Nice sideways movement...
All those ASSumptions that the TA was gagged....
Well I guess at $250.00 a pop, it was a wise decision not to waste SHAREHOLDER $$
The last paragraph of the response to the last question where Steve and Greg gave up shares and "cancelled" their compensation ($1million) speaks volumes about the people behind this company.
I'm loading up more shares tomorrow!!
Doog,
This can be HUGE!!
I worked in 2 different nursing homes back in college, in the late 1980's, believe me, this is a necessary investment for them. The resident's immune systems are compromised and EVERYTHING is contaminated!
I would assume that at some point, if not already, that there will be industrially sized units for large institutions such as hospitals and nursing homes.
RxAir UV vs. Ion/HEPA filters...
The problem with a simple "look at a chart" comparison, not all of the facts are there to make an informed decision. Sooo....
Prolonged ion exposure is irritating to the lungs, making allergies and asthma worse. Ozone also has very little to no impact on indoor contaminants, plus it's effect can take months or years to have an impact, not the best choice for a severely contaminated environment like a hospital.
You can find this and much more info here..
https://www.allergyclean.com/problems-with-ozone-generators-and-ionizers-that-produce-ozone/
UV light is just that ..light. It has the capacity to neutralize pathogens with absolutely no harm to human tissue.
HEPA is limited because of it's size and the filters are big, expensive and need regular intervals of replacement, not so for UV.
Three UV purifiers listed and the only one with $0.00 annual cost is...
RxAir.
As a healthcare provider in private practice, one thing that stands out to me is the cost of ownership after purchase,we need to watch our $$.
So when you factor in the annual cost of the "cheaper" filters, plus the benefit of UV vs. HEPA and/or Ionization, in a hospital setting that will need quite a few of these, RxAir looks pretty competitive.
Patience...$4.00? nasdaq later this year.....It's worth the wait.
Sensei...
Due diligence here is rampant...
Those who do not follow will forever regret their in-actions..
I have listened, and learned.
Thank you...
.....crickets.....
Been thinking of doing the same thing, much more potential profit with vyst than in cdn weed...
It's gonna be a great summer!!
I've been asking that same question since seeing his first post...
Imagine what this person could achieve if they actually used all of that energy for something good?
some here want to be overnight millionaires, I know that when this does what it should, given time, the longs will have made a real nice return on their investment.
I can wait it out....
or...
BOOOOM!
Someone blows off the squirrels head!!
I know I'm gonna get some slack for that ...lol
Thank you for the update!
Agreed, this chatter about .50 tomorrow, dollars next week...
let's just sit tight and let this go where it will organically.
slow and steady is good, real good!
excitement is good, but.....
Yes.
Case isn't scheduled to be heard until 2:00 pm est.according to the US district courts proceedings calendar
In your opinion, when this case gets dismissed, what do you think will happen to the pps?
If they uplist prior to the acquisition, what might that do to the value of vyst and would it help increase the pps?
I believe cap gains on any profit less than 2 years is 24%. Any over 2 years is 20%.
Please correct me if I'm wrong
I agree.
Think global!
Holding strong!
Thank you.
A patent is mentioned in that email,
What is it for?
I guess everyone wants to be an overnight millionaire
I've read all of the DD numerous times, plus I've done my own and I have come to the same conclusion. Moving more of my investment $$ to vyst is something i'm considering.
GLTY!
1776, I've been intrigued by the "action" on this board and am looking into other boards as well. I only have 200K in shares and I wonder if I should sacrifice some other investments to buy more at this pps.
Sweet 67 (looks like it from behind)
Wouldn't mind that in my future 10 car garage courtesy of VYST$$!
I guess I was in the right place at the right time, I had no idea how to read a chart, I still don't, or how to even pick a stock, much less one on the OTC, all of my stocks are (were) long time dividend reinvestments and one IPO that I did real well on. VYST was mentioned to me by an acquaintance and I began my own DD, because I had this gut feeling. Once I learned about the company and found this board...
Here I am, looking right into the mouth of a once in a lifetime opportunity.
I guess the struggle for the past 25 years to "make it by doing the right thing" might finally pay off, only in a different way than what I expected. If that's karma, then so be it.
as a rookie here, i can say that the rollercoaster moment to moment emotional posts will make you think this will crash and burn by days end with you winding up broke...however, reading the DD that has been done by members and doing your own DD will make you very confident that VYST should be held for a long time.
READ, READ, READ!!!
I guess that EMA lawsuit doesn't matter...
Where are all the Debbie Downers now???
Go VYST!!!!
I'd say at that point I could destroy my debt and live comfortably as well.
doog,
I almost fell into the "it's crashing and I gotta get out" mentality, then I sat back, looked at the DD again and remembered how i found this board while doing my own DD BEFORE I found this board. I don't own millions of shares, but if this does what us longs think it will, I will have a very comfortable life from that point on. Definitely a little gem...
Agreed, and it gets old!
Patience, we will get there and it will have been a fantastic journey!
The patented process of removing the potential for allergic reaction to latex, especially in the healthcare setting gives this company great potential for growth, never mind the bonuses with the other patents/products.
From Yahoo finance...
"Latex allergies are a major concern in many people’s daily lives. Globally, 4.3% of people have latex allergies. The rate rises to 10-17% for healthcare workers, according to the Journal of Occupational Health. Symptoms of a latex allergy can be mild, such as rashes or itchy eyes. But in some people, latex elicits a serious, and potentially life-threatening, allergic reaction. While anyone can develop a latex allergy, some people are more at risk than others due to frequent contact with latex and certain related health conditions."
"Vystar’s Vytex® deproteinization method reduces allergenicity and odor,
Manufacturing process uses less water, chemical and dyes for naturally, purer, whiter and stronger latex"
holding long.....$VYST
I guess patience is paying off....
I have tiptoed and you heard my steps, I need to master my Ninja skills...VYST
