CNBC had a segment this morning on GPS employee tracking that was used by a city manager in NY. No mention of us of course and I don't remember them say anything about any one company but I think the exposure of the concept is positive for our investment.

Thanks Tex, I didn't have the time to hunt it up due to work. I couldn't remember what the deal was on the company selling new shares to raise $. Around 1:00pm, I called BA and talked to Jackie. She told me that at that time there was no news of them selling shares. But maybe HISC doesn't tell them everything either. Got to go back to work.

Whocares: If HISC was selling shares, wouldn't they have to file a notice to do so?

Corkyalan it sure got my attention until I seen that IDWD is a Pink Sheet stock. The merger company for HISC & Actsoft is supposed to be an OTCBB stock. GL

Spencer I bet the volume will be coming on pretty soon if everything about the company sales, merger, Actsoft, etc. continues as projected. The price is easing up, all this news expectation is coming to a head soon; now bring on the volume!

Interesting: Price & vol. history for HISC/per day. Go to Captain's post #25043 and click on the link. At the pull down window to the left of HISC go to charts. When the chart loads, click in the middle of the chart. Look how long it took to go from .04 to .145 when we weren't selling any product of any significance.

Btrano, all of us investors want it "NOW". I remeber one of Jersey's posts a few days ago concerning PRs and I have to think that there is a plan for everything to work together real soon (April). What really matters for us is that it works for them and then all long investors will benefit. GLTY

R&D,MFG, solicit and take orders, deliver goods and then collect the money. Ever since I have owned this stock, I have watched this sequence unfold with the exception of collect the money relative to the big orders. I see absolutley no reason not to believe the money is comming. As far a them having to sell shares to raise $ to keep the business running; hell yea, $ won't fall out of thin air and what other choice do they have? So far they have been executing their business plan and running the gautlet at the same time. But IMO that will soon come to a halt when the cash flow gets with it from these customers paying for what they ordered after they receive it. Simple business and if the product is good enough (lots of big orders), Naked MM's (OOH that paints a bad picture with me)won't be able to hold the SP down forever. In business, there are problems that arise from many directions and HISC in is the trenches. There are NO guarantees but I believe in the company so I am holding. If anyone doubts their success then sell out and move on.

I agree Captain, it is really looking good. Let's hope we get some good exposure that counts as I think once that happens who really knows what the possiblities are with the price per share for this blooming company? If Frank has nailed the sales forcasts for the next 2 years??????? Good luck to ya, I gotta call it a night.

Thanks Captain. Looks like their combination antenna would be around $120.00. I would assume without calling for a price that not only is HISC's CT better but may cost less too.

Spencer my friend, you of all people on this board know what it is like to run a business. You know it doesn't happen over night with instant gratification. I sure know mine doesn't. I know you see the pattern forming here and when it starts to really bloom we will have to go the "The Rover" and celebrate. Tell your broker that this was humbley posted :)
