If we don’t get a filing… I don’t believe we will. I will file a complaint with the SEC. C2 sent a link sometime ago. The more that file a complaint… the better.

The interesting thing about the generic reply is they say they aren’t going dark!
The 15th is approaching… will be filing a complaint to the SEC if nothing materializes. May not get any restitution…. But it will be a thorn in their side

C2… I will file complaint after 8/15 if nothing happens. I’m not in this for too much $. Only bought in 4 or so months ago. That being said.. I will file the complaint for the only reason of communicating false information via emails. The press releases have a clause … emails do not.
I’m not concerned from a monetary reimbursement perspective… but it will be a thorn in someone’s side… I can assure you that…

C2… I’ve mentioned one time before a class action law suite. I have emails stating several events that were not in press releases…. If anyone knows the correct procedure to report false misleading communications from the guy running the show… let me know… I’ve got ‘em!!

I sent an email on Monday and got the same response yesterday as well. I am hopeful we are going to get a PR of substance soon! Definitely appears to be other Leadership at the helm. :)

I personally will wait until June 30. If there is no follow up to any of the things they have released publicly and communicated in emails, I will filing a complaint with the SEC.

I have the email Zaz… if a group ever decides to file a complaint… I have several emails that only appear to be misleading at this time

Zak… I’m a new shareholder as of a month or so ago. I can certainly understand your frustration as many others. I’ve had several email communications with Ron. At the end of the day, if and I reiterate if… it was all false information, I’ll assist with the class action lawsuit.
My personal opinion… there is something legitimately in the works. However, the PR’s should be put out after the fact!! Not we are going to update… ect..

What are conclusions pertaining to the “no bid for 5 days”?
Are we still “out” because of that?

I believe we will all be surprised at the end of the day!
Given the fact there is no income to speak of… they got the ticket current after dropping off… that in itself is worthy. It costs money to put out PR’s and to file quarterly/annual reports. Not to mention the cost to prepare them. I’m speaking from experience. I assisted a company similar to this many years ago. Something will happen, I have no doubts about that. Will it increase the share price? That remains to be seen.

New to this board but am a current shareholder. They made themselves current with the pinks which indicates they have a plan. That is why I bought into this.
They appear to unprofessional with releasing PRs with no follow up. I’m thinking either they were trying to pump the sp or whomever took control of investor communications and is getting their ducks in a row so to speak. If there isn’t any follow up to recent PRs… they should definitely be reported to the SEC for misleading shareholders with false information.
