Anyone know the GPS coordinates of the Homestead site. Use google maps-satellite view to see any changes in equipment on the site. It's mid September and it would be nice to know what the h*** is going on?
The last press release said early to Mid September. If they dont know their schedule for the next three weeks at this time, then we are being kept in the dark here.
Someone should call Apex home office and ask them. After all its our money that they are receiving and Delta is just dragging this thing along.

No, they should promote him and give him a shovel. The company will profit more by putting him there.
Hi All,
I have been away from this board for some time. I think it was when they were fighting/settled with BA. The pps was much higher back then. What the heck happened? It can't go any lower. What happened to the GSM version, overseas contracts etc?? and is Spence still around keeping the peace?? What about Skier?
Here is another sales lead. I doubt they will act on it, after-all it may create sales and raise the pps.!

No news there. Same news, different day. Early to mid Sept. could be in 2008 or 2009.
Same old Hype with no set START DATE in the press release, just talks with Apex. All talk/no action again.
Bravo Sierra BS.
More hype and still no digging..
All talk, No Action with these guys.
Get on with it already...!
Maybe Bigrocks was on to something in post #6112 with his contact at Delta.
They will be busy allright. Looks like an extended Summer Vacation for them with the money they made on the RS.
Well, maybe next week???
CEO for Delta Mining and Exploration Addresses the Current State of the Company
PR NEWSWIRE
NEW YORK, May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- This is a statement from Mr. Brett Rodli, CEO of Delta Mining and Exploration (OTC: DMXC):
Management for Delta is excited about the prospects of the company given the positive results from the last round of exploration and the plans for the properties in the coming months. A proposal has been prepared by Apex Geoscience that not only provides the necessary costs to complete the bulk sampling of the Homestead property but also lays out the specific details of how this will be accomplished.
Although Delta controls a number of properties, the most recent stage of exploration identified the Homestead property as the target with the greatest potential for success. As Delta is still in the exploration stage we have chosen to first explore this target and then pursue the others at a later date. Also, we are in the final stages of negotiations that will allow Delta to move forward unencumbered with respect to future exploration.
We chose Apex Geoscience because they are the leaders in their field; they are one of the top diamond surveying companies in North America with expertise and credibility that will allow us to better position ourselves for further development of our properties. We are very pleased with their performance and will continue to utilize them for future exploration.
The reverse-split of our stock which occurred on May 4, 2007, was completed to better position the company for future fund raising activities and potential merger and/or joint venture opportunities. The perception of being a sub-penny stock with an excessive number of shares on issue needed to be addressed. It is the opinion of the entire management team and the independent consultants working with Delta that the new structure is infinitely more attractive to the investment community.
With activity expected to increase on the properties, Delta has decided to move its office to Missoula, Montana. The new location will be a short drive to the properties, and a few hours drive to Edmonton, Alberta where the offices of Apex Geoscience are located. Many inquiries have come from Canada, and an office in Missoula allows us to react quickly to these potential opportunities.
Finally, the majority of the management team has been with the company since its inception and is excited about the future. We hope that the current negotiations for additional funding and/or a joint venture partner will allow Delta to move forward with exploration while providing maximum value to its shareholders.
About Delta Mining and Exploration, Corp: http://www.deltamine.com : Delta is a mineral exploration company with an extensive portfolio of diamond properties in Montana, USA. Delta controls some 7500 acres throughout Montana located within the Wyoming Craton where much of North America's diamonds have been found.
Just hit the sell button now if you are not sure about this security.
An announcement of a JV will send this thing to the moon. I hope its soon before we lose momentum.
Holy Smokes. The last time the CMF was in the + zone was April 2006. It's been a rough year my friend and now its like walking ot of a cold damp cave after a year and feeling the warm sunlight on your body.
Pos. CMF is an excellent sign since its been negative for quite some time. Keep it going HISC.
You can't forget their patent with the claim for OAC. It should be a big hit.
What we need to think about goes back to all the test results at the site. This isn't a company with a new innovative product thats just not selling. We are sitting on top of a diamond mine. How much and can they find a rich vein is the question that can make or break this thing wide open. Hopefully they will get moving on this thing this spring and show the investors their sincerity.
They said they would release info in the next week to 10 days, 2 weeks ago. It may be the calm before the storm !
They didn't mention anything about their patent for OAC. I wonder if that is part of these tests.?
Well its spring time and hopefully they will break ground and get to work. Anyone know what the climate is like at their site in Montana now?
Thanks for the update. You guys are a big help.
Hey guys/girls. I have been away from the board since the price dropped from the hard .001 . Can someone give me an update on what is happening and the latest PR sounds like Fred keeping his promise to increase the PPS.
Thanks ...I am still long... GO FRED..!
Are the trading markets open on Friday? Good Friday. I dont think they are?
From the Feb 07 PR.....
"Following the identification of key diamond indicator minerals collected from a number of Delta's Grassrange District properties, the company is eager to start Phase 3 of the exploration/sampling process. Discussions are already underway with several interested joint venture partners. Time is of the essence and the Delta wishes to conclude such negotiations in a timely manner."
Yea no kidding. I am surprised they havent released more info. Their last PR said they plan to move ahead very quickly with a JV..?
Holding steady at .0007 all day. Watch the flippers dump at 4:00 pm as usual. Hope it holds its high..
Looks like the bottom keeps slipping. We held solid at .001 for so long, I was convinced it would not sink lower. In the past week the bottom keeps dropping. I would hate to see it at .0001, but it looks like it may sink near there.
I am also concerned to learn that someone tries to call the commercial sales office and get an answering machine>?
WTF are these sales guys doing? Its an kick in the head to us investors, when they can't answer the phone during business hours..
Weak Volume this morning. It looks like they had their way with us yesterday and tossed us out like yesterdays newspaper.
I finally found a downloadable pdf brochure of the CT that these marketing geniuses refuse to put on the HISS website. I was going to send some out to the local bus and transportation companies but it doesnt look like it will help us at this point as we plummet in pps.

