Awesome news! Great move by the company. A new CEO with business acumen is what this company needs. Howard is the type of guy who is "my way or the highway" type of character and unfortunately he was not getting his way with the board and would sooner walk away. That is what Cowards do. The product that won the High Times award is and always will be a product that was grown at the APEX facility and was in production long before Howard the Coward came into play. This is a positve step in the company. The addition of a new CEO from outside the group is muchly needed. New board member to take over for Howard will spruce things up as well. In my opinion good bye and good riddens. Let's watch the team run this like a company and watch all shareholders benefit! There is a reason public companies have boards, CFO's, audit committee's etc. It is to keep things in check and to protect shareholders. If the board made Howards life tough on him, it is probably because he did not like the rules. From what I understand, Howard forgot to disclose a lot about his past.
