Would love to see pricing and revenue potential for this. I would think a lot of FB users would want to know the whereabouts and content of their data held by FB. Any thoughts?
Personal use version of Classidocs for social media. Holy Chit!!
Crazy facebook news out
I rather like a little brazen cockiness in my CEO. It nicely balances his incompetent idiocy, LoL
Long LDSR
I do not agree with your interpretation. Data 443 acquired Classidocs in January. Landstar did not acquire Data 443 until July. Therefore, LDSR could not claim revenue on something they did not officially own. At the time of the second quarter report, LDSR did officially own Data 443, and therefore Classidocs, and stated it in the report.
This was a very dirty shell that has taken a lot of effort to clean up. I believe Jason has taken the correct steps to scrub the grime from this thing and is following the advice of those that know a He## of a lot more than you or I.
We shall see!
That is correct, Data 443 did purchase classidocs in January. Again, the intent was to have Data 443 and Landstar become the same entity. That did not happen. Therefore, Jason could not claim revenue that may have been made from Classidocs in the first or second quarters. Landstar made no revenue. Now that Data 443 is a wholly owned subsidisary of Landstar revenue in the third quarter should be reportable.
Quote from CNBC.com in January.
RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (OTC Disclosure & News Service)
Industry leading Data Classification, Governance and GDPR Compliance product – ClassiDocs - has been acquired by Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. (OTCPK:LDSR).
Actually, Data 443 acquired classidocs in January. The intent was for Data 443 to merge with Landstar at the end of June. The merger did not happen. Landstar then acquired Data 443 this summer and therefore now own classidocs and all revenue it may generate.
Facts are our friend!
The client he is referring to could be the Middle east financial company they PR'd about a month or so back. I believe it was cloud based and to be used as a showcase for bringing in new clients.
I can picture our first commercial " Landstar, where the rubber meets the information highway, Powered by Classidocs," Maybe this years Superbowl!
You never know
Didn't they release an updated version a few days ago? If so, that could account for increase.
GOOD LUCK TO US ALL, MY FRIEND.
What's up with all the 4,999 trades? Please don't say dilution.
Four possible acquisition candidates in the pipeline. Negotiations in progress. All revenue making. Wordpress on fire and a solid blockchain component. This guy is a shaker and a mover who gets the job done. My biggest concern now is whether or not to pick up another million at these ridiculously low prices.Love this COMPANY!
Only played 9 holes this morning so I could be here for the call. The skies are clear the sun is shining and the rain has moved out of central PA. I'm thinking the clouds may be clearing over our little Company as well. GLTA!
Hey BB, I have been reading your posts the past few weeks. I get a kick out of your brazen cockiness. I could care less, I'm good too. The fact is that Jason is one of the premier data-security gurus in the business. He knows what he says. A quick google search will show you that. Perhaps not the best in the start up company arena, but he has enough sense to surround himself with those that know. That is what impresses me.The DD on this is solid and the transparency is impressive. Once we get through all of the Pinky BS and on to a more reputable board I believe this thing will work. Time will tell. We shall see!
At this point it shouldn't even be called a market cap. More like a market Beanie. Even with 4.1 billion OS the SP is not even close to the real potential. When revenues are able to be shown this thing will explode. For God's sake look at the connections, the partners and the support squad. Anyone who sees this as a scam is living in an alternate reality. Time will tell. Good luck to you and all longs. Keep the good posts and humor coming. Hope they won't be deleted!
Agreed, still no good explanation for why it was placed. Timing is suspicious. Hopefully CC on Thursday will shed some light.
So Hokie, It would appear that the MM's are like mega flippers. They are buying massive numbers of shares and selling at a small profit. Those that are shorting are moving borrowed shares. The fact that non-diluting MM's control the shares is consoling. I would think that with such a massive share structure it will be difficult to move this thing upward without a big increase in buying volume. Do you think, with all these shares available for trading that the MM's will hold on and let these shares run on good revenue reports or might they just keep selling into the run for their few percent profits? Just curious on how you see it. Thanks.
News out. We have customer confirmation. Finance company in mid east
Could it possibly be the former Russian Commercial Bank out of Cyprus. They are now just RCB Bank. Would probably need GDPR compliance.
750 million shares bought on 9/21/17. 20k traded the day before. Nearly one billion shares traded over three days in 3rd week of December. Many times multiple of previous and post days trading. Who bought those shares and what are their plans?
Great call on the audit Brattle. I never doubted you for a minute.
Ask is .0325 on TD Ameritrade. Know it doesn't mean anything. Just sayin. Always enjoy reading your enthusiastic posts Brattle. Keep it up!
Thanks G. Could not have said it better. Our time is near and this story is about to turn a page. I believe these are only the first pages of the first chapter of a story that will be remembered for a very long time. The DD is solid and the potential is very real. Good luck to us all!
On 9/21/17 750 million shares were bought. Way above the normal volume at the time. In the third week of December 1 billion shares shares traded on a single day. Again way above the normal volume at the time. These shares were bought in the trips or low doubles. Who in the hell loaded up on all those shares and why? I would speculate that it was Jason buying back shares cheap, knowing that he was about to become the owner of this company. On another note, I believe CDOC would be a perfect ticker symbol. It represents what Data 443 is built on. I appreciate your insight and believe that one day we will all reap the rewards of this adventure.
And at the very end of the 30 minute interview he said we are a small cap company "for now". Very much worth seeing. Here is the link.

If this company wants to get off of the pinks, and I hope they do, they will need to maintain a bid price above .01 for 30 days. Also, they must complete a PCAOB audit while maintaining that level. Brattlecam tells us the audit is in progress. Who knows? They were getting close today at .0106. I hope that upgrading from the stinky pinkies is a near term goal for LDSR and if it is then they had better be paying attention to what is going on with their share price.
I have 1 million shares and I ain't going nowhere. I am all in and waiting for the rewards.
I have a headache. Time for more tequila.
Thanks Boston. That is a good read and very informative. I was able to hit my goal of a milly on this latest pullback. I do believe this is a company that is for real and the DD I have seen is impressive. Right company, right product and right time. I have locked up my million shares and hope to see the MM's get squeezed hard. We shall see. GLTY.
I ran across this link on another message board. It describes the business our company is about. It does include our CEO Jason as a contributor. Read paragraphs 8,9,and 10. Immediately following are contributions from SVB's Director of Cyber Security. Sorry if this is old news.

I just locked in my 600k at 3 dollars. They won't use those.
