Painful to be back in the .004s again after seeing double that not too long ago but no sense in bailing now. We will certainly see dilution post RS but hopefully the company value increases at a faster rate. Any timing for the merger and RS to be complete? I thought I read before the end of the quarter but I may be mistaken.
So basically Netcapital is using VSTR as a shell of sorts to move to public company and then allow access to the $400B. That was the confusing part for me is that with some of the leadership’s connections to institutional investors, it was essentially useless as long as they stayed in Pink OTC land. So shortly after the merger is completed we should expect to see an uplist PR come out. Not sure why they would not submit that at the same time as the merger PR but maybe need time to meet uplist criteria.
Dumb question, after the merger, and the subsequent increase in share price, would VSTR still need to uplist to the big board to get out of Pink land? Seems like that is what would open the doors to institutional investors.
And if the RS happened today we are looking at $12 pps
Any idea / guess of the market cap for the combined company?
Good points! Any way you slice it they needed to change their approach or risk wallowing in penny land with super low volume in perpetuity. This should give them some steady income and form an ETF of sorts for startups as you mentioned. Also, Finnerty is leading institutional investment for VSTR, not a lot of that going on at .005 pps, so the move to $10 provides chance to uplist and work with larger investment firms. I think this will play out well when we look back on this a year from now.
My thoughts as well e-ore. Holding for now to see how this plays out. Sounds like merger will be complete by the end of the quarter and will help to get this company out of penny land.
I thought it was right on point!
I put a comment on a ValueSetters Instagram post about Deuce Drone saying nice work for getting them off the ground (ha ha) and wondered what the next Deuce Drone is for ValueSetters. They responded and said to keep up with them on Instagram and their website, “we have some exciting things coming”. Hope we see something exciting in the next few weeks to keep this out of the .004s.
I came across this post on Twitter from the end of June. Talks about a “major rumor flying around”... see you at .10... any ideas what that might be referring to? Obviously never materialized but curious nonetheless.

Yes, let’s just string a few of these days together
Careful Clarke, with all caps you are likely to wake up Callie!
I assume that is how it would work. It mentioned that in the short term they would have a Deuce Drone employee attached the payload and then move to a more automated system in the future. I think they have a nice niche in the market setting up these DronePorts for businesses and even thinking ahead where Deuce uses it own app. Not sure Rouses Markets has or could easily setup a web interface for ordering via drone. Good team and good progress thus far IMHO.
Also includes a timeline that states Part 107 waivers in Oct and revenue generating flights by end of the year. Will be exciting to watch.
Really nice post on LinkedIn from Grant Guilliot about Deuce Drone. They also show some promotional material. Fleet size, Payload up to 50 lbs (under development), they added to their team with a project manager and engineer. And trademark on the DronePort fulfillment center. Maybe some IP there that could be reason for someone to buy them.

That is only a $16M market cap and PE of 20. I think we either need really good news from one of their existing clients, Deuce or Kingscrowd, or news on a new client. Hopefully Callie and Jim are working to drive additional interest in the company as well so some PPS growth may come there. Someday soon the PPS will line up with where this company is operating and where they can grow to in the next 6 mos to a year. It will come.
I picked up about 500k as well.
Yes, I felt the same way. I thought there would be a bit more detail around what the new hires are working on versus just giving us their resume. And if I understand correctly the money from the Fed went to pay for the new hires correct? That is ideal if they are bringing customers and clients along with them versus having to go and find some. The key for me is the quality of the client on their next announcement that they teased on the call. We shall see…
Definitely have to look at the good and the not so good info. They mentioned some announcements coming out shortly, maybe new clients? Interested to see who those are and how significant they are to future growth potential, etc. I.e. another Dome Audio or another Deuce Drone... it is great to finally see some volume and additional interest in the company. Still holding over 7M shares and looking towards $0.01 and beyond.

Good volume and movement today. Let’s see if it holds tomorrow.
I know. I am excited for the call tomorrow. Always like to hear updates but not expecting anything significant that we don’t already know. What are your thoughts on how they would use the cash?
Looks like they are increasing their holdings in Netcapital. They may be seeing some additional growth and potential in them from the regulatory changes.
Sorry if this was already posted but this is from the Ameca Mining LinkedIn page
Q2/3 - 2020
Accept Delivery of Graphite Processing Plant
Establish Program for completion
Begin Intake process Ore material
Start up plant and implement QC protocol
Obtain shell company for next round of financing
A demand curve like this is great to see. Batteries represent the largest growth opportunity for sure.

Yes, I really do not see any impact from the 3 recent hires and we are coming up on 3 months since their arrival. No new clients reported and no impact to the trading pattern, volume still really low. Still holding on for longer term gains as I think the management team is strong but it is just taking them time to get things rolling. It’s ok, I’ll find some other OTC stocks to flip while I wait.
With the 214 unit subdivision in mind, what kind of share price is justifiable based on typical margins in the home building business?
I hear ya. Thinking we should be starting to see some of the benefits of the new hires soon (new clients, new investors, etc) to get this moving.
In the meantime having fun riding the XTR_M wave to $0.01
I hope so. Any info to share or just a feeling?
Do you think the 10k will be available by COB on Friday?

Investor call August 12th
I was on the Valuesetters site over the weekend and it looks like they made some updates to their investor section of the website. Nothing major but changed the layout a bit and now you can enter an email to get noticed of postings as they occur. I don’t remember that being there before. I know, ooooh, they updated the website but it is good to see updates.
Yes!, I signed up to be a tester, just waiting on link to download the app.
I get the sense that there is a bit of a disconnect between the company and its execution and the stock price. The low volume supports that as it appears few are aware of what they are doing. Or folks are aware and are staying away... The 10K will be key to see what they have been up to. Unless I am forgetting something, I do not recall hearing any accomplishments, new clients, anything, etc following the three recent hires.
Need a defibrillator for VSTR. Volume so low lately.
I agree, for me the hires were a bit unexpected but a positive sign for the company. The timing was interesting too, mid May which put them in the next fiscal year budget. Maybe they wanted to keep expenses low for the previous year and plan to offset salaries with additional revenue the new hires are able (hopefully) to bring to the table. Deuce Drone getting a lot of likes on their Instagram posts, in the hundreds vs the handful VSTRs typically gets. Still holding through 2020 to see how this plays out.
What is the source for that write up? Sounds very positive
So do we expect to see 10-k results in early August, similar to last year?
Lots of volume today. No news posted. Now almost 2 months without any news or updates and price down to 0.004. When is the next financial filing due?
