Definitely a toss up between all the competition considering it's pretty early in the game. KGKG has ~1.3 billion shares when considering their common and prefered shares/made $3k profit last quarter. Vate has 570 million shares prefered/common and lost $134k. PURA has 560 million shares prefered/common and made $250k last quarter. The only thing PURA has that is really negative is debt which is $2M+, but a lot of that was wiped out with the dilution that happened in September and the selling of the cultivation buisness. We'll see though.

I agree, I think distributors have been hesitant to add Everx to their line because the labels were horrible before the rebranding. As the CEO stated in an earlier PR, he designed the labels via Microsoft PowerPoint. Additionally, they reformulated Everx to have a shelf life of 1 year, which is a huge selling point for distributors. Also, we should be expecting within the next month a launch of the 25mg CBD water.

With all the work going into Everx, plus verbal and written confirmation from Puration, many distribution agreements will roll out in the next 2-3 months. This will drive revenue and SP up to it's 52 wk high.

KGKG did not start 5-6 months ago, they started operations in 2015.

While Puration has been around for awhile, their management and company shifted hands in 2017 officially. That's when they introduced their CBD water to the market.
Also, NOUV doesn't produce any of the CBD currently for Everx. They outsource their CBD concentrates from outside companies. When my buddy and I were talking with their representatives, they were buying 1 kilo of CBD isolate for somewhere in the $4k range. My buddy's hemp extraction buisness sells a kilo for $7.2k and others can go to the $10k range.
Puration currently distributes in California, Colorado, Texas, and Georgia. However, many have claimed to see Everx in different states including New York, but I don't know know how to verify those claims. Currently, you can buy Everx on specsonline and USMJ.com. I contacted the distribution headquarters in Texas and their manager verified they have nonflavored Everx in stock. USMJ contacted me last week and said my order will be filled on Tuesday.

Additionally, the 2019 International Bulk Wine & Spirits Show is being held next month in London. The only other event I could find in the beverage industry is in Germany, which CBD is only legal for medical use.

They sent out a PR in December saying $3 million in just Everx sales and $2M in THC Savor/Water sales. From the way these guys are talking/sending out PR about the Arnold event, something BIG is going to happen this year.

Myers, I couldn't agree more. I was a little harsh on that subject when we spoke. We talked about the communication being poor between the company and investors. He said he'd get better. Who knows though...
All I can say is that I'm extremely confident in my investment after the Illegal burger gig.

Well they did mention in the past that the RS will happen one way or another with nouv, but they have just flip flopped on whether to do it before or after the dividend if I remember right. Also Travis didn't specify during our conversation when the RS would happen, he just mentioned they were working on the paperwork.

Response- Good question, around 20. There are a lot of people we work with in the coordination of our products.

Is THCSavor being launched this year and if so when?
Response- No definite date, but we are working on launching it.

No problem all! I just thought everyone would appreciate a view from the investors side and thanks stewy for the sticky. I didn't really talk to him about USMJ, but I did mention the NOUV dividend. He said that all the paperwork is in progress for a RS and dividend, but didn't give me a timeline. Honestly, I wouldn't hold my breath for that, but he said everything is being done to get it accomplished as soon as possible.

Illegal Burger Everx event in Denver review.

I think the event was well executed. There were plenty of people stopping by and trying the water. Also they had plenty of products displayed including all the flavors of Everx and clothing. They even gave me a couple cases of water for free! Out of all the flavors, I preferred the unflavored Everx, but a close second place went to the lemon lime. My buddies favorite was the strawberry kiwi. I personally give the unflavored Everx 10 out of 10 for taste and visual appeal, lemon lime 9 out of 10, and strawberry kiwi an 8 out of 10. I honestly thought the flavored waters were a little too sweet, but that's just a personal preference.

I also got to meet Travis (Investors Relations employee for Puration) at the event and talked with him for about 10-15 minutes. I asked a bunch of questions and he answered most of them. We also discussed about a lot of frustrations the investors complain about and he acknowledged fault. He explained that there is a lot to do because Puration is start-up company growing at a rapid pace, but he intends to keep improving and do a better job. At the end of our conversation I felt really excited about the future for the company because there is a lot of stuff in the pipeline. The stock price will definitely go back into the .20s within the next two months, but that is just an opinion.

They're selling it on USMJ.com now not drinkeverx.com, but can also be bought on specs website as well. KGKG is way behind Puration for sales by a million for 2018 and plus KGKG's cogs are at 87%. That's incredibly high compared to Purations 50% cogs.

Fantastic posts legendary, I think the shipping is pretty standard across the board because I'm in Colorado and a six pack costs $17 in shipping.

Honestly I'd have to agree with you if they hadn't diluted their shareholders 250,000,000 shares in the last ~3 months totalling their O/S +1 billion. I feel like the only companies ACI wants to succeed on the charts is PURA and NOUV.
