After reading the Founder's Message and looking at the brouchure I see that there is progress to sell Dazers.
The significant event(s) is the request for proposals ($40M). Can't have real sales until there are real proposals. And he is expecting more potential for proposal requests in the near future ($200M). But what is not explained is the number of people/organizations marketing ("We now have several Manufacturers Representative organizations representing the company under contract, representing the Dazer Laser™ product line.") and the number of real sales contacts made or scheduled ("first round of presentations over the last month have gone better than we could have imagined.").
It is sounding like there is significant increase in number of marketers working for Dazer effort. No statement is made regarding specific geographic markets but obviously the military/police market must be one because he targeted NY City council and the military with the Memorial day parade effort. Curious that there are now 2 Dazer products - it looks like he has added a short range product ("Guardian")...my guess is this must have been developped from market feedback or observing needs stated by potential customers. The Guardian must be quoted on the recent proposals otherwise why the quick turnaround on developping another product??
Got to say he has organized himself to meet customers since that last Founder's Message with Dazer brochure, product prototype for demonstrations, pricing (proposals) ....("We have a complete presentation, brochure, video, proposals, and working prototypes of the Dazer Laser™")
So maybe not an outwardly exciting Founders Message because it does not say "we have sold" or "we are financed" but I like the advance in sales effort. I have got to believe we are getting close ... get that first sale Bobby!!!
