Will be interesting to see if the share divi will still be paid out as well. I think that was supposed to be for holders as of 10/19/07. Guess we'll see - would at least expect a PR regarding that especially if it will not take place.

Question: Now that the counterfeit PR has been removed - any realistic guesses as to the affacts all this craziness will have on the stock, meaning recovery time?

Seems to me that with each passing day - it is becoming more evident that this company is actually dealing with people that are intentially trying to cause trouble for it - and that the general market sentiment should turn towards one that the company can be trusted resulting in the PPS going back to where it should be.

Lord only knows how long that will take though - A Week - A Month - A Year or two??

After reading your response - I realize I could have misinterpreted the meaning of that post - However either way - if one company stole the logo from the other, First thing to find out is if there is a trademark or other protection for using the logo. If there is then that should be looked at - if there is not any protection then I would imagine the logo would be fair game to be used. I am not a trademark or copyright expert in any way and have no real knowledge of what the law says here - Would someone with that knowledge please comment to bring a realistic point of view as to what the law says rather than having us speculate. - Thanks

No disrespect - but CD has been right about a great many things. His percentage of accuracy far exceeds most of the posters on this board. Ask the members of the board who have been here a very long while and they will vouch for him too. Since you just started following the board for the last month or two - and only here and there I might add - think about the possibility that you may be blowing off someone who might actually have acurate info to give. Unless you are really someone else who has been here for quite a while under another name - In which case your purpose may be that of someone we may want to be more cautious of.

Either way - Just a thought for you to consider is you are really here looking to get good info from the right people - CD is one whos' information is far more accurate more of the time than not.

The question is way more specific than what I ask but but I have seen the SEC go in certain directions for lesser things as what we are seeing here.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the company get very tight lipped in regards to private emails and any other forms of cummunication besides PR's and what it chooses to put out in the form of public information - IMO

This means if you email the company - DO NOT get irritated or start saying the company does not care if they do not respond - they have no idea who to trust right now and if they are smart - they won't take any chances in reviel any information privately that could be twisted and used against them.

'Whomever' is behind todays hoax just alerted PSPJ and the authorities to keep all eyes open - IMO - if PSPJ reacts they way I have seen other companies react - WOW - We are in for quite a ride and a good laugh when futile attempts to bring down PSPJ are revealed to be small speed bumps on the road to recovery if all if truly on the up and up with PSPJ now.

Wow - I have to say that the board has been a very interesting read this morning. I generally just watch but thought I would throw a couple of posts to add to the confusion. For pete sake - I mean I had to add to what I could only determine was a possible conspiracy theory!!(This previous sentence is a joke so smile!)

1st - Yesterday's price drop - well it was not that huge of a deal. If anyone is panicking - then step away from your computer and go grab a beer and sit by the pool - RELAX!! there are several reasons - Listed on the board - from MM's to lawsuits, to speculation of whatever that anyone can say is the culprit for the price drop yesterday. Pick one!! - You have a choice as to what reason you want to go with. I have picked mine and it is actually a combination of reasons. No I am not telling anyone what they are.

2nd - The whole staff change - WOW! - Is all I have to say regarding some of the posts that I have seen here! When businesses merge and/or are aquired some staff stays - and some staff leaves! That is the way it goes - not every single time but generally speaking and that includes staff from the mailroom all the way up to the CEO's office! Sometimes there is a severance package and sometimes there is not! Plain and simple. All this SPECULATION and that is just what it is - SPECULATION regarding why Peacock or anyone else left at this point is a waste because there could be 2, 3, or 4 other single or combined reasons why a change in staff took place. The speculation here is textbook - Start out with something small and add a little something - then add a little something more and then just a little more and man - There is the reason why the company is going down - right? WRONG!! - It is speculation - PERIOD!

Everyone from time to time can get wrapped up in opinionated statements that we do not know to be essentially true. Then combine those statments with basic facts. what do you get then? A Clusterf*^k.

Remember - innocent spectualtion is fine. Solid reasoning is ok too. But when those are combined and there becomes no other possibilities based on what the posters here on this board say - well that just becomes silly and a good way for new investor to get more opinion rather than fact.

This is all just IMO. I know nothing So don't listen to me!!

I have seen a company with co-CEO's BUT that was over a two year period because the acting CEO was going to be stepping down and retiring and it was to ensure that the VP that was going to supercede the position was not going to drop the ball. Co-CEO's do happen in companies.

Seems that people posting this morning are going more off personal opinion rather than actual knowledge.

It's something to keep an eye out for if you own SWVC or any other stock. This SWVC board and others board regarding SWVC could be subjected to the same type of false tactics to bring the SP down so those that are less than fair can get cheapers shares - IMO. It worked with that other stock today and it went down in a textbook fashion IMO.

IMO - Those who have never seen the postings of old news that is forgotten and throw it in the mix in order to those who own any stock including SWVC - should do their DD and look closely at anything coming out in the next weeks to be sure it is truely pertinent to the current happenings of SWVC today and for the future. Bashers and those that are more skillful could use this tactic for their own gain or for the gain of those they wrok for.

Not a 100% gaurantee but I would definately watch out for it.

I can tell you know probably understand everything I am saying but for those who don't - maybe it will help them if this occurs down this long road of the SWVC adventure of what to maybe look out for! - Just IMO(if this doesn't get deleted to)

I am glad I bought a little FCCN when I was able. I was only able to buy a small amount of shares here - but congrats to all that hold amounts of a million or more - you guys should be able to pay off some mortages and then some with what you are about to get!

I have heard estimates of what the PPS will be like after the merger annoucement and the 8K anywhere from .10 all the way to dollars.

Anyone have a reasonable estimate?

Well CD still has a little time left - If the right PR comes out immediately followed by the 8K - But the would have to happen within the next 2 hours or so AND IMO it would have to be BIG money coming in and buying up shares in order to reach that .14 mark you are reffering to. Possible? - maybe. Probable? - We can hope.

Would be nice to see a PR update about the vote being completed before close today and then the 8k by pre-market tomorrow AM. That would be very nice indeed to start this month off right! - IMO

Will be very interesting to see the reaction that Oct. 15th has on my SWVC and some other stocks I am holding.

Just an FYI if you don't know - If you clicked on CD's name it would take you to all of his posts - only his and make it easier for you to find the information you are looking for!! The information he has posted regarding the PPS is there but there is also lots of other great information as well that if you are invested in SWVC - you need to know - AS SWVC is not your normal OTCBB stock.

If you are wanting to invest your hard earned cash here - it would be a good idea to read his stuff. It will help you make a mich better decision as CD - whether you like him or not - his posts are very accurate and definately worth the read.

Well then can you please explain what you mean in your last post regarding certificates being a requirment?

I and several others who read your post we wondering because no where in the PR did we see anything about certificates being required to get the divy if one gets paid.

We read as if or when the divy does get paid out, then the owners of the stock will get their divy paid out to them in the form in which they hold the stock. That is a lot different than certificates being a requirment.

Do you hold this stock in certificate form?

Will be interesting - my g/f is getting a very large inheritance and has said she wants me to buy up as much SWVC as I can when she gets her money. Can't wait for that one.
