From $1 to $2.11 in a year? I'd take more than doubled in a year vs our current stagnation.
That's the way it's supposed to work.
121k shares is less than my holdings, I don't see a big deal there.
Apart from the old CFO leaving and a new one being appointed, the news tells us nothing. Anything else is pure speculation and rumor. However, I do admit that the year is getting short.
I'm in this camp as well.
Our sales force has been outstanding while our M&A side has languished along with our stock price.
We are desperate to see some shareholder friendly activity on this front or we will sit in the Microcap stage until someone comes along and buys us. If that happens, we can all say goodbye to the home run that we've been holding out for. Personally, I would have pulled my money long ago if it wasn't for the rapid run up in sales. Thankfully, I got in very early and staying green makes the hold much easier to stomach.
ANI pharmaceuticals makes a lithium based Med called Lithobid. I hear it works wonders for bipolar disorder, a common issue for many on the hub, including me much of the time when checking up on Sunw.
And only .03 to a golden cross. If that actually means anything with this stock to the technical traders.
I'm confident it will be above $2.77
Pretty typical. We have such a low float that day traders clearing the books can bring us down a bit. Or shorts trying to keep the chart from looking good. Who knows. It works on the bullish side too....at least back in the OTC days when we had real movement.
It's always interesting to watch the last 30 min as the numbers get walked down a bit and the final trade of the day is a few shares just to put a lower close on the books.
But wouldn't the fact that we were denied a patent in the US imply that someone else has one already and we would then be considered infringing on theirs?
If we lose the patent in the US but get a patent in China, euro, etc. I'm assuming that we couldn't sell panels in the States without being subject to a lawsuit. Am I off base here?
Lovin that rack
It will take a lot more sustained volume to get back up into that channel. Fingers crossed for some good news.
An acquisition with non dilutive financing would be my preference
Thanks for doing that.
He needs to set higher goals. JN has a tendency to blow through projections.
I know there are some new hands who are holding for patent news. I suspect they will flip when or if a run up happens. Apart from that, unless a deal with a Chinese manufacturer is pending a patent, I don't see how it impacts us near term either. Like most of us, I've been wrong many times guessing where this stock is going, hopefully my pessimistic attitude help raise the stock price.
More green, nice
I've never sold after earnings and I'm getting the feeling that this may be the cycle that I won't regret it.
Weak hands running for the door early it seems. Best to get it over with.
Back in the good old days we used to call that "power hour". We haven't seen action like this in a long time, even before the last couple ERs.
Given our history, I really try not to get my hopes up to much, but I think we may have turned a corner. If not, I'll have another opportunity to add to my position.
This consolidation phase is holding up better than I expected. I thought we'd be bouncing off of $3.05 by now on greater volume.
Lack of posts? I wonder why? Hmmmm ??
That would be big.
Buh bye $2.77. Lol
Hopefully there will be buyers stepping up during the final hour walk down. I remember when we used to call it power hour!
But only for certain people, not people who actually own shares.
We broke $2.77 for a time today. Who wants to wager that he never sold, assuming there were shares to be sold in the first place?
We must have a nice rack.
Yep, he's done that before. I remember the last very obvious time he did...it was a while ago though.
Come on $2.77!
Even if you were comprising the board with recent college grads, that's a lowball reimbursement for time. I'm on a couple boards and they take up a significant amount of time and effort if you're actually there to be productive. Considering the caliber of who we have, I think we got their time at a discount
I bet if we offered our BOD positions to high school students as an internship, we could get them for free! Just an idea to save $15k. What could go wrong?
The Sunw board at Stocktwits is active again. Good to see the discussion continue over there. Good day today, glad I increased my holdings at the last dip. I promised myself a while back not to, but the risk reward ratio at these prices are very favorable. One question, when does the backlog become a liability? What I mean is when do you start losing customers because the wait for install is too long?
I own 136,429 shares. I'm thinking I should have bought that boat instead. EOM
"the moment someone finishes unloading shares, share price is going to implode. "
I'm confused. If someone is currently unloading shares wouldn't that be suppressing the price, and the "moment someone finishes unloading shares", wouldn't that eliminate the downward pressure on the price and perhaps make the price "explode"?
Forgive me if I'm wrong but I think you got your market fundamentals backwards. Just sayin....
The low volume into earnings tells me that the flippers have moved on. The flippers were keeping the investors away, I guess we'll see if the vacuum gets filled. Pretty boring in the meantime....
My bad, it's technically a pennant pattern. I just call it a flag because I'm usually talking to myself these days!
Moon is right. I spoke of this flag pattern last week but the message got deleted multiple times. The narrowing range finally got to the point that the flippers find to much risk to play and seemed to move on to wider trading ranges for now.
The stock can theoretically break either way but I suspect most of the sellers are out and considering the low float here, a small interest with new investors may push us above the upper channel line into new technical territory. Especially if SUNW continues to report good news.
If we break either way, our new trading range may draw back the flippers again, so be aware.
Hopefully this message will stick around for more than a few minutes so others can read it. GLTA
SUNW, "installing solar on Mars since 2018".
Like you, I used to get pretty excited watching my account move $200k a day. It's been pretty boring since then and I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I'm just thankful not to have been in SUNE, that's a sort of excitement I could do without.
