IMO TG Private Assets or SBC must be paying cash and stocks for acquisitions, and they have deep pockets to run NSAV at the initial stage. Otherwise there is no way NSAV could guarantee no R/S within five years!

Some noted HK SPAC investors buy OTC shells and then sell 1 share plus 1 warrant to individual investors for $10, and used the money raised to do acquisitions. If SBC goes the same route and sells each share for say $1, they must have multi dollars in mind, otherwise their clients won't invest with them anymore! JMHO

Naked shorting should be against the law but it has not been until now. Someone was pleading for the hedge funds saying they needed another six months to correct their bad habits!
