Consolidation ??
But we decide only today for / against ! ?
Meeting of the securityholders of Bearing scheduled to be held on October 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time)
Doctor I guess you also know the answer to my actual question in the context below ?
Does it have lithium as its object of exploitation ?
( If it is prior to 1979, but it does not have lithium as its object of exploitation, then it cannot exploit it...)
Thank you, very interesting !.
That is probably decisive ..... also for us. Do we have or do we not have ?
The correct thing is to say that the mining concessions prior to the year 1979, which are in force, can only exploit lithium to the extent that in their respective manifestation they have indicated lithium as a conceivable substance that is the object of the requested concession. If it is prior to 1979, but it does not have lithium as its object of exploitation, then it cannot exploit it, ”explained the study partner Claussen y Velasco
Do you think they have a chance ?
Posco .... and Joe Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act
Posco bought a lithium lake in Argentina but the country doesn’t have a free trade agreement with the US. Is this a concern for you?
We don’t think the IRA is fixed yet. We expect more details to come in November or December and we might need to revise our strategy after that. One thing we’re considering to meet the current requirements would be bringing lithium from Argentina to Korea, producing lithium hydroxide there and then exporting it to the US, because Korea has a free trade agreement with the US.
One thing we are worried about the IRA is that most of the countries that have natural resources don’t have FTAs with the US. It’s only Australia, Chile and Canada. Chile imposes an up to 20% royalty on mining, compared to about 3% in Argentina. However companies are making a lot of suggestions and I think the US will listen to them and make a wise decision. Depending on the details, the IRA can be an opportunity for us.

" Vote_NO "
How many dissenting votes do you think you will get together ?
I am thinking of the former LI3 and BLILF shareholders.
Are they all still on board or have they even bought additional "voting rights" ?
You too ?
Bearing will need some capital again in this case, and not only for that reason:
If the Bearing Transaction does not complete due to Bearing shareholders voting the
transaction down, then Bearing must make a C$1,000,000 payment for the
reimbursement of expenses to the LPI. LPI must also make this C$1,000,000
reimbursement payment to Bearing if the Bearing Transaction does not complete due to
the SBD Transaction being terminated or not completed prior to the end date.
LPI Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting/Proxy Form
28 Sep 16:06
What chance of survival does BLILF / BRZ have on its own ?
Or should we vote against it to get a higher compensation ?
What do you think, what do you expect ?
Isn't that funny:
In light of the extremely high workload of the LPI Board ....
arising from the long-negotiated SBD Transaction
and Bearing Transaction, the proposed spin-off of its Western Australian assets, the recent capital raising
as well as progressing the Project towards a development commitment, the Board proposes to award
Share Appreciation Rights to its executive directors and options to some of its non-executive directors.
With LPI's small executive management team, this required very high director workload (carried out
across multiple time zones) has for many months been far beyond what is usually expected of directors
of a listed mining development company and, accordingly, the LPI Board considers that these awards are
justified in the context of that sustained additional workload.
The LPI Board notes that the terms and conditions of these awards were determined before the recent
significant appreciation in the Company's share price and should be considered in that light.
The LPI Board (other than those directors in respect of any Resolution relating to them) recommends that
all shareholders VOTE IN FAVOUR of Resolutions 2 – 6.
In addition, Resolution 7 seeks shareholder approval to refresh the Company's placement capacity arising
from the recent grant of Share Appreciation Rights to senior executives of MSB. Resolution 8 seeks
shareholder approval to preserve the Company's placement capacity for the grant of adviser options to
Treadstone Resource Partners who are advising the Company on the SBD Transaction and Bearing
Transaction. The LPI Board unanimously recommends that all LPI shareholders VOTE IN FAVOUR of
Resolutions 7 and 8.
Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting/Proxy Form
Today was surprisingly good trading in BRZ shares.
But the course seems to be locked in place.
Then tell this wish to the BRZ management with their majority.
Doctor
you should therefore buy some voting rights ( BRZ/BLILF - shares ).
Or is that already too late?
in a stock swap (eg 0.784 LPI share for 1 Bearing share)
Is this change safe ?
On this post on stockhouse:
https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.brz&postid=34961090
....that LPI's recent private placement increased the number of LPI shares by 44,000,000 shares, or around 12%.
LPI's 57.7% stake in the - in some weeks - new LPI company will be retained.
In my opinion, the number of (new) LPI shares to be issued to BRZ shareholders should also be 12% higher to represent BRZ's 15.6 share in the new LPI company.
The old relationship :
for 1 BRZ shares there are 0.7 LPI shares
would therefore have to be adjusted by 12%: for 1 BRZ share there would then be 0.784 LPI shares.

