This is going to go much higher than the first peak we hit. There won’t be an opportunity to get back in… I’m not making that mistake. I’m holding this at least until FDA approves IDE and will hold the majority of shares until data from human trials comes out— which will be CRAZY since we all know RadioGel already works. You can say hello to dollar-land once that happens, and in my opinion that’s closer than most think. 1-2 YRS tops

IDE will be submitted over the next 60 days and it has a VERY high likelihood for success. We have the Bezinga article coming out soon as well. Don’t make a mistake and panic.

The last huge run in 2021 saw a consolidation after similar massive gains and it stayed down for about two weeks before ripping higher than before. GOOD THINGS ARE COMING

Great points— be patient here. The sky is the limit for this company. I’ve read many comments by Oncologists on other boards stating that this is a tool they are actually excited about. Selling before $0.75 is insane and frankly once human trials begin and the positive data trickles in that’s when it will get real exciting. Big pharma buyout and/or partnership will propel this to $1 to $3

Exposure is always positive. You can’t sue based off the claim of being ‘leaders’. They are leaders in this area any way. Bottom line is the efforts to bring their message to a larger audience have been successful and that will lead to increased adoption within the veterinary community and increased investor awareness for the human medical side of the business. Flawed logic. No surprise there. You forget that the market space has complex regulations, high production costs, and limited access to the raw materials needed. Also, the costs associated with switching to a generic product, like retraining employees, designing new ways to administer the treatment (since Vivos also has a patent there) and establishing new partnering opportunities would all be barriers to entry. Get out of your parents basement and go enjoy the day.

No one can dispute that the company is making measurable progress as outlined in each and every business update. They are keeping momentum and will be successful in their IDE, at which point the share price will explode upwards. It seems that a few on here are becoming unhinged and creating multiple profiles to talk to themselves and agree with their fabricated perpetually negative comments to advance their ulterior motives. Scary stuff.

Shocking— the update wasn’t positive to you?! They are continually removing the roadblocks out in place by FDA. They completed the VX2/Rabbit Animal Study and now are engaging the very best in the industry to complete the studies, (IUVO, John’s Hopkins / Mayo Clinic). These organizations don’t waste time on therapies that don’t have significant advantages over current treatments available. We all want IDE submitted ASAP— however I want to know that when they submit it, there is high confidence it will be granted. The actions they are taking now will make this possible. Positive update and more of a reason to add shares

Getting close to end of quarter— we should get confirmation of continual and measurable progress. Won’t be too much longer for IDE submittal in my opinion. Good time to pick up a few.

Yes, it’s a moot point. They will get their IDE. 2 months or 12 months— won’t matter when the stock is 10-20x what it is now. You either believe that they will get it, or you don’t. If you don’t then it should be an easy decision to sell.

At the end of the day it boils down to two outcomes… you either believe that Vivos will be successful in their attempt to obtain IDE approval, or you don’t.

If you DO believe, than the timeframe in which they achieve this is a moot point… I think based on where they are in the FDA process, it’s a logical and fair assumption that they will get this approval ‘soon.’ What ‘soon’ is could be 2 months or 12. They are in sound financial positioning and are achieving measurable progress every month. It may not be as fast as we would like, but they are making progress none the less.

If you DON’T believe they will obtain the IDE, than sell your position and find another company to invest in. There is no need to continually trash the company or post the same unsubstantiated comments. Just take your ball and go home.

I personally believe that they WILL OBTAIN IDE approval. To that end, I will hold this stock until that occurs and will pick up more shares when I believe there is a compelling reason to do so.

It’s my opinion… time will prove us right or wrong.

Maybe it did work…who knows. You missed my point, at the time of my post there were only 14k shares traded and it was down 6%. I’ve seen this stock make some crazy swings in price of very little volume, which doesn’t make much sense to me. I was curious to see how a purchase of 20-30k shares would impact it.

It’s literally the same comment over and over and over again….it’s comical. Containment study will be completed soon after the low dose testing. This was only added after the last FDA review. The nature of this process is iterative. IDE will be submitted when it’s ready. Bottom line… i personally believe they are very close. And with the close collaboration with FDA, John’s Hopkins, and Mayo Clinic the likelihood is high they will succeed.

I wouldn’t purchase either if the current price was over my cost basis. I too have been in this stock for many years, and have a high confidence the will ultimately obtain the IDE. Haven’t looked at the trades yet— but I’d like to know how a purchase of 125k shares with such low volume could have a negative impact on SP. something just doesn’t make sense to me there .
