That range served it's purpose very well and my account is bursting full of cheap SPZI shares. Only those who didn't make good use of that price range with purchases think of it so negatively, imo. I know I'm smiling ear to ear. I know some others are too! ;)

SPZI can protect itself from this once it actually has earnings. A small dividend or stock buy back usually causes a short squeeze and naked shorting MM's and their hedge fund co-players avoid stocks of CEOs that use such anti-short methods.
