I doubt very seriously that he actually owns those shares. A lot of people actually get paid to post on boards like this and either pump up or drag down stock sentiment

I would agree with you regarding the reverse split of they can first get revs and sales. Key word there is "first"

The only way to gain access to capital in your scenario is to do a reverse split and then issue new shares. Which is dilution...

So we'll just do a massive dilution and all of a sudden we're a NYSE company... that sells skin cream.... If you're in any way associated with uatg then your attempted manipulation of the people on this board would be highly illegal. Changing the share structure has no positive effect on the company's market cap. Only sales and revenues can have that desired effect

You do understand that if they are in fact "under-capitalized" then the stock is worthless, right? If they can't service their contracts and need to raise capital then they'll do a reverse split and then dilute their shares.

Alex talking a big game on Twitter. I really like that his rhetoric has changed from promising possible sales/ contracts to promising delivery and manufacturing before year end. If alex is to be believed, this iron removal process will send the value of this company much much higher. Everyone is always shocked by how rapid market cap can change especially in the otc.

They can announce a trillion dollars in sales and no one will care. Until they actually deliver on something this company has no actual value outside skin cream.
