They really low-balled the estimates for next year.
From 15 million revenues last year, about 70 million this year, to only 84 million next year. I anticipate about 120 to 150 million and perhaps 200 million if vacationcompare takes off.
Regardless, they gave it a 1.50 price target on those meager expectations. This stock is worth north of 3 bucks if it hits 120 to 150 million in revenues and between 5 and 10 if it makes 200 million in revenues.
Let the games begin!
been watching goro
it looks like it is being accumulated
am currently fully invested elsewhere
will keep watching
i noticed a surge in sign ups
if we start becoming attractive to the top agents, then we could grow very rapidly
low rates, insurance, referrals, signing bonus, high commissions - who else offers this value
looking forward to the high single digits
still buying when funds are available

So it looks like a $3 minimum
Does anyone know the exact listing requirements for the Amex or Nasdaq? If so, what does JYSR have to do to meet those requirements?

PDRT looks interesting. I will definitely keep it on my watch list. But it has already made a bit of a move. I appreciate the heads up, but you must admit it is a C client level recommendation. I prefer to be at the top of the pyramid.
If your picks are as good as stlogic says, perhaps I should consider joining your service, if you have one.

Danny Ray
What are your price targets?
I see a slow and steady rise for the next two months (let's say to two or three dollars a share) followed by an accelerated rise in the February to April timeframe. If Amex or Nasdaq application is submitted, vacationcompare gains traction, and the host agency continues to grow rapidly, I could see this stock in the 5-10 dollar range by April.
If growth into 2008 remains strong, then I see double digits in 08. And that could mean 15 dollars or 25 dollars.
Alverson is working it in Vegas. 16 new members today alone!
I agree, I'm glad to have Danny Ray on board. It's nice to have a new, enthusiastic member add his or her two cents. I agree that this stock is poised to make a strong move up.
myrinx
What are you talking about? I'm confused.
myrinx
Danny Ray - You are getting me horny!
myrinx
I'm not sure about the exact timing, but I think we will be well into the single digits next year and double digits the following year.
GLTA
I predict we will close with a bid between 1.10 and 1.15 tomorrow.
Let's get ready to rumba!
Nice day today.
I agree with the other posters that the increased volume and share price in the absence of news indicates accumulation is taking place. I know a few of my friends accounted for about 70 thousand shares in the past few days. However, there were certainly many more shares traded.
If someone or multiple people are accumulating, they will not have very long. It takes several weeks just to accumulate 1 mill As I see it, there are a number of positive developments I am expecting in the next 6 months. In no particular order:
Profitable 4th quarter
Blow-Out 1st quarter
VacationCompare goes live, plus marketing campaign in december (per interview posted in last news release)
Amex or Nasdaq Application
Cash Flow Positive
Other Inititives: Joystar University
I hope the weak hands will sell here so we can get rid of them.
Check out FRPT.OB, a company that had similar prospects a year ago. I think this run in joystar is different from those of the past. It is based upon fundamentals. It's too bad yengo is not with us.
On a final note for tonight, if vacationcompare goes gangbusters, then all bets are off and we are off to the races.

