IN FACT IMO a reset might not be needed.

this is not a 10k/a it's a 10ksb meaning the promised 10k/reset/nasdaq fell swoop is yet to come.

This is pure genius by RUFUS and co.

In order for this company to go to it's book value and nasdaq, all short shares need to bve covered.

You can't just reset the price whilst there are millions in short shares, it will cause chaos, the shorters will not pay all those millions of dollers, there will be a huge conflict degrading the companies future.

So RUFUS comes out and sais the reset will be on X date, now there is no choice really, the shorts will cover and by the time the reset comes around all (or most) shares will be real, and the company will then have room to grow like a chia pet on steriods.

That's my oponion on this OCT 30th thing.
