Just cause I felt like digging a little further, Alaska is actually one of top iPhone using States in the country along with Montana and New York lol you literally could’ve been more wrong
No, you’re completely incorrect Alaska and every other state in America has the iPhone and I honestly can’t believe I need argue that, like do you seriously believe not only Apple but we as a society aren’t technologically advanced enough to have luxury phones in every state?? Lol and obviously there are people that can’t afford iPhones but 1. That wasn’t the point and 2. They’ve been made relatively doable by most families in America but like i said before you see all those other companies on that same poster with surge? Yea they’ve been doing this and selling the same type of phones for years now.
Ps. Please just take 2 seconds to type in the search bar “does Alaska have the iPhone” and you’ll see pretty quickly what you just said is completely false
So I’ll say it nicely, geographic location has nothing to do with access to technology because we have this wonderful thing called the internet where you could literally buy anything you want whenever you want and still there’s no state in America that does not sell Apple iPhones or Samsung galaxies
It was said they ordered 20k phones for the Oklahoma grocers association, at the end of July and those phones for that agreement just arrived last week. So, none of the 20k phones have even sold yet because they just arrived last week but it’s already being boasted about that they ordered more. In conclusion, Just because they ordered more clearly does not mean they’re selling and running out of the first order because it was “huge news” last week that they just arrived. 2. Being equipped with that knowledge that mean that these 20k phones probably won’t arrive for another month or so and god willing that they sell the first 20k that they just got.
Ahh still being worked on huh? Yea then how come that’s not being made aware of? In my experience here it was said this is already happening and was being passed off as an already on going thing.
2 key things
1. What happened to free cell phone service?? CANT dodge this one because this is so blatant in the ceo tweets and posts from others on this board boasted about free cell phone service and now it’s $30 a month? Plus the cost of the phone? Lol this was the “news/tweets” a little over a month ago that was meant to induce buying.
2. You see all those other companies on the 12” by 24” poster on these bodegas windows? Yea that’s what I was talking about in regard to the phones they’re selling, they have been used on these business models for years and there’s already companies that have been doing this for a while.
please responses to this are encouraged
Just curious, What are those arrows pointing at? because both pictures it’s not clear at all...
Ask yourself, would you buy a phone from that store? And further if you thought you need a cheap phone would your first thought be “let me check out the discount Tobacco store”? lol
Ceo converted his shares to preferred reducing the outstanding shares from 231 mill to 83 mill, my math was pretty bad it’s about 150 million shares that will be converted back June of next year
there’s 200 million outstanding shares that will be converted back next year...
Will be back to low .30s soon
I’ve almost lost the energy to type out the insanity on this board. LITERALLY The inventory arrives to a company and people are saying “huge news”?!?!? What value has been created!?!? How!?!? How!?!? Is this big news?!? If anything this shows they haven’t sold any yet and they signed this deal with the Oklahoma grocers association at the end of July? And at the time that was the news that was inducing buying. Then it’s said that these are the best smartphones? Does anyone have a set of eyes!?!? They’re LITERALLY the generic, low tech android phones that HAVE BEEN on the market and targeted towards the low income market for years... do some research
This will be back to the low .30s very shortly
The inventory arriving to a company is huge news?
This is just comical, “this annual event” he doesn’t even say what event they’re at he just implies that somehow cause they’re there that that means they’re having a heck of a week lol another example to the list.
“Product launches to rapidly increase revenue”, so there isn’t any growth yet but they’re planning on rapidly growing with these product launches but you and others keep saying they’re growing when according to the Q2 they’re not- so they’re planning on growing, then these products were just launched so how could there be strong long term growth? Answer: there isn’t any growth or proof of long term growth. Also, product launches to rapidly increase revenue is the goal of every company to ever exist. So basically the notion of strong long term growth and that they’re currently growing is false and your banking on the basic principle of business that hopefully they can increase revenue with these products. And this isn’t what is being made aware to investors, growth is falsely being pushed and no ones looking at the actual product and that’s the design of these tweets and these posts from people promising big returns.
There’s literally 1,100 in volume this is the actual activity on this stock when the ceo isn’t pushing vague, speculative tweets as big news
The last 2 posts are just proving my point, keep posting the same stuff to try to keep the perception of a rapidly growing company, don’t believe this nonsense, there’s no proof or anything that shows rapid growth. The 7 mill in revenue is a less than 10% increase, this time last year they had about 6.4 mill in revenue... that’s not rapid growth and to add they tripled their liabilities to over 9 mill so it’s completely false to say “rapid growth”. And again a ceo vision and shareholder update equals absolutely nothing in actual numbers it’s all speculation and projections in a market that they haven’t proven they can succeed in at all. Trying to repost the same news over and over just makes it look even worse lol
This company has reported barely any revenue increase, the quality of the phones are crap they’re called burner phones they’re meant to be used short term, they are the phones you mainly see drug dealers and your grandparents use. posts on this board and from the ceo are all implications of big news from a rapidly growing company that never really comes or is just flat out vague in detail. Where’s the brand ambassador the ceo tweeted about? Where’s the big revenue increase he was talking about in the Q2? No value has been created they signed a deal to sell cheap cellphone plans at grocery stores. .75-1.00??? they’d need to double their total revenue up to this point for that to even come close, the stock is barely going to hold the mid .3s and is down over 15% since the Q2... what a big surprise cause it was a fat dud and then this shareholder update was the new “key to it all” news. Please
Sorry correction: .2820 lol
Point is, there are already, much better and proven success with other companies tapping in to the low income cell phone market. Cricket wireless and boost mobile do it already, the quality of surge is crap, please anyone of you without having to look it up but there’s no way I’d know, tell me what kind of phone and what technology does it have?
