This has been my first foray into investing. Talk about a baptism of fire lol. I got lucky and got most of my shares at .005 so at worst I expect to break even. This experience has taught me a lot. About people, charts..how the market works. I may or may not make a lot of money here but the education I’m receiving is priceless. And I guess it’s a good thing all the martial arts training I’ve had taught me not to panic lolol GLTA RNVA$. See you all on the other side!

If it does go yes, they have until March of next year to enact everything. So, they probably wouldn't do it immediately. And there is still the Spin Off coming up sometime also...So, if you sell off before the 18th you "Could" lose out on a chance to get free shares.

How do spin offs work? Is it a set amount of shares based upon your holdings? and what ratio is it usually?

My only concern about the spin off is what ratio of the shares, stock holders will receive.. 1-1, 1-100 1-1000? That`s my biggest concern.
