Hi AP,
I had 800k in July but had to take advantage at $7 mark it was just to much to let ride. I’m holding for now and will cut position in half north of $15. I see a ton of opportunity here however with large numbers at those prices I have to be smart and take profits.
CMC,
I am a long time holder for 2 plus years and hold about 400k shares. I really enjoy your posts and insights. I believe they will uplist this year but most likely not until Q2. IMHO, they have been working closely with Nasdaq advisors and are making the necessary changes and additions to the company. I’m referring to adding to their board last year and their new CFO who has a very good track record. The fact that they are heavily promoting this company at these investor conferences I believe is the early roadshow for their uplist. I say Q2 for uplist as they probably have additional work to be done regarding the FDA and having Q4 financials released will help solidify their financials. These are just my 2 cents.
Here is my info from the pdf received today. I ordered on 12/31 at 10:40pm
Inv-199963
Sales order number 221777
Delivery number 196870
Reference number 252439
Happy New Year all!! I just ordered and my number is 252439 at 10:40pm for those who are keeping track.
This should be a big year for those who are patient. I expect many ups and downs however we have a ton of momentum on our side. Be patient and don’t worry about the day to day price action for those longs. We should be rewarded well by the end of 2019. My guess is 15-20 range unless something crazy happens. Remember for those of us in at .40 we have made a lot and this is just the beginning. For the newcomers in at $4 there is much to be gained here but you need to be patient. This market is in the 2nd inning and we have many more to play.
Cvsi long and strong for 2019
My order #124104 at 12:29am on 10/30, I ordered on 10/15 and the order #118320. That’s almost 6000 orders in 15 days or an average of 400 per day.
Just saw this interview with Dowling.
https://www.thestreet.com/video/how-cbd--14748302
My order on 10/15 was 118320 using your order number we have 869 orders in 2 days!! That’s 435 orders per day, I think someone did an analysis on Monday and it was smaller than this. Obviously 2 days is a small sample but wow the growth is phenomenal.
Does anyone have a record of the order numbers so we can get an idea of sales velocity?
I’m in PA and work near Kutztown in Reading. Where is your store located?
Just ordered gummies and oil my order number is 118320 for those keeping track. Can’t wait to try the gummies!
Yes, I’m a member of the street and wanted to get this out to the group when I saw it. I did not attend however if someone did knowing what was asked of Dowling and his responses would be great to know. There are some good points to get a better understanding of the magnitude of this industry here.
Here’s another article from yesterday.

Cramer and CVSI, this just adds to the credibility of the company. He only invites the best to be on his panel. This is great exposure for CVSI! Many great things will happen by the end of the year. Patience everyone and you will be rewarded nicely.
My guess 17.25 million with 2136 stores give or take a few
Anyone have any idea why the massive leg up today? I’m loving it but curious if anybody knows why?
Does anyone have a recap of today’s presentation that they can share? Any new info come out of it?
Thanks
Look at Citrons tweets from the 15th where they put a PT of $45 on this stock and then they recently said they made 70% on their investment and the stock is now overvalued and they are exiting their position. Sound familiar??
I spoke with IRTH today asking when they expect to hear from Nasdaq about their application to uplist. They said that there is no specific timeline for Nasdaq to respond however they are hoping to hear any day now.
I asked if the recent volatility could have any effect on their uplist and they said that they are well aware of the volatility and that they have some concern that this could have impact on their application.
My final question was around all of the class action lawsuits and they referred me to the 8k filing yesterday and that the company is strong and they stand by their statements.

Great response to the SA article!
Do we have any accountants that can explain the share issuance concern in June?
Good point, I’m planning to buy tomorrow as well. I’ve made a lot on this stock and carry over 800k shares. I’m adding all I can and splitting my buys on the way down as these prices won’t last long.
I bought 30k more today at 5.25 and am still very confident in this company. IMHO tomorrow will be the bottom. We probably see a gap down in the morning and then the shorts cover at this point causing a squeeze.
There is way to much at risk to be short past tomorrow with CWEB iPod and Nasdaq decision expected any day now. I can see us having a strong Wed and Thurs with Friday being a down day as the month ends and people close their positions for the week/ month.
I think the demand for CWEB is going to be very high and can easily see this getting to C12 by Friday and this will have a ripple effect on CVSI.
My advice if we get a gap to $4.25 tomorrow have your buys ready before the bell as this will be a great entry point and for those who have an existing position you can make a few dollars by Friday as I see this closing around $6-$6.50
Just my two cents.
GLTA!!!
Great catch!! You can’t believe everything you read especially from those fishing
MT great words of wisdom. I think 18-24 months is a good timeline for a buyout or partnering with big pharma. If they show any improvement vs standard of care this will hit pharma’s radar and either result in a partnering for development and sales or a complete buyout of the drug, not the company just the drug.
I also see the larger supplement companies going after the likes of CVSI as they will have many synergies that could help them expand their distribution. I don’t necessarily want a buyout but an offer to set the bar.
Have a great night!
MT,
I’m right with you. My only regret was not taking advantage of the $9 price last week.
We got beat up bad today and will probably see more tomorrow however I think it will subside after that as shorts cover their positions on Wed. I’m long and will remain long as my PT is $15 but will take advantage of $10 should it hit as I will want to realize some LT gains at that point which I’m hoping hits shortly after uplist.
We are to close to NASDAQ announcement that I’d be afraid if I was short at this point. We could easily see a short squeeze if such announcement would come out this week or next.
We bought this for the fundamentals and excellent product in the retail sector. I have no doubt we will recover and the pharma side is a bonus should it happen 2-3 years down the line. Stay strong and long as we will be rewarded in the not to distant future.
Completely agree. I’m am long for 2 years and this will blow over soon enough. Shorts are running out of steam
Thanks Rifle, my thoughts exactly. This entire lawsuit is BS and a short seller tactic to bring the price down rapidly. I believe CWEB starts selling on Thursday and the shorts will cover by Wed.
CWEB will move affect CVSI and bring us back up
Another ambulance chaser joins the lawsuit.

