Looks like you successfully squashed the enthusiasm that "Sterling's Group" brought top the board. I hope that served your investment well! lol
Can't wait to see how you shoot yourself in the foot next!
Thinman, excellent post!
I find it all very entertaining... everyone included. I'd rather keep my eye on the bigger picture. If Hugo can take the company where he wants it to go, then everything happening today will be irrelevant.
My position is locked in and only time will tell the final outcome. Until then, it's nice to see some new eyes looking at the stock.
For those doing nothing but bitching, maybe a little pumping and a small run up in price will give you an opportunity to cut and run... being that you have such great disdain for the company. Seems to me your looking a gift horse in the mouth about now.
What are you looking for to jump in? A bid of .10 would be a nice sign!
Someone is making some amazing buys at the bid!
Hugo has amazing connections in the Latin community and is very vocal in his support for changes in Cuba. Everyone should be so driven...
I am trying to get the new 64 pages Fuego Business Plan linked so everyone can download it. They have the projected revenues and business model spelled out into 2011. From there you can build a possible model for your projections on share price.
Dana Parish new Album almost out. Keep in mind that Fuego will earn close to $10.00 on every CD sale.
On Uncrushed Dana puts forth the kind of raw emotion and sincerity that has her being compared to artists like Carole King and Sarah McLachlan. Her first single “Not My Problem” reached #23 on Billboard’s AC chart, making it one of the highest charting songs by an independent artist this year. Dana’s fans have propelled her to #1 on MySpace with over 2 million plays and thousands of heartfelt comments and letters. Parish's music, known for its emotional resonance, has been featured in many feature films including Gray Matters starring Heather Graham and Sissy Spacek and the upcoming film Serious Moonlight starring Meg Ryan and Kristen Bell.
Fuego's CEO has a well established history of being an excellent negotiator. Notice in the wording that it says settled to party's "mutual satisfaction."
I was not going to be the one to start speculating on the possibilities, but given the circumstances and the extensive time it took to chisel out the "mutual agreement," I am certainly in the camp of those that feel there is much more going on behind this confidential agreement.
Welcome to our little board... Nice to see a few new faces.
check out www.fuegomio.com
Right now the portal is in BETA development, but even at this stage without any advertising or visibility it generates a hundred or so orders a day. The music catalog will grow exponentially as they develop the back end of the site, but right now they are focused on generating revenue as a music producer with more than 14 new CD's hitting the market very soon to keep the gears running. The goal is by 2011 to make Fuegomio.com the largest Latin media download site on the net.
Holy Crapola! Repost
Remember the Beverage Plus web advertising revenue? The company accepted shares in Beverage Plus as payment.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/080325/0378887.html
Here is the big news! Beverage Plus is about to go public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The shares are all on deposit with an international broker and can be traded at any time. If my math is correct we own 580,859 shares. The company has been valuated at 2.50 Euros and will open for trading at this price.
Current exchange rate is 1 dollar to every .7036 Euro. This means every Euro is equal to $1.42 US Dollars.
2.50 * 1.42= $3.55 per share
3.55 * 580,859= $2,062,049.45
Yes, your reading this correctly... The shares we hold are worth over 2 million dollars. The entire market cap for the company is 2.76 million right now and before the end of the year we may see the company convert these shares to cash.
Fuego just last week published a 64 page comprehensive business plan that I would be happy to send a copy of. Drop me an IM with your email address and I can forward a copy or contact the IR rep directly.
He has a right to his opinion... I rarely agree with them, but that's not a basis for deleting his posts.
As investors, people need to establish a line of communication with the company. The 10's are written by accountants and lawyers who have absolutely no concern for the shareholders. That's why the company has an IR representative and I am quite frankly getting a bit tired of having to relay messages...
1) Sales are only reported on a quarterly basis by the music distributors. This quarter was like a leap quarter, no sales...
2) Returns from sales over the last entire year just happened to come in this quarter.
3) The 300k plus in sales that balance the returns will hit in future quarters as they are invoiced by distributors.
4) 14 albums are about to be released. Those sales for each album will take 6 months or more to hit the books.
5) Look at the 10K and see that 90K was already set aside for returns. The actual returns were a small portion of what they had to be prepared for.
6) The filing amendment will address some of these concerns and only because a few shareholders asked the company to be more detailed. Participate in the process, Hugo values his shareholders and any constructive input we have to offer.
Look for amended Q to address the sales/returns...