Hi EMTguy,
I already emailed BRZ and got a reply quickly. The answer is NO. I posted it on CEO.CA since I don't visit SH so often.
Green hydrogen or lithium
or .... and lithium ?
Does the country need new ideas ?

@funact
Right, around 12% it should be changed in "our" favor.
Little Movement In LPI.ASX.
Can't the Australians do anything with the result of the vote ?
Or will the stock buyers from the USA and Canada only come in the next few days (stock exchanges there closed).
The BLILF / BRZ share will continue to depend on LPI for the next few days, and / or will be pushed down for known reasons.
I did some research in European media today.
The content trend is probably, no matter how the vote ends, there can be unrest among the population. Especially with a rejection.
So a "no" is not necessarily positive for the mining companies. Can it be interpreted like this?
Thank you for your assessment.
You're closer to what's happening on the day than we Europeans.
It would be very nice of you if you could keep us up to date... easy to understand for us and our translation programs ) .
Thanks !

Thanks for the extensive reply.
My resumee is: if someone wants to invest in LPI he should do it via BRZ / BLILF
and not buy LPI shares at the moment.
How do you feel about the almost daily price discount of 25-30 % in BRZ / BLILF compared to the LPI share ?
A smart investor should swap his LPI shares for BRZ / BLILF ! ?
Thank you !
Based on this positive news, have you already thought about ( further, not necessarily BRZ/BLILF) buying a lithium company in Chile ?
( Doctor, your link won't open ).
And... is it really v e r y good for BRZ/BLILF/LPI ?
Until our MSB project finally goes into production, we may need less lithium in the world and Li prices will collapse !....?
Multiple fortune 500 companies have validated Natron’s technology through independent testing and real-world deployments. Critically, Natron’s sodium-ion batteries do not contain lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper, or other minerals that have driven recent pricing volatility of the lithium-ion supply chain. Without conflict minerals, dependency on foreign mining projects or scarce materials, customers can be confident of the availability of Natron’s batteries at stable pricing.

..." don't you all dare come to the table at less than 1.82 shares of LPI for every Bearing share"
1.82 wouldn't be bad. But I think we BRZ / BLILF small shareholders will hardly decide that. I also think the BOD of BRZ / BLILF will move to the new company as ( new ) directors and therefore agree with everything....
Thanks very much. I "viewed" both posts today.
As you know, I have to "read" many of your passages with the translation program.
I would be happy if you would now and then draw a brief summary of your interesting contributions.
Ideally with a recommendation for action for the shareholders.
Thanks in advance !

Let's hope everything ( MSB ) will be settled this year.
Otherwise, BRZ must also dilute.....
After that, who will still buy LPI shares?
BRZ / BLILF is the winner of this game.
( I hope )
)
The BRZ / BLILF share price has been manipulated for months.
Ultimately, he should stay far down so that the severance offer does not make the takeover too expensive.

CRU-CESCO-Chile's state-owned miner Codelco may partly privatize some assets, executive says
By Fabian Cambero
SANTIAGO, March 28 (Reuters) - Chile’s Codelco, the world’s largest copper producer, is preparing to offer the market some “non-core” exploration assets, signaling a rare privatization for the state-owned mining firm, a senior executive said on Monday.
Patricio Vergara, vice president of mining resources and development at Codelco, said the hived-off assets could become eventual partnerships, which would mark a new model for the firm in Chile.
“We could make some kind of association with those companies that are interested in investing in joint development,” Vergara said during a presentation at the CRU-CESCO World Copper Conference.
Vergara did not give technical details of the projects or a timeframe for the company’s plans to offer the assets.
The executive said that the firm’s nascent lithium mining push was advancing at a slightly slower pace than expected. Chile is the world’s second-largest producer of the ultra-light battery metal that is key for the global electric vehicle market.
“We’ve seen permitting, approval times have been a little bit longer than we thought. There have been higher drilling costs,” he said.
In February, Codelco said it would start drilling in the Salar de Maricunga by late March, and that it would last about 10 months. (Reporting by Fabian Cambero; Editing by Adam Jourdan and Paul Simao)
