sharegrubber, serious questions, how can an auditor sign-off on sljb's financials when there were 3 different ceo's in 48 hours? don't sec rules require elections of officers by elections and all 14a info disclosed in the audit? how will the auditors hide the 3 ceo's in 48 hours? can you explain?
also, who is sljb's audit committee? why is the auditor, nor sljb's audit committee, not known to the shareholders? doesn't the audit committee have to disclose to the shareholders who they are? who the auditor is?
if sljb is filing the audited financials, that is a material event requiring an 8k according to the sec. where is the 8k? i know sljb claimed the 50 million share a/s was a clerical error by the transfer agent, but didn't the transfer agent say they don't know numbers for sljb and can't disclose that info to the public? so, they do know? can you explain? and if the transfer agent did make a clerical error reporting an increase of 50 million shares authorized, that is a big material event that must be explained with an 8k filing if sljb is currently being audited, right?
also, the acquistion of the lfwk public vehicle by sulja required shareholder approval and disclosure of vote results, 14a info, to be included in the audit. also an 8k disclosing the material event. how will the auditors hide that from the sec?
also, insiders must own less than 10% of the common shares to pass sec review of the audit. how will the auditors hide from the sec they own the entire a/s? will the unidentified sljb audit committee and unidentified auditors and current ceo all take responsibility for hiding these things from the sec? and seeing this curent pump and dump is based on the filing of the financials, are criminal charges a consideration? to date there is nothing in filings to suggest sljb is anything but an empty trading vehicle acquired by an acquisition corp with unknown officers who control the sljb a/s. what makes anyone believe there are business operations in the trading vehicles when no entity has merged into per its corporation filings and amendments?