Company of Miami obtains agreement on rights of songs of The Beatles
Translated from a Miami Spanish Newspaper.
http://www.elnuevoherald.com/noticias/sur-de-la-florida/story/304835.html
Finally neither Paul McCartney nor Yoko Ono will have to declare in a federal court of Miami.
Apple Corps Limited, the London company that represents the legacy of The Beatles, and their subsidaria Apple Record, with seat in New York, reached an agreement with the company Fuego Entertaiment, been in Miami Lakes, on 15 recordings never disclosed of the famous grouping.
The document of mutual convenience for both parts was the past presented/displayed before a court of Miami Thursday, having put aim to the demand by $15 million that Apple Corps Limited and Apple Record had presented/displayed March against Entertaiment Fire the past to prevent the commercialization of the strangers recordings of The Beatles.
Entertaiment fire acquired January the 15 lost recordings the past “'' of The Beatles, among them eight numbers that do not appear in discs known the Fab Four. The songs were recorded live in Star-Club of Hamburg in the autumn of 1962 and were property of the musical promoter British Jeffrey Collins, established in Chorale Springs, Florida.
Between conserved musical jewels Do is a version of Love Me that is presumed is the first performance of Ringo Starr in the battery of the grouping after replacing Pete Best; Ask Me Why intepretada to pair between McCartney and John Lennon; and McCartney singing Lovesick Blues, of Hank Williams.
The agreement was made outside the courts, with deprived character, without revealing the terms of the negotiation. The document, signed with the “mutual satisfaction '' of the parts in litigation, establishes that Entertaiment Fire accepts not to disclose, to distribute, to sell or to obtain commercial benefits of the content of the recordings done by the band in Star-Club. One does not know the detailed content in the agreement and the assumption involved monetary amount in the negotiation.
The cubanoamericano industralist Hugo Cancio, president Entertaiment Fire, declined to offer details on the agreement and he was limited to say that he as much as the Collins are “satisfied with the result with the negotiation ''.
Cancio, that arrived at the United States during the exodus of the Mariel in 1980, and the Collins, are partners in the corporation Throw-Fire Music Group, founded at the end of the past year.
The New Herald could not locate to the lawyer Paul LiCalsi, representative of Apple Record in New York.
The agreement marks an historical precedent in the legal cases established by Apple with respect to musical recordings. In 1991 the corporation had managed to stop by way of the courts the launching of The Beatles Live AT the Star-Club in Hamburg, Germany; 1962- Bowl. I and II, and years later also it prevented the launching of similar recordings during a case presented/displayed against the company Lingasong Music Limited in London.
The argument sustained by Cancio and Collins when announcing the plans to produce a disc with the legendary recordings of 1962 was that, according to the international legislations, they have the right on musical tapes of Star-Club. The miamense company indicated then that the tapes were given to Collins by a DJ that had recorded by their account to The Beatles the night of the presentation in the club of Hamburg.
After the acquisition of the recordings, Entertaiment Fire announced, the past February, that the company had initiated the process of digital remasterización to improve the quality of the sound and to prepare itself for a future launching of a disc, that would be titled Jammin' with The Beatles and Friends, Star Club, Hamburg, 1962. But a month after the announcement, Apple presented/displayed the demand against Entertaiment Fire alleging violations of author right, marks and other infractions during the process of recording of the tapes, that were done --according to then LiCalsi lawyer said-- ``without having the authorization of The Beatles to be commercialized ".
Concerning the Beatles...
The most important fact is that the 15 million dollar lawsuit is not over our heads anymore. It may be some time before we know details of the inner workings from the agreement with Apple Corp.
In the meantime I'm not going to speculate for a second on the possibilities. Hugo is a smart guy and I have a hard time thinking this over, but it's probably best to shelve the Beatles till we see something concrete develop.
Check out the new business plan. That's where our attention needs to be and don't forget the 14 plus CD albums coming out.
Okay... now that is out of the way we can get back to business.
Fuego Entertainment has just completed a very impressive 64 page Business Plan that everyone needs to review. The business plan is primarily targeting institutional investors, prime brokers, funds and the big money investors. It's not necessarily targeting the recreational penny flippers that populate these boards. It seems that this may be the foundation of a major investor campaign as we go into the new year.
If you have a serious interest in Fuego Entertainment then contact Dan York he will probably forward you a copy.

Market is rebounding a bit. Perfect timing to see Fuego right the ship. Anything that may have been announced before now may have very well fallen on deaf ears....
Glass still half full!
I am having a hard time understanding your post... Are you looking for the actual amended filing? If so, I have a copy and can send you a copy.
I'm not a legal expert, but it sure looks like the company has added a host of new allegations to the suit requiring an amended filing.
Yeap, seems to be moving along well as additional charges are being made based on new evidence found.
Yeap, still holding my breath.

The first thing we are looking for is an 8-k concerning the Beatles case.
!!Important!!
Just got word that the self-imposed quiet period is now over. We should expect steady communication from company going forward and they have a lot to share.
Better cover that short now before it gets expensive!
Sounds like you lost 8 grand in a Lehman position?? If so, that sux. Dont think anyone ever guessed it was going to get that bad.
Those shares are already sold. They are in my account and yours. You know how to reach me if you need more details.
The way the game is played:
Fear and Greed move the markets. HILL will move the price up and down for the next 2 weeks freaking everyone out while trying to cover this short as cheaply as possible. The secret is to buy the drops and jump the bid. Accumulate on the way up on the dips.
They will typically shake the trees at the end of the day and try to close the price as low as possible.
Other market Makers like NITE will soon smell blood in the water soon...
Up 185% on 14,500 shares
Up 100% on 12,000 shares!
This is the time to buy. Put in orders just above the HILL bid.
Up 25% on 7,000 shares!
Am I making my point?
The world is coming to an end!