Volumes a little over 4,000? This stock is dead when the ceo isn’t tweeting. You guys are aware that cell phones are relatively cheap right? Boost mobile and cricket wireless have been doing these types of cell phone plans for years now and still the big players remain the same. Surge phones are pieces of crap they’re by no means quality phones hence the push for how cheap they are. The only way this does what all of your clouded judgement thoughts as a result of the ceo tweets is going to happen is if they were selling these phones and can prove the market for it but there’s other companies doing the exact same thing and have better quality phones surge is doing nothing separate themselves from the cricket wireless’ and boost mobiles.
Technically that wasn’t known already but those are all projections lol I could project I’m gonna fart money and put in a shareholder update, doesn’t make it true, anything thats is factual and is a done deal (ex .Oklahoma grocers association) is already public info, it’s an update it’s meant to be a up-to-date summary of what’s going, the projections aren’t what is for and are pretty much meaningless when talking about actual value. And just cause you cited that, does it say how they plan on financing those projections?
What huge news are you referring too? The shareholder update technically isn’t news it’s what the name implies, a shareholder update, nothing that wasn’t already known was said...
lol so basically no real value but all promising fake valuations from, no offense, but people who have no credibility just saying this all looks so promising. Just to sum this up, so it’s a burner phone from bodegas and grocery store cell phone business that also is going to do money orders? That’s the realistic way of putting your 6 paragraphs guy.
No no GL to you sir
Too excited was in quotations, was not meant literally
9 million in liabilities on the Q2... next
7.3k in volume... maybe it’s time for another tweet
? “Stand up guy” (as stated)
“he got a bit too excited and over estimated about higher revenue affecting stock price higher”, he shouldn’t suggestively tweet, but he keeps doing it, The brand ambassador and shareholder update tweets are both suggesting big news. it’s not sleazy of if he’s a kid it’s just a little odd he needs to tweet suggesting big news to stir up buying... he keeps doing it and the only Green Day’s since the Q2 were days he tweeted. When people start buying because the ceo is tweeting that’s a problem, weather it’s intentional on his end or not isn’t as big as the people relying on that “too excited” estimations. This is the stock market I’m sorry but the ceo shouldn’t get “too excited” w estimations
Truly a great question idk why I didn’t just ask that to prove my point lol
Exactly lmao, no one has a clue but but they’re so confident it’s huge
Yes his “shenanigans” of tweeting big news/promises that are meant to get people to buy and then the stock drops cause he’s created no real value. I’ve said the same thing to you multiple times now it’s funny cause youre More mad now cause it’s dropping, it was in the red/stagnant since the Q2 and the only few Green Day’s since the Q2 were days he tweeted about the brand ambassador and the shareholder update so yes exactly the only buying that’s going on is when he tweets.
Nice tweet to induce buying lol market seeing right through that sh*t
Another tweet to induce buying, weird where have we seen this before?
Wouldn’t say long term strong growth lmao that was my exact thought before the Q2 hahaha, Im not seeing long term strong growth you gotta tell my why you are and how this is a no brainer for u cause I see their liabilities growing astronomically faster than their revenues and they only showed a less than 10% increase from last year and in that same time they tripled their liabilities. Even with that said I don’t even know how you could confidently say that because there’s really not enough info to go by and the info that is out there in the latest Q2 isn’t showing strong long term growth. Im sorry but I’m trying to get away from this board but for the people that come to this board for info and are thinking about buying they should know the facts. And then everyone here is gonna come back w some nonsensical reason that makes zero sense why I’m wrong but the facts are in the Q2, it shows the financial well being of the company and they still owe more than they own so I’m not seeing strong long term growth here especially after 1 Q2 that shows a 10% increase. Thank you
Exactly thank you and he does this with a lot of tweets, just a few days ago he hints at a brand ambassador but there’s no proof of being real and is implying big news... I sold out once the Q2 was a dud cause it just made no sense
Umm nope it wasn’t at all the tweet was from July they changed the symbol months before that, and again it’s misleading cause he doesn’t state this. So therefor and again hopefully for the last time, he intentionally implies a huge revenue increase I don’t know what you’re not getting about that it’s really plain and simple, anything you’ve said is all outside information that just adds to the question why he would tweet something like that. Cause again even if he was referring to ksix, he’s still implying a 10x revenue increase and leaving all the background information out... that’s misleading sir
Again he’s still misleading investors to believe there’s a big revenue increase in the company. When in reality it wasn’t, it was from consolidation. So if he’s gonna tweet in consolidated revenue numbers implying a 10x increase, why doesn’t he say the liabilities column is tripling along w the revenue from true wireless? Answer: to mislead investors to buy because big revenues are expected when in reality they still owe more than they’re bringing in and how would anyone be able to check? They can’t the Q1 only shows prior to the merger but for some reason he’s tweeting out there’s a big increase when in reality it was from consolidation. He’s not mixing numbers up or this is a mistake, he intentionally tweeted and implied there was gonna be big news on the Q2 and there wasn’t So again it’s very clear cause we saw a lot of buying and once that Q2 came out we started to drop. Makes sense and is just a red flag that I noticed and is why I sold out.