Micro, what’s your twitter as I’m unable to pull these up but would like to follow you and read his tweets.
Left is an ass and if he does manage to get his minions to pull this down to $2 its time to back up the truck and BUY BUY BUY!
I really doubt it will go below $5 there is way to many things about to happen in the next 45 days that the momentum will be too strong.
I’m putting a buy in on Monday for 200k shares at $5.75 should it dip. My plan is to keep these short term as I think this is Range bound until the next big news but can see this coming back to $7 and hope to capitalize on the volatility
It’s funny how TDA did not publish actual news from the company however they will publish a bogus tweet. SMH
Farm Bill Update:
The U.S. Hemp Roundtable has engaged Daniel Cameron, an attorney in Frost Brown Todd’s Louisville office, to lead its advocacy efforts through passage of the 2018 Farm Bill. Daniel previously served in Washington, D.C. as United States Senator Mitch McConnell’s legal counsel, where he worked on law enforcement issues, telecommunications policy, and hemp-related legislation. Here’s Daniel’s latest report:
The Senate:
While delays in deliberations over the 2018 Farm Bill – having nothing to do with hemp – might push out the September 30 deadline, requiring a brief extension of the 2014 Farm Bill, there is overwhelming, bi-partisan support among conferees to get this done in the late fall push before the November midterms. That is especially true for red-state Democrats like Senator Heidi Heitkamp, who is up for reelection and would like to tout passage of the Farm Bill as she tries to persuade voters in North Dakota to send her back to Washington. And on the GOP side, don’t forget the Majority Leader. Although he is not on the November ballot, Leader Mitch McConnell believes that passage of the bill, particularly its hemp provisions, is part of his early positioning for 2020, the year he runs for reelection. Passage allows him to tout that his role as Republican Leader of the Senate makes him indispensable to Kentucky and the needs of the Commonwealth. Indeed, it is unusual for him to lead on a legislative effort, only to watch it languish without action. He has every reason to push this past the finish line.
The House.
Our Congressional sources tell me that while a few GOP conferees have expressed opposition to hemp, this will be tempered by practical and political realities, and personal concern about cannabis will likely not prevent them from signing off on a conference report on a bill that will help so many farmers. Meanwhile, many GOP Congressmen with competitive re-election bids hail from rural areas that depend deeply on Farm Bill programs.
The President.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the president favors stricter work requirements for food stamp benefits. This on its own is not revelatory, but now some are speculating that he might be considering a veto of any Farm Bill that does not have the stricter work requirements. We, however, cannot imagine he would do that with so many members of the House and Senate relying on the Farm Bill’s passage to buoy their reelection efforts. Of course, this president is unconventional, so only time will tell.
How to Help.
If you haven’t yet made your voice heard, it’s not too late. Please use our simple portal to send a message to House and Senate conferees to pass the Senate version of the Farm Bill that will permanently remove hemp from the purview of the Controlled Substances Act.

I think this is their plan once they get info from Phase 1. This is to risky for pharma to invest in at this point having little to no clinical proof of efficacy
Check out the drug Faslodex. This drug was not patented until it was actually approved by the FDA. The patent expires in 2020. The drug was approved in 2002 by the FDA.
Thank you! Hopefully they get a PR out tomorrow on this. Since they are trying to move to Nasdaq wouldn’t they have had to deal with this before they filed? This just seems like old news sent out to scare people. I also don’t get why this stock would have been dumped so bad as the entire price is based on the retail side. The pharma side really doesn’t have any play here as they have not even filed their IND. This does not seem logical that people would buy something based on a hypothesis with no clinical evidence to date.
Let’s face it the retail side is going to be enormous as they have many avenues to incorporate this product into with edibles, coffee, skin care, beverages and their current line of products.
It seems like Block and Leviton have a relationship with Citron. Google them and you will see many cases where they law firm has acted after Citron posts info like this.
Let’s hope so as the current bill expires at the end of Sept. my fear is that they can’t come to an agreement and decide to extend the 2014 act for 1 more year as elections will be coming up in Nov and they will not want to be dealing with the Farm Act after Sept.
If memory serves me correctly, the Pro lone is for sale i physician offices only.
Thanks John. I’m confused, it says here the RS was approved? Do you have any other info on this?
Wow, did not expect to hear that. Can’t wait to hear your notes. Especially what their plans are now with no RS insight.
The drug side will be huge however it’s 3 years away. Phase 1 will garner huge interest if they show a benefit.
Benjo, thanks! Please take notes and post them as I can’t attend. I’m very excited to hear what they are going to present, this could be the last chance we get to hear in detail from them before uplist.
Here is another thought if you get to ask questions. How much cash are they thinking they will need to raise and what are their plans for that money?