WAKE UP FRED..!
Fred and Company better do something soon. The hard bottom we have experienced for so long at .001 is now slipping. If it slips any lower, longs like me are going to start to panic and I dont want to see that happen.
It's time for management to get off the pot and announce the restructure, release the GSM and sell some GD product.
As a group, we have collected more research and sales leads than a trade-show. I hope to see them make some sales from our efforts.
SILENCE IS NOT AN OPTION NOW....!
Here is a good one for F and BA to ponder.

Anyone hear any updates or call the office. Its been almost 3 weeks since the last pr?
The SEC Is Tracking Fraud
The "Pump And Dump" Scam
It's common to see messages posted online that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or tell you to sell before the price goes down. Often the writers will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is pumped up by gullible investors. Once these fraudsters sell their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls and investors lose their money. Fraudsters frequently use this ploy with small, thinly-traded companies because it's easier to manipulate a stock when there's little or no information available about the company.
Online Investment Newsletters
Hundreds of online investment newsletters have appeared on the Internet in recent years. Many offer investors seemingly unbiased information free of charge about featured companies or recommending "stock picks of the month." While legitimate online newsletters can help investors gather valuable information, some online newsletters are tools for fraud.
Some companies pay the people who write online newsletters cash or securities to "tout" or recommend their stocks. While this isn't illegal, the federal securities laws require the newsletters to disclose who paid them, the amount, and the type of payment. But many fraudsters fail to do so. Instead, they'll lie about the payments they received, their independence, their so-called research, and their track records. Their newsletters masquerade as sources of unbiased information, when in fact they stand to profit handsomely if they convince investors to buy or sell particular stocks.
Some online newsletters falsely claim to independently research the stocks they profile. Others spread false information or promote worthless stocks. The most notorious sometimes "scalp" the stocks they hype, driving up the price of the stock with their baseless recommendations and then selling their own holdings at high prices and high profits. To learn how to separate the good from the bad, read our tips for checking out newsletters.
The SEC actively investigates allegations of Internet investment fraud and, in many cases, has taken quick action to stop scams. We've also coordinated with federal and state criminal authorities to put Internet fraudsters in jail. Here's a sampling of recent cases in which the SEC took action to fight Internet fraud:
Francis A. Tribble and Sloane Fitzgerald, Inc. sent more than six million unsolicited e-mails, built bogus web sites, and distributed an online newsletter over a ten-month period to promote two small, thinly traded "microcap" companies. Because they failed to tell investors that the companies they were touting had agreed to pay them in cash and securities, the SEC sued both Tribble and Sloane to stop them from violating the law again and imposed a $15,000 penalty on Tribble. Their massive spamming campaign triggered the largest number of complaints to the SEC's online Enforcement Complaint Center.
READ THIS WHOLE PAGE - MAYBE F and BA will be their next case.

Spence,
That is a good idea to ban EVSY, BA and FM from this board and look forward to moving on. However, new/potential EVSY investors will find the EVSY board and surely will be referred to research the past HISC board postings to see for themselves how FM and BA fleeced us. These new/potential EVSY investors will probably post a few questions in reference to our experience with FM and BA. If we ignore them, then we are only helping FM and BA hook some more prey.
I am not sure how you would handle this, but I am sure it will happen and want to point it out.
Who is the PR firm for Evans now? If it's who I think it is, someone should tip off the SEC. Here we go again..! and another group of innocent shareholders are going to get pumped and dumped by these modern day pirates.

Daily Commentary
Our system posted a WAIT today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 02.28.2007 (5) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0013. Since then HISC has fallen -30.77% .
Our WAIT tag says all that is to say. Stay at cash or check the other stocks while waiting the next signal. Do not bother with buying or short selling this stock as long as the WAIT tag stays.
Candlestick Analysis
Today’s Candlestick Patterns:
Short Black Candlestick
Today a Short Black Candlestick was formed. This implies relatively weak selling pressure with little price movement.
AOL is still locking up when trying to log on to the Ihub site. Still need to use IE . They should of left well-enough alone.
Me too Who...You cant use the AOL browser, it just locks up. I had to paste the Ihub-Hisc address into MS Explorer and it works fine.
Nice thoughts Spence but greed is an awful disease. If the SEC doesn't catch up with them, then Karma will. Its unfortunate the honest shareholders have to pay the price.
Excellent analogy Spence. The unique thing about this whole situation is this company has a unique product with a GSM version weeks away and once the solid sales are secured and announced, the very wealthy investors are going to pounce on this thing and drive it sky high in a very short time. I think the big boys are cautiously watching and waiting as we are skimming across the hard bottom and management is getting our house in order and losing the excess baggage of Frank and BA that has been dragging this company down for so long.
