This won't even be on the graysheets if revoked on Nov 9.
•All shareholders will become shareholders of NMGL Series “A” Preferred and NMGL Series “B” preferred shares if they are stockholders of Record when Fortress announces this Dividend. This is a necessary step in the process of cleanly apportioning a cash distribution should NMGL be successful in obtaining a cash buyer for these assets.
Great job SEC. thank you. go sec
I know, lol also, ffgo is the only company to set the dividend date and not rens or nmgl. thanks sec for answering my compliant with ffgo suspension.
One problem the company never set the dividend date and ffgo must the date.
SEC, has answered my compliant with suspension sweet :)
No. Unless ffgo is selling a consumable (i.e. That may be depleted or worn out by use) to consumers it does not effect FFGO stock.
A consumable good or service: supplies of food, fuel, spare parts, and other consumables.
When did FFGO start producing for consumers:
1) Food
2) Drugs
3) devices (e.g. medical or technical) or,
4) cosmetics
Section 12 specifically prohibits false ads likely to induce the purchase of food, drugs, devices or cosmetics
When did RENS start producing for consumers:
1) Food
2) Drugs
3) devices (e.g. medical or technical) or,
4) cosmetics
Section 12 specifically prohibits false ads likely to induce the purchase of food, drugs, devices or cosmetics
There is no proof or money for such a plan
Here, Here. agreed
I hope FINRA will find some data which leads to SEC shutting down these companies.
If there was a hack piece written about FFGO it could be written the sources are too will hidden to call or write. All the executives can't be personally reached for comment.
Report it to the SEC.
Better yet tell the SEC about NSS in FFGO. Have them investigate and once they can't find an address for the company or a phone number to call to management then they can delist FFGO from all stock exchanges.
I very much doubt anyone will report SEC volations. For that matter, most people who own FFGO don't have the guts to report anything related to FFGO good or bad. That includes reporting the so called get shorty or the short data in the SHO.
Because the FFGO stockholders are afraid of the truth that will result of FFGO being delisted in ALL exchanges forever.
Anvil: How does Alan S. feel about all those SEC investigations around NMGL, FFGO, and RENS?
Mike, file a compliant with SEC for Manipulation at http://www.sec.gov/complaint/tipscomplaint.shtml#. Click-on Tips, Complaints and Referrals Portal
Manipulation is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock. They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security. Those who engage in manipulation are subject to various civil and criminal sanctions. of a security's price or volume
I still think this is your best bet to get out if nothing changes for FFGO.
If you place a market order you won't get it less than $0.0001. Try placing a 10,000,000 share at the market.
Yup use a market order otherwise stay with FFGO and don't complain!!!
Try a Market Order do not use AON. But you probably won't
To GO DOWN the Toilet, YES!!
That would be awesome N/A
Suppose they ARE NOT. LOL
File a compliant with the SEC.
Why should we support people who accuse a brokage firm of wrong doing (i.e. ETrade)? This upset me so much that I reported it the SEC along with the message board statements in a pdf.
Why should someone buy FGGO if they don't own any properties or NMGL declares the dividend date for FFGO?
Then why do you care if FFGO trades?
I didn't know NMGL bought out FFGO and you own regular shares of NMGL.
Who delcares the shareholder dividend date FFGO or NMGL?
Nobody would win not the longs or shorts you will all lose your money in FFGO if it delists. FFGO won't declare the dividend date they might in the year 3030. It is FFGO responsibilty to declare a dividend NOT NMGL or RENs it is up to FFGO.
GO SEC delist FFGO!!
And the last thing cheerleading longs want to see too.
TL- the typically response here is that there is more money to be made being a NSS. FFGO has no NSS according the faq in the FFGO website.
According to the SEC they need to file. the 10Q and 10Ks. And FFGO won't file these documents.
The last Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 10-Q, and 10-QSB was on Dec. 2, 2005 a 10-qsb was filed under the company name GWG Great West Gold, Inc.
.
FFGO has yet to file a Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 10-Q, or 10-QSB.
Someday soon FFGO
will be revoked from trading
Under section 12(j)
"The Commission instituted the Delinquent Filings Program to encourage publicly traded companies that are delinquent in the filing of their required periodic reports (Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 10-Q, and 10-QSB) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to provide investors with accurate financial information upon which to make informed investment decisions. The securities registrations of issuers that fail to make their required periodic filings are subject to suspension or revocation by the Commission."
Brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that Exchange Act Section 12(j) provides, in pertinent part, as follows:
No member of a national securities exchange, broker, or dealer shall make use of the mails or any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce to effect any transaction in, or to induce the purchase or sale of, any security the registration of which has been and is suspended or revoked . . . .
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2006-21.htm
Then do it!!!
If a company can't follow SEC Rules than DELIST, DELIST, DELIST, etc. Only people will lose are the people use bait in this stock like how this is the GREATEST Company on Earth and the Broker are at fault for not filling a trade. That is a direct attack at brokage firm such as Etrade. Which a complaint was filed with attachments to the SEC.
Yes, SEC Please Delist this FFGO Stock.
Thanks
They don't want to get stuck with being short when this stock get delisted.
You buy FFGO 100 shares from Etrade @0.0001 and Etrade can't sell their 100 share so, they have to go short @0.0001 because there is no BID.
So you if want to do some hurt to Etrade then other buy 100 billions shares of FFGO.
PS there are no NSS
