Agree here. There have been posters on this board telling everyone this is the time to buy at every level. Either they have no self awareness of their ineptitude, or they are the horrible traders... or both.
I will tell the board what I do, but that is it. Without a full picture of what is going on, it is irresponsible to tell someone you know what is going to happen or this is the low, and so on.
And given the dilution track record of Tim, there is no guarantee that he won’t continue down the same path, anyone that tells you they know, is full of it.
Mufflers & Mullets is already a subsidiary of Waffle House, so no worries there.
All speculation... but sometimes a company will want to clear all the bad stuff out before announcing the good stuff.
We will find out soon enough.
I called the accountants on Monday, and spoke to the person who manages the 4less account, and she told me it was actively being worked on.
Now why it is taking so long to complete, I have no idea.
Maybe these notes have to come off the books?
I hope there is nothing more sinister behind this delay.
In so much as... if the electric bill was $100, his family would be paying $150 a month for the rest of their lives to pay it off.
Well damn. This was a beautiful day. I can’t imagine where this will be after the call tomorrow!
Good point. Do you think they keep Tim on? I know what I would do. Lol
Seems like other shells would have been a easier go. Chris likely got caught up in Tim’s past success.
Going to be interesting.
My bid is not showing at .10
Yeah, thanks.... we will see. My biggest worry is it went right through instantly.
They are still selling shares. Ugh.
Going to be a roller coaster with this one.
The positive and negative is it is still being worked on.
What kind of gremlins were in this report that it is taking this long?
That being said, I went full psycho and bought 70,000 at .12.
Going to go pray to whatever god is responsible for monetary gains. Lol
I just called 4 less... Chris isn’t in yet.
I called the Frucci, and spoke to Jen, the person responsible for the 10k... it is being worked on, but obviously couldn’t divulge anything else.
So not much. I will 4 less again later.
You said it was a steal at $1 plus, .70, .60, .40... and so on... all as it went down.
At what point is it really a steal? At what point will anyone realize you have no credibility or accountability for your horrible advice?
I don’t think they are a fraud... I really hope not.
But they have been a terrible investment, and their failure to communicate, file on time, and putting out a false pr, with zero follow up explanation is really troubling.
I absolutely did. They also said 10k was coming in a week... so, who knows what to believe.
We can hope and predict all we want... but we need hard numbers at some point.
We don’t know what they have.
They are now late for 2 quarters, without any explanation.
My local fortune teller has about as much knowledge on what is going on as anyone here.
Revenue means little if they are taking on substantial debt... especially if it is dilutive.
Companies with great revenue go belly up because of debt. And dilution will kill share price before that.
Add to that... this management team has not shown any concern for shareholders... that is why we need to see the financials. We have no idea if we are getting screwed or not.
I should clarify, it is not that I don’t think Chris is trustworthy, it is just that it is HIS company, he needs to grab the reigns here.
Tim on the other hand... he is capable of toxic debting this company into oblivion.
We shall see. The OTC is not for the faint of heart.
And yes, fingers crossed for a good Monday.
Have a great weekend!
Yeah, this is only a small part of my portfolio as well. I only keep 10% of my holdings for high risk, of which 1/4 of that is OTC.
It is just the principle of it all.
I am now averaged down to the point where .26 is breakeven, but I probably won’t hang around past that.
Just don’t trust these guys to do the right thing. We all have seen this kind of thing in the OTC before. Just have to write it off, or hope for a complete 180.
Yeah, I have been in VRUS for a while now and hold now 4+ million shares.
You are delusional to think VRUS and FLEAS are similar in any way.
CEO of VRUS has communicated every step of the way, and has done exactly has he said he would do.
Team Tim & Chris, well the complete opposite.
Perfectly stated.
Yeah. That’s me.
Lol.
So now the those calling out this company are just idiot dream chasers.
You should start a cult. That is how they lock people in... everyone that doesn’t believe or disagrees is some kind of evil or stupid and doesn’t know what they know.
So blame the people who bought when management said they will have the 10k out in a week...
Like I said in a previous post, I hope they turn this around, but that is only hope at this point, and investing and hope are not a good mix.
So rant away, but I will absolutely call you out for coming down on those who should be and have every right to be voicing their frustrations on this management team.
There is no guarantee of this working out. Management does not care about shareholders.
Their revenue might be great, but they could also dilute this to hell.
What confidence is there that they will communicate, file on time, be fiscally responsible?
There is none. They have squandered their opportunity at the first step.
Telling people that bought this train wreck to just move on, when they have losses and are frustrated by this management team... well the words I want to use, I won’t....
... but I’ll be right here calling this management team for what they do and what they are until they turn this around.
And if anyone has a problem with that... as the expression goes... pound sand.
Sitting on 3mil + already... so yeah, pretty thrilled with everything right now.
I didn’t tell my wife until AG was onboard.... then I had her google him.
She works in finance... and she thinks it is smart to buy more... therefore my 300,000 purchase today.
Etrade hired a couple of guys named Moss and Roy, not realizing they snuck in their buddy Richmond to watch the servers. Richmond hit a random button by mistake and now we can’t buy VRUS online.
Tomorrow, just call Etrade and tell them to turn it off and on again.
The elephant in the room is that your investing strategy appears to be watching other people make money while you cry and moan.
I am sure Andrew Garnock didn’t plunk down millions without knowing what the he was buying.
You probably would have said the same thing at the beginning of Amazon... not realizing it didn’t matter at that point, just like it doesn’t matter here.
Revenue growth both organically and through m&a is what will Drive this much much .... much higher.
I am comparing it because MKR was involved and they took an over the counter stock to the the Nasdaq.
It is obvious it is a different animal, but the historical record of MKR is another feather in the cap of VRUS’s ability to uplist to a big board in the future.
I believe about 30 million.
I think they did a 10-1 reverse years prior to my buying in and prior to MKR getting involved.
I also believe there was a 3-1 or 4-1 reverse split approved in order to uplist, but my memory could be wrong on that.
They ended up not needing a reverse and uplisted organically.
I was watching the stock at around 25 cents and then finally bought in at 75 cents and sold after the uplist at about 7.50.
The stock topped out at around $10 and then at $15 a few years later.
MKR always communicated well and everything they said, they did. Like I said, MKR is the reason I bought VRUS.
Yup, the reason I bought was MKR. Didn’t know VRUS at all. Saw MKR was involved and immediately pulled the trigger.
I experienced them bring a penny to the Nasdaq over a decade ago.
All good. I wish I would have bought more at those levels.
Good thing is we are in now.
Someone will be buying in for the first time at .05 too, and they will still be early.
This won’t stop for a while.
Oh, I have been in since under .002, just keep adding when I can. My deposit cleared a few minutes too late.
Yeah, I had an order at .0241 for 300,000, and only got 50,000 filled and then it shot up.
Got the other 250,000 at .0262. Oh well, I tried to get them cheap. Not easy on this stock.
I placed my order after it had went there... guess they were done filling below .20
I put a 30,000 order on .18, they moved the ask to .19, I upped to .19, they moved it up again... No portion of the order went through, despite the ask saying .18.
Curious at what price they would have filled the order.
Well they screwed this entire process up. Hopefully when all is said and done they learn from it and perform better going forward.
Bad management can destroy good businesses, no matter what the revenue might be.
I hope that is not the case here.
That is some high level analysis.
And that is the problem... the company is not speaking.
