Understand. Thanks.
Appreciate you making the calls. I feel better that you have confirmed with Wolk's associates that the financing and the aquistions are real. These things take time. Hopefully they are working on becoming a reporting company once the financing is done. Thanks again.
What did the man have to say? Anything good, bad or indifferent? TIA
Thanks LTG for posting the info. Bottom line. If you believe Battis (I haven't seen anything that he has said not come true yet) hang in there. If not sell and move on. I am holding. Just hope they close the finance deal soon.
Care to share who that some one is? If you can't say who it is why do you think they are right in saying buy more of this? Thanks.
Thanks..that was a good find by that poster on investor village reference the ITT job. Your sources are saying really good things coming. This just might be one of them. That would be a boatload of lasers if that contract with ITT goes through.
Laser Energetics has sent only a few lasers to ITT for the remote sensing project for testing only. I doubt they also send their personnel to ITT to run the tests with the laser.
ITT is the lead on the project and LNGT just supplies the laser (which is one of the main components of the remote sensor but not all).
ITT has their own personnel to run the tests and look at ways to make the laser better for that application. Then LNGT will supply the finished laser with the final specs from ITT when all testing is done.
This is why I think ITT hiring more laser engineers for the remote sensing project (which we know LNGT is involved with) is a positive thing because it appears to me the project is moving forward with the addition of the new personnel. Then again maybe some other laser engineers retired. Who knows. I just think that the project is close to a point were it might get final go ahead and ITT hiring more laser engineers may be (and yes that is a big maybe ) a sign of that.
Probably reading way more into it than is out there but since we haven't had any news on this project in like 6 months all we can do is speculate.
Well I just posted the link for the job opening at ITT but here is the link to that post:
http://www.investorvillage.com/smbd.asp?mb=13867&mn=344&pt=msg&mid=4503359
Found this on the investor village board. Good catch by this person (probably posts on this board too).

ITT looking for 2 laser engineers to a remote sensing/lidar project. Ummm...Maybe the government gave the contract to ITT for production of the remote sensing laser. I wouldn't think ITT would be hiring more laser engineers for the remote sensing project unless they are confident of getting the contract or have the contract already. Could be a lot of laser sales for this coming LNGT's way very soon (at least I hope)
Just me thinking out loud.
Nice trade. Hope you make a bundle. Hell, I hope we all make a bundle!
Good post. Once they get this 12 million funding I think things will really start moving. That is why I called the TA on Friday. To check if any increase in the share count to see if the 12 million placement has gone through. Hopefully in the next week or two it will happen.
Would also like to see them go on the octbb exchange shortly. I believe they are working on that.
I am holding for the long run.
Just called the Transfer Agent. No change to the share count.
Thanks for the link. Looks like they have a nice groupie following..All I have to say is wow on some of those Hooter girls.
Run. Do you have a link? Don't know why I can't find it. Thanks in advance.
I called the TA a few days ago and got the same numbers. New restricted stock hasn't been registered yet. Outstanding shares would be about 323 million once that is done.
Looks like they are working on the new website.
http://www.laserenergetics.com/
Drillman. Looks like we hit the button pretty close to the same time. Came up with about 86 million shares also. Hopefully a nice stock buy back between present share price and 10 cents would be great since they got .139 cents per share.
Doing a little math. $12 million dollars at .139 per share would be about 86.4 million shares. Outstanding last I checked this am with the Transfer Agent was about 237 million which should bring the total outstanding shares up to about 323 million shares. Doesn't look like they have registered the new restricted shares yet. The new restricted shares issued 86.4 divided by the new total outstanding of 323 million would be about 27 percent of the outstanding shares as stated in the release.
Also new outstanding shares of 323 million times .139 would put the value of the company at about 44 million as stated in the release. Present stock price is .047 times the new outstanding of 323 million puts the value at around 15.2 million. In my opinion way undervalued and apparently the financer thinks so big time. Time will tell.
Does that math check with everyone?
13.9 cents a share. I'd say that is quite a premium over the current stock price. I have never heard of a pink sheet stock getting a premium on financing and the premium is about 4 times the current share price. The financer must have confidence the stock price is going to go much higher.
I wonder what the 2 acquisitions they are looking at that Battis mentioned in the release. Should be lots of news coming out in the near future.
Someone asked if the market is is closed Friday. It is closed.

It was be nice if LNGT got a piece of this action.

