ok... ok...
I agree absolutely that you have the right to complain... I do it all the time - just not to the board!
And - we can cordially agree to disagree when it comes to how much shareholders deserve to know.
Go Spooz!
what did I state in my post....
that wasn't in the PR?
You couldn't be more completely off base.....
First off - I'm not suggesting that you're bashing... I'll leave that to others to decide.
Second - I make phone calls & visits on a frequent basis, so I'm comfortabe with my DD.
The point you're not seeing is that you state Spooz has acquired Unwin "all of a sudden". Hello??? Do you have any insight into the software development process? Do you think this happended on Sunday night and was PR'd on Monday? This acquisition has been in the works for quite some time - and the integration of various pieces of Unwin technologies into ST2 has also been a gradual process. You complain that "while in fact nobody of us knew anything about the fact that there is something out there we still need to aquire to make ST2 happen" - Excuse me... since when does being a shareholder give you the right to know the intricate details of everyting required to implement the product? Have you ever considered that maybe - just maybe - the AlgoServer needs some Unwin technology... and that because of that the SpoozToolz product itself needs the technology?
No - I won't say you are a basher... but I will suggest that you intend to spread fear, uncertainty & doubt with your narrow-minded posts.
Where is it stated in the PR....
that the need for the technology is "sudden"? And - are you such an expert that you are aware of every technology needed by SpoozToolz ("I never ever heard that there is a tech out there")?
You are completely out of line to suggest that Unwin got "5 million shares for nothing". The PR states the exact opposite.
If you want to know "the real reason Spooz acquired this company", why don't you take the time to send an email? Or better yet, place a visit to their offices.
This may be old info....
but I can add Fractalz to my cart now: http://www.spooztoolz.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=FTL
*8M long since May '05
That's where we disagree...
Yes - I think the news was great... but I never expected it to generate an increase in the PPS. Why would it? Hell - I predicted the pps would fall on good news.
The only thing that will sustain an increase in the pps is revenues. The news we've gotten this week has started the ball rolling... hopefully it won't stop.
Of course, IMO
Please explain...
Why this "would be a natural time" for officers of the company to sell shares? This is one of the most illogical statements I've seen lately. What - you think they're selling near 52-week lows for end-of-year tax write-offs?
Don't forget....
that since XXIS was @ the $10 mark (when you made your prediction) it has experienced a 50:1 split (well, technically - a dividend)....
Forums are back...
http://support.spooztoolz.com/forums/
Always a good question to ask...
but always difficult to answer. This is my opinion, of course. Given your scenario of Spooz having created a Wall Street buzz and carved out a niche this year, I could see the pps in the 20 ~ 25 cent range. Now - that gives a market cap in the neighborhood of 280MM to 350MM.... which today seems hard to imagine. But hey - anything is possible.
I've been long 8MM shares for over 2 years now... and if I have a $.20 pps staring me in the face I will have taken a lot of profit off of the table by that time - but I forsee keeping at least 20% of my position in play for the long, long haul.
Good luck!
yep...
part of my set of web site "tests" is to make sure my account is still there.
Account management isn't new....
It's been around for a long, long time. You setup your login to manage your account. You use your account o buy the add-ons & products. I've had mine setup for at least 18 months.
We'll get healthy volume again...
when STv2 is released... (imo)
Not sure.....
This release gives a few more details: http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/071218/20071218006023.html?.v=1

from the PR...
"As a result of the dividend the issued and outstanding shares will increase to 2,082,432."
To me that states O/S = 2,082,432
no?
I cannot find any publicly released information....
that states how many shares of XXIS that Spooz owns. Maybe someone else can find it? Either way, I own 210 (soon to be 10,500) of XXIS and 8M of spzi.
Everyone *assumed* SPZI owned 120M shares...
that information was pure conjecture by posters on this board. As of now we only know the XXIS share structure - but we have no idea the percentage Spooz owns.
from the SPZI board...

Yes please...
"Please describe the relationship with OmniQuant. Has their usage of the ST2 development environment resulted in any revenues to Spooz? If not, do you anticipate any revenues to be generated from this relationship/agreement?"
Thanks!
Spooz owns the 141 shares...
In order for Spooz shareholders to receive the 141 shares as a dividend, 141 would have had to register a shelf offering for all of their shares. This is an expensive & time-consuming process. I experienced this type of spin-off with EMED/CDVT and it took forever to get the CDVT shares. The only other alternative was for Spooz, Inc. to receive ownership of the shares.
Regardless - if you have a question it's always a good diea to ask it & see what Paul says.

It's possible they are not a reseller....
rather, maybe they are simply licensing the SpoozToolz API & blackbox development environment in order to implement their own trading environment. When I responded last night, this is the point I intended to get across... I may have incorrectly stated they were a 'reseller'.
Maybe a question we could ask Paul is: Please describe the relationship with OmniQuant. Has their usage of the ST2 development environment resulted in any revenues to Spooz? If not, do you anticipate any revenues to be generated from this relationship/agreement?
Omniquant...
http://www.omniquant.net/OQ/
OmniQuant is a reseller of SpoozToolz. They have incorporated ST2 into their own trading system.
Do a little searching on the site and you'll quickly find Spooz throughout... http://omniquant.net/OQ/index.php?search=spooz
I sincerely have never attempted...
to twist around any of your posts. If my response looks that way, then I apologize.
Why would you think there's a legal battle ahead?
You think Spooz developers own what they produce? As a veteran of the software industry for the last 17 years, I have never worked full-time at a company - or consulted for one - where I was the owner of intellectual property developed while at the client. In fact, every employment document I've ever signed states the opposite - that the employer maintains ownership of anything I produce. There is no chance that employees/developers of Spooz own SWARM... if they did, then Spooz, Inc. wouldn't have had the rights to lease it. We don't need a PR for this... jut like I don't need to sail around the world to know the Earth isn't flat.
No one knows "where the bottom is"...
I mean - do you think someone out here in IHUB land has a crystal ball and knows what the pps is going to do? Here's the bottom: $0.00
According to public information...
XXIS currently has 7,221,691 shares outstanding... and - they did a 1:300 reverse split a few years back.
See my previous post for a WAG-analysis on what the opening share price/structure might be => http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24048122
No idea what the share structure is...
for 141 Capital.
These were your words...
"These prices are ridiculous. Even with a silent period or having to wait a few months, these prices represent a company with little or no chance. I truly wish I had some extra money to buy some more.

"I bet your really ready with your block size of SPZI to start the upward movement, huh?" I'm @ 8M shares averaged @.006 - yes - I am ready to see a lot of upward movement
I'll take it!!
I think there very well will be a change...
I think we'll see XXIS trade briefly as 141 Capital - then I think we'll see a reverse merger with a new O/S share structure. If folks are correct in the guess that 120M shares owned by Spooz represents 40% of 141, then the O/S would be 300M.
And - in the last 2 days we've seen the XXIS bid go from $0.15 to $1.50, and the ask is @ $4.25. For this example let's assume XXIS begins actively trading at around $2/share. The current XXIS O/S is 7,221,691 shares. If they reverse-mergered into a new share structure of 300M shares, we would see a 41.5:1 split, which would take the share price from $2 to 4.8 cents. And - I still contend we'll see a trading symbol of SWRM.
All of this is pure conjecture and IMO.
MM's only show their own bids on L2...
they will never show an individual order's bid/ask... that's what the order book is for.
read this board...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=10686
but to answer your question: yes, XXIS is the 141 Capital symbol (for now).
