow has been generating on the Internet is truly amazing. They are doing a great job and are getting the exposure they need. Do your own searches and see for yourself... if you haven't already.
