Did Dave Wange replace Steve Humphries?
This article names Dave as the CEO. Maybe that "flu" finally finished him off?

If they need 150 new clients this year to be profitable that works out to about one new client every other day for the rest of 2008. Not too hard to do if their marketing department is worth a toss.
If they can release a PR at the end of this month stating that they have signed up 15 or so new clients in January then I will be very happy. Even 10 new clients would be pretty good.
I do think about my questions before asking.
What I want is a reasonable answer to the question about why the Asians would wait to invest. So far, I haven't heard one. Is this company really going to be all that much more trustworthy with a name change? It's like you said, nothing will happen except they will trade under a new name and CUSIP.
I also still think the name change and merger finalization has already been priced into the PPS. I hope I'm wrong and the price explodes to the moon, but we will have to wait and see about that.
What this stock needs is a PR stating earnings or new contracts, etc. That will get us moving.
What would happen if the Asian investors bought in right now? What would happen to their shares once the merger is finalized? It's still the same company, right? Is the merger going to include a move up to the OTC board or will the company still remain a pink?
Good luck, everybody!!!
The important thing is that we've all learned a valuable lesson.
Well, one for me. One for my girlfriend.
How many do you have?
It's OK. I only bought two shares.
I got in back in 2000 when the price was at $4.25. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
If they dumped all eight billion shares on the market right now, it would total 28 million dollars. That should last them a long time, but you never know.
Just trying to get the latest info.
Don't really have time to read through all the endless pumps and flame wars. Just wanted to see if someone could answer a couple quick questions. That's actually one of the ways I do DD.
Good luck!
Does anybody have an ETA on when we can expect the finalization? Is it possible to call the Nevada SOS and get an update? Has anybody tried?
I hope I'm wrong. I want this stock to go to the moon just as much as the rest of you, but hasn't the merger already been announced? What will the finalization change? What do people have to gain by sitting on the sidelines?
Merger finalization will have zero impact on PPS.
It's already been priced in. If anything, the price will drop for a couple/few days as people usually tend to sell on news.
Hopefully, some positive news will come out soon and we can all say weeeeeeeeeeeee!
I thought there were eight billion shares authorized. Did SH make it clear how many of the eight billion the lender owns?
Also, what is to stop the lender from dumping them all on the market anytime he wishes? Is he limited in the amount he can sell?
Letter from SH was very vague on some important points.
Good luck!
I just hope SH has had more sales in the past two/three weeks than just renewing those three existing clients.
It also would have been nice to know just how many shares the lender is converting each month. One million? One hundred million? Is there any way we could find out?
My advice is for everybody to just hold on until the NADA show next month. If that goes well, we should see some upward movement. Maybe a lot of upward movement.
Good luck!!!
Don't worry if we have a red day.
With all the bad news coming out of Pakistan today, the entire market is going to have a bad day.
Good luck!

I guess it depends on what they would end up with. If they got the patents and the dealer contracts then it might be a good play for a hostile takeover, but they would probably lose the management team, including Steve Humphries.
There also might be clauses in the articles of incorporation that make takeover impossible.
Anybody else have an opinion?
Yeah, what happened with that? Did the stock really get up to eighty cents a share?
It would probably end up being a hostile takeover and with small companies it does not always turn out for the best for the company doing the takeover.
There is a very good article in this month's Active Trader magazine on taxes.
Also, check out this interview with Robert Green on taxes.

What's a bottle of AquaGold cost in China?
Kinda low volume today, don't you think?
Best suggestion I've heard all day!
Remember, some accounts have free trading.
You can definitely use that to f**k with people's heads.
News is usually assimilated instantaneously.
At least by the major players (i.e. institutional investors, hedge funds, etc.)
Still, I think we will be up to at least 0.25 by Christmas, especially with the release of a new substantial PR. But, expect a lot of profit taking at 0.20 and 0.25.
Does anybody know if they will be selling any AquaGold at the Olympics? Do we have that contract? Please say yes.
Why couldn't they do it before?
Asia hasn't heard?
What the heck does that mean?
Does this mean they are moving to NASDAQ?
I don't see why this PR should make the stock take off. They already announced the merger and the market has priced it in. All they did today was to file some papers.
What has changed?
Sounds like a freaking cheerleader camp in here.
Amil is making a valid point. You don't have to jump all over him for that.
I have thousands invested in this stock and would love to see it go weeeeeeeeeee all the way to the moon, but let's keep a level head about it and not get caught up in any irrational exuberance. This stock will succeed because it has insanely great fundamentals, not because of empty updates.
Good luck!
Well, there are a lot of people on this board that think they are!
All I did was ask a simple question. Some people would consider that basic DD.
I really don't understand all the hostility on this board.
Seriously though, this is my 15th post of the day and I am out of here!
Just a figure of speech. Don't mean nothing.
Still, I stand by what I said. I don't think it's entirely reasonable for a IR firm to expect a lot of credibility when they issue a buy recommendation for a company they are representing.
And while I may not have proof that they are being compensated for their work, I find it hard to believe they are doing it out of the kindness of their hearts.
This is my probably my last post of the day. Talk amongst yourselves!
Good luck, ladies!
So you are saying that ED has absolutely no financial interest in ONMC?
How'd we do in after-hours?
No, it was just confusing the way ED's website reads with all that talk about buy recommendations.
I mean, is that normal for the IR firm to be making buy recommendations for a firm they represent? Just a little bit incestuous, don't you think?
Oh, well I guess that makes sense.
So what's the big deal with Eric David?
What makes him so special? A lot of people and websites have been pushing ONMC. Does he have some special connection with the company or just a really good track record for picking winners? Until the last couple of days, I had never heard of him.
Also, if anybody sent me a private message and I didn't reply, thanks for any info you may have given. I have one of the freebie accounts right now and can't reply to private messages.
Wake me when we hit one dollar. Daddy needs a new pair of yachts.
Thanks for the info, bru-man!!!
Please elaborate!
Thanks for the update!
Wish I had some more $$$ to buy with.
