Thank you for joining us for our August Investor Update. As you all know we have been working on a number of different projects, and it has been awesome to watch them take shape. This month we are very excited as we are planning to fully launch MetroHouse, our co-living platform. Many of you helped perfect this platform through our beta testing program, and for that reason, we are thrilled to show you how we have implemented your feedback.
In other news, we are continuing to develop the Abode platform and the timing for a product like this couldn’t be better. As we see interest rates and inflation on the rise, investors are steering away from speculatory assets and looking to go back to cash, fixed income, profitable businesses and/or stablecoin alternatives. Commercial real estate serves as the perfect hedge against inflation as it is a traditionally highly stable industry that can facilitate passive income. With our Abode platform, all types of investors will be able to participate in this cash-flowing investment through fractional ownership NFTs. Each NFT is backed by an income-generating real estate property asset. NFT holders will have access to associated events and experiences, as well as the percentage of the yield their ownership generates and the associated capital appreciation of the property.

MetroHouse will be launching in the last week of September. We will be sending a link to the product in our September newsletter after it goes live. MetroHouse will go live with 4 out of the 22 Indianapolis homes, and we will continue to onboard properties in the following weeks. We intend to have 20-30 new properties by the end of the fourth quarter.
With home prices soaring and homeownership declining, the percentage of households renting in the United States is the highest it has been in the last 50 years. This, coupled with the shift to mostly remote work has many Millennials and Gen Z-ers looking to move out of crowded and expensive primary cities to affordable secondary cities that boast a higher quality of life. MetroHouse’s primary focus is the tenant experience and providing an unparalleled turn-key service for a single low monthly fee. The service includes modern furnished units with private rooms, shared spaces for tenant socialization, and an exceptional user experience. As far as projections go, we are anticipating a $12 million run rate by the end of the year with an operating margin of 17%.

Well, my 1's from last year about to turn into long term capital gain status so i'm good. I need some money so this year im 100% cashing out some of this investment so I can go do other things. They have been stringing us along longer than any other stock known to man. Even gave away etelix, which is now IQST, which we got nothing for. EVEN THOUGH they promised a dividend. Which they are illusive towards answering whether or not we will be getting that or not.
Expectations for this was from 3-6 cents

Every single penny stock does the exact same thing. After the run, people short it at the top, or near it. Then it slowly dwindles in price. Then dumbasses buy in. Then it keeps getting shorted. Dumbasses sell for a loss. Momentum keeps going in downward direction. Short sellers sell once downward momentum is done. Bro. Im about to short every single penny play I can find this year.

Why should it bounce hard?
Wow...down 25% already...in 1 day. WTF.
I think we all “had” good reasons to purchase this stock. The fact that we can’t get what we want out of the stock in terms of price performance is the issue. Also, the number of shares has 10x. So it looks pretty grim here. There is 1 billion shares on the ask. That’s a lot of 2’s that will later get dumped. There is 2 billion shares on the bid, again, a lot of shares that will get dumped later.Over the last 5 years we had 2 opportunities to exit this thing at somewhat a profit, when it ran to .0030. It was personally my fault for not dumping this because I believed the deception. Metrospaces has been very shady in their communications with their shareholders. We were promised a dividend in IQST, in which we have not heard anything about. We have been diluted to hell. We are sitting in the gutters. It looks pretty grim tbh.
The second you get rid of this stock is the second your nightmare will begin. I'LL TAKE THE 1'S . HOW MANY DO YOU HAVE? 100 MIL?
