The IOT expo starts tomorrow. LEAS has been touting some new hardware they are trying to sell there that they have a patent pending on. im guessing if they get any modicum of interest over the next week, this thing is going to blast off.
I know theyve been holding out for the IOT expo to show off their new patented product and drum up business. i think we may see a big shift after that. The crypto farm still seems to be in limbo, with the expectation that the next week is the one that will see the deal go through. having been through similar experiences in real estate and asset sales, i dont share the doubt that a lot of people on this forum have shown. I think next week will show some buy-ins and consolidation in expectation of the expo starting on the 22nd.
if youve ever worked in real estate or bought a house, this isnt surprising. heck, i worked a deal on an airplane that finally closed 6 months after we both initially intended to make the deal. stuff comes up, funding changes, people want to renegotiate aspects of the deal. wouldnt surprise me at all if hes been sitting right on the edge of finalizing everything but they are waiting on some inspection or city permit that wasnt in place and needed to be completed.
I think more likely they realized they were doing damage with the fluff and no solid news to drop. i think they're waiting to complete the purchase on the mining facility, which probably hit some kind of snag, and when they have something they will drop it then.
its possible he may not ever need it since he has the base LEAS website to play with.
ITs not that he has intentionally sunk anything. he got worked over the first time he posted positive news- P&D sold into the news and crashed the stock. dude was really upset about it. He's been learning through trial and error what to post and how to post it so as not to play into the hands of various groups that have been loading the low prices. sometimes that may come off a little strange. other times, i think he has been caught up in some of the nuances of business- he expects to have things wrapped on one day and they end up taking a lot longer. again, not on him but just another part of the learning process. I think he really has the best of intentions of making LEAS his primary store of value.
definitely. we are talking about a building with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of assets in it, capable of making hundreds of thousands of dollars more in operation. no reason this shouldnt go through the roof. especially if he gets both places!
ask is showing up at 100$. unusual for LEAS, a little more common for pennies that are overbought.
whats up with the ask there? anyone else seeing that?
really curious to see what happens with this crypto mining facility. I think that should carry a pretty sizable bump.
thats a data center that is using a portion of its facilities to mine crypto. a dedicated crypto mining center is WAY more valuable and lucrative!
And as someone who has peen dealing with crypto mining for YEARS, i can tell you that is incorrect, inaccurate, and just plain wrong. crypto is NOT data. mining crypto is NOT data mining. totally different deal. totally different process. totally different income rate. crypto is WAY more lucrative.
dude. youre gonna drive me nuts. a crypto mining center is not a data center, and not a data mining center. this shit misleads people. stop it. it is perfectly fine to recognize this thing for what it is: a digital currency printer!
not a data center. a crypto mining center. no data involved. any references to that are likely inaccurate or misinformed.
yeah. ive ridden the past few waves as theyve come and gone. i think this one is going to be a lot better, though pump&dumpers or not. this time there is actual progress, assets, patents, about a dozen different ways the company stands to make some money that quite frankly wasnt there before. In the past, it was pretty clear there was something fishy going on. this time, at least so far, the naysayers have all been proven wrong, and the company seems to be moving in a new and positive direction. even if some of these accumulators dump, i think the end result is going to be a good one.
that peak was pumpers and speculators without any kind of solid news. this is closing a deal on a cash generating asset. i think the likelyhood of a fall is pretty slim.
you know this isnt a data center, right? its a mining facility. big difference.
Its hard to say exactly until we can see the size of the mining equipment- likely reflected in the purchase price.
Now what would be REALLY cool is if shareholders end up getting dividends from that mining income.
but yeah, depending on news this week, this could get up a lot higher. The mining deal alone could take it above 10 cents, realistically.
For those of you not in the know, Crypto mining involves thousands of dollars worth of pretty heavy duty hardware- either specialty stuff for mining bitcoin, or ASICs and GPUs for mining. Depending on size and hash rate, these things can churn out anywhere from a few thousand dollars a month to over a hundred thousand, easily. This mining center hes buying is basically a money printer.
As someone who has been in and out of LEAS several times since 2014, this is definitely not the same old stock. we are seeing multiple jumps, a lot of fresh news, and it seems like the company is actually trying to buy assets again.
dude- that's what the shares are for. but the data shows that this is turnover, and not the company selling. and even if they did, that's not a scam!
give it a little time for this stuff to kick in. the bears sold everyone on a new scam, but from what im seeing theyre keeping things on the up and up. a little bit of positive traction will win people back.
All of these posts of dilution talk a lot about huge increases in shares, but its been over a month and nothing seems to have posted yet. is it possible that maybe people are just hoping this thing crashes and burns?
It does say up to 25000$. i would guess that a few positive analysis posts are probably not pulling in that kind of value. I think someone's reaching a bit on that one.
i think you get your wish!
seems kinda silly that the dumpers sold on good news rather than waiting through the weekend. the buzz is definitely positive, and it looks like LEAS has turned over a new leaf.
He contracted the owner of PNNX to do some advisory/ technical work on the contract for the other company.
seems like its stabilizing. if i had to guess, a group of big buyers decided they didnt want to wait around and sold their stuff off today. no big deal.
bet that guy who scalped at 22 feels dumb.
Im putting target price considering the possibility of at least one patent at around 0.018$.
A few million shares at the 002 mark- i think more people are taking notice.
I think the scalpers are going to be out of luck soon.
This will be the very definition of a penny stock rocket launch! when this thing starts climbing, people would be stupid not to get on board.
looks like that may be changing in the near future.
looks like the old group are still dumping their shares a bit. cant be many left at this point, though. it's gonna run soon.
It went to a penny the last time currency was even anticipated. im kinda shocked that it hasnt done that yet.
scalpers struck again. oh well. next week?
how bout we close north of 20 today?
wake me up when the scalpers stop flipping it.
ask at 0.0029? how did that happen?