Error: I meant investment community, not company.
2007 is the year for this company and now may be the time to buy!
B2B
B2C! (ie, VacationCompare)
Marketing Campaign
Cash-Flow Positive
Blow-out first quarter earnings
Other initiatives
It took me 7 weeks to accumulate 1.3 million shares. There are very few shares available. When the investment company realizes the above, this stock should explode to the upside.
Let's get ready to rumba!
Yengo
My average price is 95 cents, so I'm not up by very much.
Believe it or not, you are one of the posters I respect the most on this board. You are conservative and disciplined in your approach. Focused on only gold stocks in the past several years, I subscribe to your investment philosphy in many ways.
Having said that, I also place value on the emotional component of a stock. Can JYSR make other people excited about it's prospects, whether or not they actually materialize. I think the answer is a resounding yes. That is why this stock has the potential to become extremely over-valued.
For an internet company, their last quarter earnings were phenomenal. I think you and I and others had greater expectations, but that's our problem. The street may see it differently. I think this quarter will be profitable and next quarter will be a blow-out.
Do you really think now is the time to be on the sideline? Vacationcompare's marketing campaign, earningds reports, other initiatives, et cetera... There is a lot that is going to happen with the company between now and April 15th (the first quarter results). The street should value it accordingly very soon, if not starting today.
Good luck in whatever you decide to do...
myrinx
A ENT colleague of mine placed an order for 10 thousand shares today, but that can't explain the volume.
Regardless, at some point, the masses will come to see what we see.
I hope that time is now.
I think I cleared a lot of the dead space between .77 and 1.10. That's probably why it didn't take too many shares purchased to get back to a dollar.
Yengo seemed to have lost the faith at precisely the wrong time.
We will see if there is any follow through tomorrow.
Good luck to you too Frank.
myrinx
It looks like we bottomed out. Up from here!
In addition, Alverson needs to work on:
1) Ending the dilution (the last private equity sale was terrible)
2) Becoming cash flow positive
3) Report consistent net profits, that are sequentially larger from year to year
4) Increase awareness of the stock to high net worth investors
5) Get listed on Nas or Amex
Anyone care to add anything...
I am still hopeful we will be at a 1.50 by the end of the year on anticipation of a great 2007. The market usually anticipates what is going to happen well before it happens.
Yengo
i admit i got in a bit early.
i think the dollar is toast and gold is gong to fly in the next two months.
jysr should move higher by next april.
glta
Is anyone else getting upset?
You got in this stock very early and are now becoming impatient. I think before the end of the year is the time to be loading up as we might be on the cusp of a large upswing in share price.
My shares were purchased between .77 and 1.10 with an average price of approximately 96 cents.
My short term price target is 3.5 dollars.
Long term, if vacationcompare takes off, then I see no reason why this stock would not see double digits in 08.
I've placed my bet. I could have stayed in NG (Novagold) and reaped 70% returns year over year. Check out the maximum chart of NG.TO But I think JYSR offers a rare opportunity for greater returns.
myrinx
Has anyone looked at the 1 year chart of frpt.ob?
i see a potential rise in jysr.ob
frpt became profitable this year, has been approved for listing, innovative, and is growing rapidly.
i still contend 2007 will be the year of discovery for jysr. the first quarter of 07 should be a blow-out, following quarters should be profitable, cash flow should be positive, listing is anticipated, and year over year growth should be strong.
how many other early internet companies made money so early? think travelzoo.
if you can't see what should transpire next year, you should not be here.
disclosure: long 1.3 million shares
JYSR
I primarily invest in the precious metals. The last non-precious metal stock I took a large position in was TZOO at 6-7 dollars.
I think JYSR is a mini TZOO. 2007 will be the year of discover for JYSR in my opinion.
It's a 10 bagger. It's certainly worth more than a market cap of 50 million.
The first quarter of 2007 should be a blow-out! It is an internet company that is growing like gangbusters and will have 5 to 10 cents EPS and cash flow positive in 2007. It won't be long before it is discovered.
Disclosure: My family owns 1.3 million shares.
GLTA if you decide to invest.
Yengo
Land based vacation packages have decent margins.
Don't over-analyze this stock. Step back. Stop thinking like an engineer, or a doctor for that matter.
The reality is that this stock can easily fetch a 150 million dollar market cap, with it's current growth rate and earnings potential. That's about 2 to 3 bucks a share, if all options and warrants are exercised. This is very, very realistic as many lame stocks with negative earnings fetch far higher valuations. Just look at other internet stocks as well the biotech stocks.
Large players will enter this stock. Why? Because they are greedy and there is money to be made.
I can forsee one more dilution at the most, and that would be to obtain money for a listing.
You are welcome to sell but I think you have ridden this horse for too long to get off now. We are only a few short months away from 1st quarter earnings. We are only a year or so away from a potential listing.
Like I said, I invest very conservatively. I have a vision for what is going to happen to this stock in the next year. If I am wrong, it will be 2 to 3 bucks. If it is right, we will see double digits in a year or so, and certainly less than 2 years.
Vacation compare has the potential to be very, very large. It could be a company on it's own. Who knows what else they are working on. This guy B.A. and S.D. are pretty smart.
I will continue to add under a dollar.
GLTA and I hope to see the same posters on this board when and if we are much higher in the coming months.
Yengo
Don't lose the faith.
Joystar should show the fruits of it's labors in 2007.
This is easily a 3 dollar stock right now.
If they continue to grow rapidly at the end of next year and they are listed, this could be in the double digits.
Dilution is a problem but NECESSARY to increase the stock price.
1st quartwe should be amazing with the higher margins and gross bookings.
I have added and now hold 1.27 million shares.
I will continue to buy under a buck.
I think we will start moving up in December or perhaps as early as next week in anticipation of 2007.
myrinx
This company will do fine long term.
There will be some short term fluctuations as they continue to mature out of this infancy stage.
I expect strong growth in gross bookings but expenses will be the wild card.
The selling is a bit frustrating but let's see what happens after earnings.
Any guesses on gross bookings for the quarter?
I say 18 million with 1 penny in earnings.
It all depends on how many more they are planning on issuing. 60 million is enough!
Having said that, their growth rate is tremendous. If profits follow, then 60 million shares will be irrelevant.
I see a nice run into earnings. I am hoping for 1 penny, will be happy with two, and consider 3 a blow-out quarter.
Prediction:
1 penny: $1.20
2 cents: $1.50
3 cents: $1.80
There's a chance we could make a new all time high above 3 by the end of the year if earnings are strong.
Let's see what happens.
The main concern I have with this stock is dilution.
There are currently 43 million or so shares outstanding.
Jeffrey Wu and BA have options/warrants to purchase an additional 11 to 12 million shares, which I am confident they will exercise.
That's 55 million shares!!!
That doesn't include shares given to travel agents to help retain them.
Also, who knows how many more shares they are planning to give away for other initiatives.
There could easily be 60 million shares by the end of next year.
I'm glad our 100+% revenue growth rate is slightly ahead of the growth rate in shares outstanding.
myrinx
I don't see a reason for the stock to drop.
The majority of the rise was due to my accumulation. I don't see why it would go back down as this was not a "pump" up move.
Looking ahead, earnings will move this stock up or down. We have placed our bets on good earnings so let's see what happens.

Gold is in a generational bull market.
They may be pullbacks that last as long as a 1 1/2 years but the major trend is up for the next 10 to 15 years.
Depending upon how quickly JYSR is given fair value, I will return to gold stocks.

New to JYSR. I just sold all of my gold stocks and purchased 1,000,058 shares of JYSR at an average price of 95 cents.

Long term target 30 dollars within the next 5 years