Just called the transfer agent. Outstanding shares are still
235,749,945
I remember that. I think someone posted the letter from Battis. The person sent him a letter asking about the low share price and basically he responded enjoy getting the cheap shares and a few weeks later the share price exploded. Hopefully history will repeat itself.
I believe Battis to be honest man. He made a very poor decision ie the IM but it appears IM is out of the picture now. I think when Battis says "people will soon be chasing the stock" I believe it. I will hold on to my shares and wait to see what happens.
Having him out of the picture can't be a bad thing in my opinion. Just wish he never was in the picture. Now time to move forward.
Just checked and you are right. Thanks for posting. Good riddance to him!
Good point on your post. They must already have the demand for the lasers if they need 12 million to ramp up production. Hopefully will have news on some contracts very soon.
Well said. Never heard a Pinkie getting paid a big premium like that. LNGT must have the goods. Sounds like things are getting ready to happen.
Here is your post:
"Barry Davis mentioned LNGT this AM...he must be selling another 1.5 million....there is no deal in SA...the IM is full of CRAP...you will see...LNGT will sell off today...just watch...i am posting at 9.18 am before opening...just watch...Barry and company is selling on his pump.."
You said LNGT would sell off Friday and it was up 25 percent. Do I think 25 percent is a good gain. You bet.
I don't like the Iceman either but that has been addressed here for the last few months and I was one of the people stating I wasn't happy with him in it. What's done and done. You are saying nothing new. I am fine with my investment (and yes investment) in LNGT with or without Ice involved.
Thanks Nostradamus for that great prediction.
Probably as many as he is dumping in CYRX. Ice compensated 250,000 shares of CYRX from a third party. Keep buying CYRX. Ice will sell them to you! LOL.

Thanks for the updates. Let's hope for a positive release or 2 in the near future.
I think this is what you are talking about: Found this searching Robert Battis name on google.
http://cdbaby.com/cd/thebangers2
Man sounds like a true patriot which I greatly respect.
Also sounds like many of the lasers they are developing have the potential to save a lot of lives of our military personnel. I applaud the company for this.
No problem..Like I stated in a previous post I think the fortune 100 company is Northrop Grumman for the contract that you posted and I think the fortune 50 defense company they shipped a laser to is Boeing. Here is the list again of defense companies:
http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/fortune500/2007/industries/Aerospace_and_Defense/1.html
Boeing number 28 and Northrop number 73.
Not sure if I can listen in on that conference tonight. At work and not sure how busy it will be. Someone take good notes! Thanks.
Go Flyers!
That contract has nothing to do with a Japanese company. I think the Japanese company thing you are talking about was last week. Some multibillion dollar Japanese company was suppose to visit LNGT last week. This was info that Battis said on that conference call at the end of Nov. I think them winning that contract for the best laser for that remote sensing contract has a lot of companies checking them out now.
On that conference call Nov 29 Battis did say something about a seminar for potential investors this week sometime. Don't know what day it was suppose to be. Anyone else listen to the conference call and remember that? Hopefully they get someone to invest with deep pockets and preferably a debt deal rather than issuing much more stock.
I stand corrected. I thought it was 450K (actually thought it was 480k). Sorry. Good thing you brought it to the companies attention.
Read just fine. Thanks. I just think the Dec 10 is when Iceman himself updated his site.
Good luck everyone. Out of here.
"Did I miss something? Maybe I am wrong? His site shows LNGT has received a 450m contract on Dec 10th"
That's not what the site says. Site info was updated on Dec 10. Doesn't say anything about the company receiving the contract on Dec 10. Geez.
They have a number to call him directly. Why don't you call him and see what he says if you are so concerned?
I heard it on that conference call on Nov 29.

He also does a daily morning audio on dollar man tab on the website. He has mentioned it a few times there. He puts a new recording daily before the market opens.

Interesting read. Article from Nov 2002 and talks about LISA which someone else posted about from Northrup Grumman. You can also click on the top to get the PDF version but this one highlights the alexandrite laser part.
http://209.85.165.104/search?q=cache:56Bpm0FiC5UJ:www.ecd.bnl.gov/pubs/BNL69445.pdf+alexandrite+laser+video&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=142&gl=us
Concurrently, a frequency-tripled, air-cooled alexandrite laser is being developed to serve as the final field transmitter. The alexandrite laser has the advantage of being an all-solid state source containing no hazardous gases.
This is also pretty cool. No idea if LNGT has anything to do with this laser.
