JGVAIKASAS I did not say this is the bottom. My guess is as good as yours. However, at this price levels the risk/reward ratio is just extremely attractive.
Yes. Thank you.
Gutsy Will can you please tell me where you got your data for the post below

Very interesting info I could use it for my future analysis.
Thank you in advance
These analysis were very very conservative. If the doctors play their cards right they can pull this acquisition for $600-$700K
This stock is far from going upside down. Even if they don't acquire this new company they can use the cash from issuing equity to strengthen their working capital position and with the new contracts in the pipe line ONCO should be profitable in a year even without this acquisition.
The way I see it it's win/win unless doctors screw up something.
No you look at the chart...the stock price has been flat for about 1.5 months.
The sharp volume increase came in the period from February to May. If you also noticed that after the acquisition news in February the volume started to pick up. I assume there was some dilution in that period and whatever equity ONCO issued was during that period.
A business with $2.8MM in revenue that is making little to the bottom line wont sell for more than 33% of the revenue that will be lets say $1MM (I work for an investment bank and this normally what we pay for this type of acquisitions - just based on the revenue). This means ONCO would pay about 20% cash down ($200,000) there will be some stock compensation (lets say 10MM) and the rest will be a seller note and there will be some acquisition and equity sale cost of lets say $100,000 (conservative). So all together they need about $300,000 for this acquisition. Add on top of that number some $200,000 working capital and the number goes up to $500,000
Now...The average price in the period February - May was about $0.015 that means they issued some 30MM to get the $500K and an additional 10MM stock compensation (restricted shares). All together 40MM shares this brings the O/S to lets say 110MM
Now you have a company with $5MM in revenue and reasonable profit (after consolidating expenses of both companies) and you have a stock traded at $0.003...
Back to your comment of dilution I do not deny it I just want to make my point that whatever happened it happened before May and for those of us who bought this one in the past 40 days is a golden opportunity.
As some on this board mentioned even if this is a shell at $0.003 its way undervalued (take a look at this shell SLSZ.PK it is traded at $0.08)
I hope I made my point...
Everybody keeps talking about dilution on this board and I'm really getting tired of this. Let me show you an example of dilution so there is no confusion. Check this symbol UCOI.OB
How can you have dilution only with few hundred thousand shares traded daily and once in a blue moon it goes to around 2MM +/- shares.
I myself opened a position about 3 weeks ago with 1MM shares. So if I decide to sell the volume will go up sharply.... then someone will probably say oh my got look at them they are diluting us again.
Let's be realistic at this share price if the volume is not at least at few million a day it is unlikely there is any dilution going on.
Lots of dilution going on today ha ha ha
PSU90 ha ha ha that is really funny... nice guess...I would probably guess the same
Just added 120K
Good luck
I don't think so...
Out of 1.3MM shares traded there were buys only for 30K shares. The conclusion is 90% are selling.
The acquisition will be delayed 30-45 days. That means it may happen sometime in July.
Gutsy Will I'm on the same page that is why I bought this dog.
Gutsy Will...
Read a little bit further where it says working capital deficit of $493,808.... About the outstanding debt you are right I just pulled the number from the top of my head.
And yes I'm a shareholder and I wish me, you and all of us high risk taker to make a buck on this dog.
By the way, are thess guys normally release their Q reports on time and when is it due.
Gutsy Will
I hope you have done your DD well...And I hope you know that the company has about $500K operating cash flow shortage and they have a line of credit with a balance of about $450K that is due this August. Ahh almost forgot it has only $24K cash in the bank.
Without outside financing this one is doomed.
The reason I got it I'm gambling on this outside financing. If they get the financing we all win if not ... well I wish you all best...
It's holding nicely at $0.003
It seems it is ready to pop
Ha ha ha that's a nice way to describe it...but thank you.
And by the way I like bumpy rides
Thank u...
CA$H do you know where I can find a balance sheet for ONCO
Don't get to excited guys there was just one buyer ME
Just got in with 1,000,000.... Will ride this one with you. There is some future potential in this dog, with a little bit of a luck.
I guess I interpreted this paragraph differently.
Well If we give the oilpods this three properties how are we going to generate revenue? This is where most of our oil and gas revenue comes from.
This means no more WI payments...
jktdet the way I understand it OilPods will just own the working interest portion of the two projects and PWDR will be hired as operator am I correct?
The only good think in this report is that we are moving away from WI sale?
WTF what happened t to the production?
Why the F-k is the production down?
Yeah....they filed for extension. Hope this time it will worth waiting. Fox is completely useless.. He need to be replaced.
They always have an extension if the news is bad...
$3MM no way this will not happen. I'm expecting them to make $3MM in the 2Q. And if you think they will meet their projections of $27MM of oil and gas sales for this year forget it it just wont happen.
I agree we may see an extension for few days.
I'm expecting oil and NG revenue to be between $1.5-$1.8MM
Any thoughts...
Just wanted to see who is left..
Does anyone know if we are getting May news letter with production numbers? When are they sending it out?
jjgarcia to answer your question - it is simple valuation
jjgarcia can't wait to see it.
maybe you are right and maybe not
jjgarcia ... I can't wait to pick up more shares at lower price.
For the last 3 days I doubled my position.
Don't miss the boat
jjgarcia be careful with the "always"...
jjgarcia I agree their estimate of $27MM from oil and gas sale is a dream. If you add the numbers from the website and considering the oil and gas prices at todays price they cant even reach $20MM that means $5MM per quarter. In the 1Q using January newsletter and the last news letter PWDR generated only about $1.5MM in oil and gas sales which means they wont even reach the above $20MM target...Steve probably pulled this projections out of his ars.
We are back to where we were 4 years ago... WTF
aymon there is no motive... He gains nothing
aymon you are new here (or at least I have not seen you before)so don't send any accusations without proof...
The only one who is responsible for your investments is guess who YOU accusing others wont help you. So just sit tight on your A.. and wait like all of us do...
This board is to exchange info between us investors its not a court room to discuss who's fault it is.
No jj you are not the only one...
We are all here waiting for 1Q
StormyMonday good luck...
I hope the 1Q numbers make sense otherwise I'm out
We got another 10MM shares in 2007 floating out there......
We paid the 2 directors... and 5 months later they left with their fat bonuses WTF is this
