You make a very valid point & yes it is a good strategy on NSAV's part. I've been a victim reverse splits & it never ended well. With all the,as yet, unproductive mergers & management promises at least this 20 year no split "set in stone" statement offers some comfort as to what the NSAV future has in store for the long term holders. 2022 Q1 results will telling as well.
I just see it as one less item to fret about amongst all the other unknown NSAV issues we dicker over every single day. Sharing information mostly.

No reverse split for 20 years.........www.coloradosos.gov/biz/ViewImage.do?masterFileId=20171168922&fileId=20221484248&org.apache.struts.t
Why is NSAV issuing additional common stock when they have been PROMISING a share buyback in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021???? And so far nothing.
This is what has been stated...."That is what we did yesterday. NSAV increased its authorized common stock." So after 1 years time these "restricted" shares will be thrown into the float.
NSAV is going to issue stock for acquisitions & salaries & continue to state that there will be a buyback with profitable revenues???
SBC & NSAV are not making this easy for "Loyal Shareholders". Taking advantage of seems more like the situation here.
Yikes!! It's the entire market, not just NSAV.

NASDAQ on track for worse month since Oct. 2008. I've been bleeding $100 - $200 a day for what seems forever.
The only actual "control" or improvement of NSAV's share price that management has would be A DAMN SHARE BUY BACK!!! in my limited opinion. Everything else that management does always tanks the price....but what do I know? (save your breath...I know nothing)
The entire market is getting uglier day after day.....

The acquisitions & the pace with which they've happened under SBC is terrific but as you said....THERE NEEDS TO BE A SIGNIFICANT BUYBACK!!! Hopefully the profits from these acquisitions will be used for just that. There needs to be a reduction of these flippers/sellers for NSAV to move up.
Entire market stinks....not just NSAV

So in order to post a message on Telegram you have to give them access to all your contacts??? And jumping through these hoops for $1.80 worth of coins. I call BS & am done with this exercise in futility. I'll stick with my NSAV shares & leave all you IT engineers/programmers/developers with this headache.
Thanks to all the help here, yes getting there. Still can't locate the Acoin app to install....frustrating.

Got the whole mnemonic thing...where is the Acoin app located to install. Does not show on Google Play Store.
What is this "mnemonic" business regarding the Awallet backup?
OK...have Awallet & Telegram installed, added the Acoin itself but having difficulty locating the Acoin app...doesn't show in Google Playstore. I'm sure I'm giving everyone a laugh but you know what? The world needs a laugh right now. Thanks for the help "Shot"
OK...I have installed the Telegram app...
Thanks...will do
I guess Mr. White is unable to answer my question...anger issues I suppose.
Investing legend Howard Marks says when other investors are terrified, that's the time to jump in — and don't be ruled by emotion
"At the same time, investors shouldn't rely purely on data and analysis in deciding what to do, according to Marks."

I was only sharing crypto info mate....just an FYI, relax. NSAV news, communication, share movement is at a standstill so I thought some might be interested.
Agree....I was just sharing some general Crypto info. Putin is the enemy of the world without a doubt but I hope NSAV pays off before we exterminate ourselves as a species. The world will be better off though.
CNBC is getting ready to talk about Russians buying crypto....
There will be no reverse splits for at least 5 - 10 years....if ever.

Keep yaking mate...you make NSAV green with your "fertilizer statements"....UP UP UP we go!!!!!
Totally agree. Most commodities like gas are artificially inflated under the excuse of "inflation". American government needs to put in place price controls...soon! The US is full of corrupt government/citizen traitors, confederates & corporate profiteers...all opposed to the ideals of democracy. 32 million Americans live in poverty...10% of their population & growing....soon to be a 3rd world country because of greed & power.
This is why Ukraine matters: ????
It is the second largest country in Europe by area and has a population of over 43 million persons - more than Poland by about 6 million.
Ukraine ranks:
1st in Europe in proven recoverable reserves of uranium ores;
2nd place in Europe and 10th place in the world in terms of titanium ore reserves;
2nd place in the world in terms of explored reserves of manganese ores (2.3 billion tons, or 12% of the world's reserves);
2nd largest iron ore reserves in the world (30 billion tons);
2nd place in Europe in terms of mercury ore reserves;
3rd place in Europe (13th place in the world) in shale gas reserves (22 trillion cubic meters)
4th in the world by the total value of natural resources;
7th place in the world in coal reserves (33.9 billion tons)
Ukraine is an important agricultural country:
1st in Europe in terms of arable land area;
3rd place in the world by the area of black soil (25% of world's volume);
1st place in the world in exports of sunflower and sunflower oil;
2nd place in the world in barley production and 4th place in barley exports;
3rd largest producer and 4th largest exporter of corn in the world;
4th largest producer of potatoes in the world;
5th largest rye producer in the world;
5th place in the world in bee production (75,000 tons);
8th place in the world in wheat exports;
9th place in the world in the production of chicken eggs;
16th place in the world in cheese exports.
Ukraine can meet the food needs of 600 million people.
Ukraine is an important industrialised country:
1st in Europe in ammonia production;
Europe's 2nd’s and the world’s 4th largest natural gas pipeline system;
3rd largest in Europe and 8th largest in the world in terms of installed capacity of nuclear power plants;
3rd place in Europe and 11th in the world in terms of rail network length (21,700 km);
3rd place in the world (after the U.S. and France) in production of locators and locating equipment;
3rd largest iron exporter in the world
4th largest exporter of turbines for nuclear power plants in the world;
4th world's largest manufacturer of rocket launchers;
4th place in the world in clay exports
4th place in the world in titanium exports
8th place in the world in exports of ores and concentrates;
9th place in the world in exports of defence industry products;
10th largest steel producer in the world (32.4 million tons).
Ukraine matters. That is why its independence is important to the rest of the world.
Agree...." In the month of November 2021, which is the last data set available, the US imported 254,162,000 barrels of oil. It consumes a stunning 17.2 million barrels per day, much more than the just over 3 million of Russia.
The vast majority is from Canada, 136,090,000, making up over 50 percent of all imports. From Russia, 17,855,000 barrels were imported, with November's imports being the lowest value of the year, but still 7 percent of all imports. With sanctions looming, there is a large liklihood that these barrels will stop arriving in the US.
But it is not just these barrels which are driving up costs. Sanctions from other NATO members are likely to preclude them from receiving oil from Russia too. Undoubtedly, the price of oil will, and already is, increasing. Some analysts predict the price will rise to nearly $150 a barrel as Russia produces 17 percent of all natural gas and 12 percent of the world's oil.
Other countries that the US imports oil from are Mexico, 10 percent, Saudi Arabia, 7 percent, and Colombia, 4 percent. Despite producing a lot of oil iutself, the US is trying to ween itself of a reliance on oil products, a move that has drawn the ire of Republicans who see the move towards renewables problematic in a time of high energy prices.
